Just had new induction hob fitted. The Electrician was punctual, friendly and polite. Working from home, he was respectful and kept distractions and disruptions to an absolute minimum without hesitation. Very pleased with the work undertaken and 5 stars for the professional and excellent customer service given by the Electrician and Lis. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Use these guys to completely rewire my home a couple of years ago. They were exceptionally professional friendly, helpful and courteous. They took really good care of the stuff in my house when they were moving it around to do the work. I’ve recommended them to several friends, over the last couple of years, and I’m now asking them to make a few adaptions to the System they installed. They responded to my request by email really quickly. Can’t recommend them enough.

An unbelievably positive experience from start to finish . Ordering was quick and easy with helpful staff .6 weeks quicker and £100 cheaper than Octopus ( for the same equipment) Fitting was carried out on time , and he made an excellent neat, tidy, professional job. Installed an EV Charger for me. Helped me choose the right product and fitted in a couple of hours. Fitter was courteous and cleared up any mess. Provided at a competitive price too. Very happy with the service, would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Trevor Wright Electrical today. I had the misfortune of drilling trough a cable but a quick phone call to the office and Danny was with me within 1/2 hour. Danny was polite, courteous and extremely efficient. He soon had the wall chopped out and made access to the cable to make the repair. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, highly recommend and first class service all round.

Be very careful to ensure you receive a written quote before proceeding with work with this company. We received our invoice and it seemed that the figures had been plucked out of the air. The electrician who attended our property was polite and professional but the correspondence received from the office staff is not so. The work was overpriced. I feel totally taken advantage of. I would not recommend them at all.

A 92 year old relative had an accident when her bed caught and broke the double 13 amp socket. This could have been potentially dangerous. I contacted TWE and spoke to Rachel who was very pleasant and extremely helpful, she contacted one of the companies electricians who was working in the area and within a half an hour he had attended, assessed the problem and sorted it there and then. It immediately put the elderly lady at ease and re- assured me as i live some 60 miles away. The lady said the electrician who attended was very polite, caring and did the repair without fuss and very quickly - so an individual thank you to Rachel, the young electrician and Trevor Wright Electrical a very professional service at reasonable cost. Would thoroughly recommend this local company in the Wroxham Area. Thank you.

Job was to run electrical supply (across my loft and then underground) to new garage and workroom, fit zappi vehicle charging point, sockets and lighting. Came when they said they would, did everything as promised, and left the site in a neat condition. Very very happy with the result and I highly recommend Trevor Wright Electrical.

VERY IMPRESSED!!! I would definitely recommend this company!! Matt electrician was an absolute star on 2 occasions. One a wiring job and another emergency call out. Everything explained in detail both visits, his help and advise was greatly appreciated. In fact all the staff from this company were polite, helpful and when visiting our home were respectfull of the work place. Massive thankyou I will be using again.

Ashley completed lots of electrical jobs in my new home, he really took pride in the job he done , he worked hard to ensure he did it to my high expectations and this showed in the result. He even fitted a new electric shower as an extra job, he is a highly skilled professional and a credit to Trevor Wright electrical.

We needed a complete rewire of our old property and were very impressed by the quality of work and standard of service. The two electricians, Ashley and Ryan, were highly knowledgeable and professional and at the same time friendly and approachable. As a result we now have safe, up to date wiring that we don't have to worry about.

Beware of this company because they charge you fees without telling you about them upfront. I booked an appointment for an electriciain to come round to check out an induction hob, I wanted them to check what's wrong and to give me a quote for fixing it. They didn't mention I will be charged £78 call-out fee when I booked the appointment, nor it was mentioned when 2 electricians came round. They told me I needed a new hob and offered to install it, but I refused as the old one was still functioning. Two months later I get a letter to say I owe them £78 for the call-out. I checked their website, there is no mention of this fee and it even says "free estimate". They threatened to get debt collectors involved when I said it's unfair to charge without telling me beforehand as I could have looked for a cheaper provider/free quote.

Brilliant service from start to finish. We received a very reasonable quote for a full rewire on our home due to very old electrics. We then got booked in with very little wait. The two lads that came to do the job were absolutely fantastic they were very tidy while working and took pride in there work. I personally can be a bit of an awkward customer as I like things done nice and would much rather pay a little more for a good job but I can honestly say I had absolutely no issues and would 100% recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Thanks again guys
