We had delivery of a new cooker but it couldn't be installed due to a problem with no power getting to the switch. I phoned J P Murphy Electrical and they were exceptional. They were like a breath of fresh air, their customer service excellent. They came the same day and after a few questions quickly resolved the issue and connected my cooker. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will certainly be using them again after such good service and competitive price.

J P Murphy fitted new lighting in my kitchen, Jack and his colleague were very tidy ,polite and considerate. Communication was excellent from quote to completion, and I would certainly contact the company again for any future work required.
I have used this electrical contractor on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. Timely, tidy, obliging, polite, helpful. All those things which makes the disruption to your house bearable. I can’t recommend them enough.
Would recommend J P Murphy without reservation. I needed to uprate the fuse in my consumer unit for a more powerful electric shower. Mr Murphy came out himself, explained why the unit would have to be replaced (it was old and not to modern specifications), what would be done and gave a reasonable estimate for a very small and simple job. Once I accepted the quote I was booked in very quickly. MItch who came to do the work was on time, did a very tidy job and answered my questions afterwards. Very happy with the whole thing.
