OBG Homes t/a OBG Energy has mixed feedback. One reviewer said a new boiler installation damaged outside brickwork and left most radiators not working, and that the company passed them to other agencies before breaking off contact, leaving them to go to small claims court. Another reviewer was happy with a new boiler and said the company accessed government grant money, with the boiler costing them £380.
When installing a new boiler they damaged brickwork outside. More worrying though was that upon completion most of my radiators wouldn’t work. When trying to resolve this with them they kept passing me off to other agencies citing every excuse in the book not to return to sort the issue. They then broke off all contact, so now having to go to small claims court to recoup the cost of repairs. AVIOD using these cowboys
Got my new boiler from these guys, they accessed some government grant money I paid £380 for a new boiler – incredibly happy.
