Everwarm Limited carried out cavity wall insulation for one customer about a year before she wrote her review, and she describes the service as poor. She reports that the place was left messy, that workmen threw a cigarette into her garden, and that she had repeated call-outs with calls and emails not returned over several months while she was about to give birth. She says there was no compassion or professionalism and that she wishes she had used another company. She is the only reviewer supplied here.

Everwarm / Sureserve Energy were an absolute shambles to deal with. They did my cavity wall insulation about a year ago now but the service was horrid. The place was a mess. It was constant call outs and no calls/emails back, put through the ringer for months on end whilst about to give birth. No compassion, no professionalism, wish i never used them. I forgot to review at the time but as i had a baby i never got round to it, every time i see one of their vans i get angry. their workmen threw cigarette in my garden and everything. please use another company for this government funded insulation!!!
