Excellent service from Chiltern Energy Group. From first contact, Martin was proactive and incredibly helpful, arranging a site visit within 48 hours, liaising with our electricity provider and even helping us choose the specification for our Andersen Quartz. The installation by Martin and Kyran was neat, tidy and professional. We did unfortunately have some issues with the charger itself, which ultimately required Andersen to replace the unit, but Martin was always responsive, kept communication open and did everything he could to help resolve the problems. Great customer service throughout — would highly recommend.

Martin and the team installed a Hypervolt EV charger for us in Amersham. They were excellent at answering our questions and taking us through the process - from how to approach our energy company to fit an isolator, to upgrading from 60A fuse to 100A, to fitting a surge protection device, to installing the charger, providing all the certificates and explaining how the app works. Cannot recommend them enough.

Even though they hadn’t installed the charger themselves, they were more than happy to come out, take a look, and help. I was looking to install a MyEnergi EV charger and they referred me to CEG. Martin and Kyran came to survey the site and were friendly and professional. Because the charger was at the end of a long garden the installation was more complex than normal, but Martin was very helpful and provided several suggestions for how it could work with very reasonable quotes for each option. On installation day, Martin and Kyran worked in pretty miserable rainy conditions but stayed cheerful and the quality of their work was of a very high standard. I'm very happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending CEG.

Great experience with the gentlemen at Chiltern Energy Grp. They came and did a free site survey, advised we needed a few changes to the meter board. Only our energy provider could do(EON) they gave us all the information we needed to provide. Then they came out on a Saturday to fit to new Ev charger the day after EON carried out there work. Couldn't rate them highly enough, great communication throughout. If you live in and around Henley I would highly recommend.
