C.A.B Electrical Services

The job was seamless from start to finish. Carl knows exactly what he’s doing and he’s a bit of a perfectionist but that’s a good thing in my mind. I’ve been using Carl for many years. He is a great electrician and I would recommend him to anybody Kel

Fitted an outside light for me , fantastic job, well priced and really nice guy. Would highly recommend.

Rang Carl as we having trouble getting our house alarm repaired. Several companies had let us down and didn’t seem interested as they hadn’t installed the original alarm. Carl was like a breath of fresh air. He returned my call and came out within a few days. He is a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and helpful and managed to fix the problem quickly. We will be using him for any other electrical work we have in the future and would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend CAB Electrical Services for anyone needing a first class job at a reasonable price. We had a fault on the ring main in the house. It kept tripping every few minutes leaving us without power. Carl came out later the same day we rang and rearranged his jobs the following day to get us sorted. It took a lot of detective work checking the wiring behind nearly every socket. Finally he pinpointed it to an old socket we didn't know we had, hidden behind a large bookcase. Brilliant work, very much appreciated.

Fab service kind caring and helpful

It is difficult to find the right words to describe a tradesman of such consummate ability as Carl. His work is faultless and flawlessly tidy. No job is too small and he is always willing to help at short notice in emergency situations. Thorough in every aspect. one can be confidant that the work has been completed to the required standard. He is ready to help/advise in any situation. I have no hesitation in awarding the 5 stars for all aspects of his work and recommend him wholeheartedly. He can be relied upon in all situations. A pleasant and personable man.

Fixed some outdoor lighting and then sorted my elderly mum’s alarm system at really short notice. Responds quickly to messages and turns up when he says he will. Great jobs done at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the service carried out by Carl. Did a very difficult job in a cramped space. Would highly recommend.

Carl rewired both bathrooms and found the previous builder had left the wiring in a lethal state. He was professional, prompt and we have utmost confidence in his work. Best in Wirral.

Carl carried out a complete rewire of the 1970s house we’d just moved into. He did this at relatively short notice, worked with us to provide us what we wanted and was always at the end of a phone/whatsapp. He worked quickly, diligently and very tidily, completing the work exactly in the timeframe he told us he would. Lovely man, I’ve no hesitation in recommending him. And he also charged a very fair price for the work. Wonderful stuff 🙌

I can’t compliment this Company enough, Carl the owner has been the complete professional from the initial enquiry, our job was a dreadful job to do, re-wire a very big old house, Carl worked through some awful dirty & dusty conditions and he has done a fabulous job, so neat and tidy and almost OCD to the finer details, Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us up to date with the progress. Worked hard everyday and finished on time. Well done Carl

Very prompt response. Professional at all times and very pleasant attitude. Carl was open and honest throughout

I can absolutely recommend Carl. Quality workmanship at a very fair price . Carl is the kind of trades person you want but very rarely find. Turned up on time, responded to texts and did a great job. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Marvellous service. My parents had a bathroom light replaced. Carl was on time, polite. They would highly recommend him to friends & family.

I called C.A.B. following a recommendation from a previous Customer. He did jobs outstanding in 3 rooms, with ease and skill. Carl charged a more than reasonable price, and as he is a Animal lover showed me Pictures of his Dog. Many thanks the best in Town.

I would definitely recommend Carl to anyone needing an electrician. We needed a new extractor fan and Carl was able to fit one within a few hours of us first contacting him. The service was speedy, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Can't rate him highly enough.

Carl was an absolute star - we were in the middle of a house renovation when some unforeseen electrical issues appeared - we were told the work would have to cease until the electrical issues were put right which would have cost both time and money. We contacted Carl in the afternoon and he agreed to come the very next morning meaning the renovation could continue. He was there early, was very polite and also very professional and tidy and did a fantastic job.We wouldn’t use another electrician moving toward - would highly recommend.

I can recommend Carl without hesitation. Quick, efficient and very reasonable price. Thorough job and neat and tidy.

Carl fitted a consumer unit for us and checked all the electrics. He did an excellent job, was clean and tidy and we would highly recommend him. We would definitely use Carl again for any other electrical work.

When our kitchen RCD (fuse) wouldn’t reset, Carl calmly and professionally diagnosed the problem and quickly restored the power. I would definitely recommend CAB Electrical to anyone.

We experienced a blow out on the downstairs ring main which wouldn’t reset . I phoned Carl around 4pm and luckily he was able to come round . We had never used CAB before and he checked us out and diagnosed the issue back to the circuit board. That was fairly run of the mill , what was important was the diagnosis of the fact that our property was not earthed . When he came back to fix our issue he discovered that the earthing in our house was non existent. And immediately advised us not to use any electrical appliances and we phoned Scottish Power who came out within the hour , confirmed the diagnosis and resolve the issue . The nonexistent earthing should have been spotted two years ago when we had new meters installed .We were living in a potential death trap, and we could very easily had a much less favourable outcome.

Fantastic service from Carl, reliable and well priced. We’ve used Carl a number of times and are always entirely happy with everything he does. Highly recommend.

Myself and my family have been customers of Carl’s for years now. Finding a trades person you can trust can be challenging at times! Carl is very trustworthy, reliable, professional and does the job like it’s his own. Highly recommend.

We have used C.A.B electrical services on several occasions for big and small jobs and always found the service brilliant. Carl responds speedily to requests for help, does an excellent job, works in a clean and tidy manner and charges a very fair price. We would highly recommend him for any electrical work.

This company was recommended to us and I have to say we’ll be recommending Carl from now on. He has to be the best tradesman we’ve ever had out. So professional and knowledgeable, he made suggestions we’d not even considered. Everything he did was faultless and he left leaving our house cleaner than when he arrived, shameful I know! A True Gent too. Thanks for everything.

Waited over a month for Carl as he said he could carry out some work for us end of the month. Said he would show over a week to review the work but didn't bother. Called him and still delayed work. I have lost over a month now waiting for you Carl. There is no excuse. Such a let down at a time when you have to now book in advance for work. You promised end of the month. Honestly such a nightmare with some contractors just not bothering to show up. It has delayed us by many weeks. Please consider how your timescales actually do affect your customers. If you can't be bothered to do a job...don't waste peoples time!!!

Super friendly and helpful. Came out to fix our problem even though Carl didn't really have a slot for us. Highly recommended

Absolute legend this Guy. Very helpful and responsive. Quality work and very fairly priced. Would recommend and would definately use again 👍

Highly recommend Carl, he’s professional, punctual, reliable, and has a great sense of humour! Very happy with all the work he has done for us. Superb service. Friendly, professional, competitive, knowledgeable and prompt. We have been looking for a good reliable local electrician for a while now and can safely say we have found him! Would highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommended Carl, I asked him to install new sockets, outdoor security lights, smoke alarms and pendant lights. Carl was extremely professional and explained things to me to help me understand whilst having vision about what looked good. Carl was efficient, cleaned up and was respectful of property. I rung C.A.B Electrical services at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, having been let down by a national network of electricians (apparently) . Carl was not in , but I was told he would ring me straight back. Sure enough, Carl contacted me and despite it being late Friday afternoon, was extremely helpful and was at my house within 15 mins. The job was more awkward than anticipated , but, as a professional civil engineer myself, I could tell Carl knew exactly what he was doing, had all the right equipment, identified and solved the problem. All as i can say , is that Carl is a real professional, pleasant , honest and knows exactly what he is doing. He represents excellent value for money and customer service , so much so , I gave him a little extra. So when your looking for an electrician , however big or small the job might be , I would look no further than Carl, take my word for it.

C.A.B. provided a competitive quote for external double sockets. Carl text the night before and turned up prompt the next morning. The workmanship was outstanding and he even replaced one of my damaged internal sockets while he was here. Left the house clean and tidy after he finished. Would definitely use C.A.B. services again and definitely recommend!

I used C.A.B after reading the Google reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Carl was absolutely amazing. I had purchased an exterior lamp that was faulty, Carl told me to get an exchange and he returned shortly after and fitted it. First class, would recommend C.A.B to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy and value for money service.

Got our house re-wired by Carl. Good workmanship, fast, and friendly service. Competitive price and I'd definitely recommend.

I’m not an existing customer of CAB Electrical but I contacted them and asked for advice regarding a quote from another electrician. CAB was happy to advise me over the telephone and directed me to useful sites and links, also he took time to explain everything in layman’s terms. This has saved me money and time and has also stopped me from being ripped off. Thank you.

Excellent job - very polite, tidy and courtious. Good price. Overall everything you could hope for when needing an electrician! Throughly recommend.

Will definitely use again, very conscientious worker. Always feel safe when job done.
