Flex Eco Services Ltd

The Flexeco guys installed a Tesla Powerwall 3, a Gateway unit and four P V panels into our small cottage over two days. They were unfailingly polite, cheerful and totally professional, a pleasure to watch at work. Matt, who came to survey the property was helpful and efficient with a prompt quotation. We were given about a month's notice of the installation and all went to plan. The scaffolders were a grand team too. As I write the system has been running for just one day, the battery charged overnight at the reduced rate, and has run the house all day with 50% still in charge. It's great to see the grid import meter showing no current coming in all day! We were recommended Flexeco by a friend who had a similar system installed. He is very pleased and so am I. Further to the above post we were so pleased with the primary install that we decided to double the system with and additional battery and four more panels on a west facing roof. Flexeco once again provided the equipment and the install. The three electricians all were extremely competent, friendly and polite even though the day was very hot and the loft of our cottage is very cramped. All was accomplished in one day and we are delighted with the result. Mention should also go to William James scaffolding who provided the access. Their two lads were again highly competent and pleasant. The site was not easy for space or access but all was done cheerfully and with apparent ease.

From first contact to the completion of the project to install solar panels at our clubhouse we have been impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and attention to detail of the team at FlexECO. All of which confirms we made a wise choice in selecting them to undertake the work. We can now look forward with confidence to cheaper energy costs and a telling reduction in the club’s carbon footprint. Carl Gilleard Chair, Ottery St Mary Bowling Club

I run a local cleaning company covering holiday lets. I had a property with a security alarm that wouldn't turn off! Flexeco answered the phone quickly. Very helpful with all responses and came out to the property, fixed the problem all within an hour. I can't reccomend these guys highly enough. Will be our go to electricians going forward! Thanks again so much! Pristine Deep Cleaning Company

I would thoroughly recommend Flexeco as a very efficient and knowledgeable set up. Nothing is too much trouble. Their after sales are excellent and very reassuring.

The work involved several problems which made the job quite difficult however the young man who did the job overcame all the problems was tidy efficient, and very pleasnat. He explained what he was doing and got on with it. I am a chartered building surveyor and have been in the construction sector for 65 years and with my recent experience of Flex Eco would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Matt and his Flex Eco team were willing to take on our solar energy repair, when other firms did not want to know. They were personable, very responsive, expert, punctual and did what they said they would. Excellent in every way.

Amazing company, professional, polite and super helpful. Went above and beyond what we expected - excellent work and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Great job done everything was looked after from start to finish very professional and told me every step of the way and done very quickly and clean.

These guys did the electrics for our extension, re-wired our existing house and installed our solar panels and battery. Communication and timeliness was on point. Not to mention they're just nice guys to have around your house. Will definitely use again.

Excellent advice and service. Installation was speedy and professional.

Very pleased with the planning process and the installation. The work was carried out efficiently despite poor weather conditions Time was spent checking everything thoroughly as well as explaining how every thing worked. The Fox app was then installed on my phone. we have the reassurance that Flexeco can constantly monitor the system and are on hand should any problems arise.

Highly recommend Matt and his team. They carried out a total rewire in my property. Aaron and his team were very professional. I am very happy with the work carried out. They made good where they had to cut channels in the walls, even down to repainting those areas.

Previous owners of our house added a battery system to the solar panels but left no documentation and this year the batteries stopped charging. Matt visited and rapidly identified the problem and discussed options. We chose to replace the batteries with a Tesla Powerwall system that gives us whole house backup in the event of a power cut. The installation was carried out in one day by friendly competent engineers, we were kept informed and I was impressed they worked into the evening to get it finished. Flex Eco were recommended to us by our solicitor and I am very happy to repeat the recommendation.

Everything went exactly as stated. Efficient and tidy workmen. Recommended.

It is rare these days when a company delivers what it says it will do and with great customer care. Could not recommend them highly enough. High standard of work carried out efficiently and with no fuss. Thank you

We considered it important to use a local company to install our battery system, and Flex Eco Services were fantastic - friendly and professional throughout, taking great care to address any concerns we had. The final result looks great and works perfectly. We thoroughly recommend them!

Flexeco services did a first class professional job with our solar installation. Each member of the team was polite and extremely dedicated. Would highly recommend them.

I have bombarded Flex Eco Services (especially Lee) with about 40 to 50 questions , some of which they have never heard of before . All answered , even if it took time to find the correct reply. All the lads that did the the installation were cheerful ,hard working and didn`t stop , although they all seemed to have a fetish for my bacon rolls! From my experience , the knowledge of their trade and their work ethic across the the company is great and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone . Well done lads and our thanks . Dealing with Flex Eco has been a delightful, stress free experience. We received sound advice and a very competitive price. The installation team were very polite, hard working, efficient and tidy. They kept us informed of progress at every stage. We are extremely pleased with the end result and highly recommend Flex Eco.

Matt and the team did a great job installing the PV panels and inverter, acting in a professional and responsive manner. It's early days but so far all is good with the kit. Thanks Matt.

Utterly delighted. I couldn’t be more happy. Very much recommend. I invited a number of companies to quote for my PV and battery install. Matt visited to discuss my requirements, listening patiently to my needs and then explained in clear and concise terms what that meant in terms of equipment and install. We agreed with PV panels on both aspects of my roof, plus a battery and the accompanying ‘other bits’. He listened to my questions, which were many and answered clearly. I live on a new build, and google maps had not updated yet. The quote came with an actual picture of my house! Meaning they pay for an updated map view amongst other things. It was elements like this amongst the many elements that I decided to go with Flex Eco. The attention to detail shows professionalism and care. Being a new build, the paperwork took some time to progress with the DNO etc, all outside of Flex Eco’s hands. Matt and his team kept me informed along each step. Finally install time came, both the scaffold team and the installer’s were tidy, efficient, experienced, respectful and kept me aware of each step of the install. It took two days to install. The install very much meets my requirements. I understand what I need to and know they are just down the road if I don’t. The app is brilliant. The system 'just works'. All is wonderful. If you are looking for a professional local company who listen to your needs, design and install the appropriate system and follow though during the entire process and after, then Matt and his team at Flex Eco are without a doubt the only and correct choice!

We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Everybody was really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Delivery and installation were on time and the process was really smooth and efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to all our friends and family

Eighteen months ago my solar system broke down after 17 years. I looked for a ‘Which Trusted Trader’ to fix it. I chose Flexeco. Matt and the Flexeco team overhauled, fixed and updated it. This year I decided to add a battery. Without hesitation, I phoned Matt. He designed a battery storage system which would work alongside my existing system. Flexeco workmen are professional, careful and very polite and considerate. Matt offers phone contact if we have any difficulties with the system or the apps. Highly recommended.

Great job. Expert team and very clean and tidy job.

At last, a company that did what they said they would do when they said they would do it! A great solar pv and battery system installed by a great team of people.

Flexeco designed and installed 53 Kws of solar and 46 kws of batteries for us November 2024. They offered excellent value for money, their staff were efficient and friendly. Delighted with the whole job and would recommend to anybody considering solar or batteries or both. Big thanks Flexeco 👍👍

I am by nature a DIY individual, but over the years (79) from time to time I have called had to call in the trade to help. All of the trades people I have used have been good, But "Flex Eco Services Ltd" stand out above them all. They have been so helpful, polite, and professional and walk you through everything from admin to installation. I have no hesitation in giving them all a "5" star rating.

Flex-Eco have been absolutely excellent at all stages of our solar installation. After being recommended by a friend we contacted Flex-Eco for a quote and advice on a solar PV system. From the outset they were completely professional, provided very straightforward advice and made it very clear why they were recommending the Solar Edge system they ultimately installed. The installation team were excellent, sometimes working in less than ideal conditions to get panels installed in time for roofing works to continue. The original system has been tweaked along the way and at all times Flex-Eco have been open and happy to talk through our options whilst providing realistic advice and not being afraid to tell us if the ideas will not work for us. It is this kind of honesty that is invaluable when you are working with a new supplier. Overall, if you are looking to have a Solar PV system installed you could not do any better than to use Flex-Eco. In particular we would like to thank Shaun (Director) and Matt (Installations) for their excellent work.

Excellent service throughout, coupled with competitive pricing. Shaun and his team were knowledgeable, quick to respond to queries, plus polite and efficient during the install. If I could give them six stars I would as it would be well deserved.

Great service given . All Carried out efficiently and worked with respect to my property and all cleaned up when finished. Very competitive price this the second time We’ve had work carried out by this company and will definitely use again. Big thank you to Matt and his team.

Great communication, organised, tidy, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend...

Absolutely delighted with my new solar system. Very courteous and helpful electrician called Aaron, great guys on the installation. Matt, the owner of the company was extremely professional from start to finish, he guided me through the system set up, operation of the smart meter etc. Just awaiting the certification now then I can start selling back to the grid but already enjoying free electricity. Great job guys, thank you. Caron.

Flex Eco has installed a Tesla 3 battery and an inverter for us together with new solar panels. They have been really clean and a joy to work with. They explained how to use the apps and they have given us guidance to review tariffs with the electricity supplier. From the upper management to the lads in the workforce it was a pleasure to work with them all. Great communication and brilliant products. All completed in 2 long days. Fantastic company. We can highly recommend their services. Thank you all. Krisztina & Paul From Kilmington

Fantastic company from start to finish. Matt was great talking us through different possibilities for our solar system. Everything was explained thoroughly. The guys who fitted our system were polite, friendly, efficient and tidy. After fitting service has been good. We would highly recommend Flex Eco Services.

We recently had a 24panel and battery solar system installed by Shaun and his team at FlexEco. At the outset Shaun did not do the hard sell and instead listened to what was required for the home. He provided several quotes of differing offers and clearly was not swaying me towards a 'favoured' product. Communication was clear, efficient and timely throughout the lead up to installation and FlexEco were the conduit for a successful DNO application. The install date shifted with ease to accommodate other immoveable project co-ordination with FlexEco demonstrating they were the business with client satisfaction and partner working at their core. The install days were led by Matt with Aaron, Will, Lee and Luke, this was exceptional with adjustments and augmentations through the days to maximise the design and again clear faultless communication throughout. The workrate was impressive and choice options for completion always made to us the customer. One install hiccup was resolved in quicktime and for an install this size again this was first-class. Finally, Shaun has chased down the final paperwork to ensure as timely transfer to a suitable tariff to earn back cash has been admirable. We have had numerous projects ongoing with our new home and FlexEco have been the outstanding project partner of all of them to work with.

We used Flex Eco Services for repair work to our solar panel system and their approach towards organising the work, carrying out the various stages of the work and the personell carrying out the work were all very professional in their attitude and manner of working and as a team they completed the total project effectively and efficiently with the least inconvenience to ourselves We would most certainly use them again without a doubt

On their third PV job for us FlexEco have installed 34 panels in an integrated tray system on our new slate roof and we now have a very neat and efficient renewables package. Thank you for all your excellent work and your team on site for being so efficient, tidy and conscientious. Clive

Excellent service very quick and efficient.

Established our needs, made detailed proposals and installed the system very efficiently and with minimum disruption Very pleased with the outcome which is in line with the proposals.

Matt has been fabulous. He came to site initially (many installers do a remote survey). He has always been incredibly cooperative, clear and understanding. In our case we had a job that required an immediate rush. He got the panels and batteries installed very quickly and professionally, so that we were able to claim for grant funding. We will be using him for phase 2 of our project. Highly recommended.

Flex Eco installed 18KW solar capacity at the Royal British Legion in West Hill. The work included a structural roof survey and strengthening work. Matt gave us a quote and a time scale for the job and the work was done just before Christmas, on time and with no extras. His team , including the scaffolders were polite, professional and hard working. We are delighted with the finished product which is already making large savings to our electric bills, generating at least 30% of our power even in the winter months. I would highly recommend Flex Eco for anyone thinking of Solar Installations. Ten out of ten!!!

We have now fully embraced the era of Solar, Battery and EV car with the help and guidance of Flex Eco. Matt came and did a site survey and during our conversations we over sized our Solar panels from 12 to 19. We went with a Tesla Powerwall 3 with an Anderson A3 wall charger with the power feed cable with a rear entry so no cables can be seen externally, Fab. The whole install was completed within two days and the team installers from Flex Eco were absolutely first class, everyone worked to produce a high end finish. Everyone worked to delivery a high end finish, really happy with our investment so much so my parents have also gone for a full install at the same time.

At Seaton Bowling Club we decided in November last year to apply for a grant from EDDC for the installation of solar panels and storage batteries. We contacted Matt at Flexeco for some advice and a quote. Matt made a site visit and explained in detail what he thought would be the best installation for our Club. The quote was competitive, very detailed and easy to understand. On winning the Grant we chose Flexeco as our preferred installer. The installation was completed within 2 days! The Flexeco team were very efficient, friendly and left the clubhouse clean and tidy. A very professional installation from start to finish. We would highly recommend Flexeco.

My Solar installer ceased trading towards the end of the installation. I contacted Matt at Flex Eco Services and he immediately came round and checked through the system, adjusted some fitting and brought the system up to standard. He and his team were very professional and I was happy to have them in and around the house. In retrospect I wish i had used them for the installation. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

12.12.23 On the recommendation from a friend I contracted Flex Eco to install my solar panels and battery. I’ve been extremely impressed with all aspects of their work from the initial consultation to installation. I wasn’t happy with any external pipe work (on my house facade) so they worked around the problem and I am very happy with their solution. Matt walked me step by step through the app and useage. Shaun is always there should I need information/help so feel confident going forward. Customer service is second to none. I can highly recommend this company too! 17 Jan 25 Just to add, I’ve now had a Zappi Charger installed for our new EV. The installers were friendly, courteous, helpful and so tidy… once again very happy with the service. Thank you.

Matts team of fantastic electricians rewired my house recently. They did a fantastic job and I am incredibly pleased of the result. They also put bollard lighting along the drive which has made a world of difference. I would recommend Flexeco, Matt and his electricians Aaron, Luke and Finn every day of the week.

I am delighted with the service that I have received from Flex Eco. Despite the miserable weather conditions the lads were good humoured and thorough and did an excellent job.

Matt was very informative and helpful throughout the installation from pre to post. The two engineers who carried out the installation were both considerate, professional and helpful also. I highly recommend Flex Eco Services Ltd. I am very pleased with my solar battery investment.

Flex Eco have installed for us a solar power system including batteries; immersion heater diverter from the solar; a generator; and also helped us with an unusual fault related to our 3 phase system late one evening. They've done thoroughly professional jobs and always helped us out when we had further questions or needed further assistance with operation of the equipment. We strongly recommend them to you.

Great job from Flex Eco. Shaun was very helpful answering all my questions and offering advice when requested. The installation went very smoothly with a great team who were friendly and polite and left the site clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service. 10/10. Flex Eco Services installed optimisers to our existing solar panels, as well as a battery storage system. For about a year I spoke to a lot of companies, I asked a lot of questions, I took my time, but I kept coming back to Flex Eco Services, they were the only company, out of many, that gave me honest advice, they did not employ the hard sell method. The site visit went very well, done in a day. The team of three were polite, professional and industrious. I felt they took pride in doing a good job and I was in good hands. I heartily recommend Flex Eco Services

Reviews are, of course, very subjective. However, there are very few companies that go the 'extra mile at their own expense to ensure the customer is completely satisfied and that their service/product works without any question (and not just from the start, but for many years to come!). Flex Eco are one of those companies and deserves the highest accreditation and success. Highly recommended without any hesitation whatsoever!

Last week Flex Eco Services installed solar panels on the roof of our house. The cost was competitive and the time from quotation to installation was a matter of only a few weeks. We live in an old house so the installation process provided challenges. The problems were overcome speedily and professionally, particularly those issues encountered by the Company's electicians. Of particular note was the excellent communication skills of all the staff who kept us informed of progress with a very positive attitude. Having experienced this first-class service, I have absolutely no hestitation in recommending Flex Eco to anyone wishing install solar panels system.

Following an issue with our electrics, Flex Eco were here within a couple of hours of calling them and swiftly and professionally repaired the issue. So grateful for the prompt response and great service.

We'd highly recommend Flex Eco Services Ltd. They fitted solar panels, a water heater controller and EV charge point for us. They were friendly and efficient throughout, doing all the work in 2 days, and carefully explained how everything worked afterwards.

Very impressed throughout. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend this company

Flex Eco services did a great job installing a Solar PV system with battery. Very professional, quick turn round and great team. Would recommend them!

Sudden failure of solar panel system. A rapid response when first contacted, followed by speedy and efficient resolution of the problem. All staff who attended were pleasant, efficient and effective. To be recommended.

We decided that we should install solar on our property in Seaton and began the process of finding the right company to work with. We asked around tradesman that we had worked with previously about whom we should use and the, almost, unanimous answer came back, Flex Eco. Can't tell you how nice it is when the comapny you instruct goes on to exceede the expectations you have about the service they will provide. Matt Horne and everyone from Flex Eco involved in our Solar PV and battery work went above and beyond to ensure a timely, (incredibly) neat and effective install. Communication from start to finish was great and we feel like we have a product which really meets our needs. The entire team were so easy to work with and the price point was also competitive. Honestly, we couldn't be happier with the way things have gone and we'd happily recommend Flex Eco to anybody who was thinking of installing renewable technologies. Top company to work with.

I've just moved into a house which had PV installed by Flex Eco a couple years ago and I needed some help setting the system up. Matt and Aaron couldn't have been more helpful with advice and a visit to get everything working as it should. Absolutely first class service, thanks very much!

Flex Eco installed my Solar PV & Tesla Powerwall in June 2023. I've been really impressed with the system. The thing that really stands out was their customer support. I had a leak in my roof in Sept 2024, a local roofing company thought it was caused by the solar fixings. I spoke to Flex Eco and they were out within a day to have a look. They then arranged scaffolding which was up within a couple of days. Their team were inspecting the panel brackets very quickly. Credit to them for how quickly they reacted. At time of writing I still haven't managed to confirm what is causing the leak, however Flex eco were confident it wasn't the panel brackets. Great communication throughout and amazing attitude to trying to get to the bottom of the issue.

Matt came at short notice, explained everything and was very open about our Inverter, which he assessed didn't need any changes. This Company is local and I recommend them.

Flex eco were superb from beginning to end. The customer service was excellent, the price was good, the information provided was clear and understandable, and there were no glitches. The scaffolding went up the day before, and was removed 2 days later. The men doing the work were a great bunch - very helpful, and left the site spotless. Everything was explained in terms I could understand, and so far I’m delighted by how well and easy everything is working. Thanks very much Flex Eco.

We contracted Flex Eco Services to design and install a solar Photovoltaic system on our house roof. Matthew Horne undertook the design in consultation with my wife and me and we signed the contract which included a detailed design brief. The installation went smoothly and was completed on only one day. The installation team worked diligently and ensured that the overall look of the installation was neat and unobtrusive, both inside and outside the house. They are a local company to where we live and we would not hesitate to recommend the company to others if asked about our installation. I regarded the price to be competitive and would give the company 10/10.

After mentioning I was interested in getting solar panels installed, Flex Eco Services Ltd were recommended to my by a local builder I rate. Said builder had been recently working on a property where Matt and his team from Flex Eco Services had installed a system, and was impressed with all aspects of their work. That was enough for me to make contact and enlist Flex Eco to install my system. There was no hard sell but all my questions were answered before agreeing on the set-up that was duly installed. All the employees of Flex were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, considerate and helpful. I was left in no uncertain terms that I could contact them with any potential issues. I am over the moon at the savings I've made with having the system installed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company if you're considering having a system installed yourselves.

With so many special offers for solar installations all over the socials, I went to Which? to help narrow down my choices. There were three companies I invited to quote, and chose Flex Eco because they had the best combination of price performance and experience installing my chosen Solar Edge equipment. The entire experience was positive with an initial home visit to gauge the scale of the project, good listening and problem-solving to tailor my configuration to my personal needs and really helpful suggestions and advice about the whole process, including the export to grid complexities - more of which later. Matt organised his team of 4 (2 electrical, 2 roofers) to arrive a day after the scaffolders had been. All 3 sets of trades people were polite, professional, courteous and conscientious. In addition, the team of 4 from Flex Eco were really creative in coming up with solutions about optimal equipment siting as well as re-purposing existing materials on site to save time & money. My configuration includes 18x panels, inverter, 10kW battery, home backup, hot water controller. All of this is controlled from a simple app and I can choose from multiple usage profiles to maximise my solar consumption - especially impressive during the summer. Aside from a fault with the Solar Edge home battery which Flex Eco replaced (took a week from reporting the fault to having a fully working system), the system has been working brilliantly and is hugely impressive in generating energy. I have lots of fun watching how little energy I have to consume from the grid and enjoy fine-tuning my consumption based on the amount of sunshine available. On good days I am able to fully charge my car and the home battery to be self-sufficient over night. The paperwork process for securing approvals from National Grid to install the system and then be able to export excess energy has taken longer than I expected - although I've done very little of it since Matt and Shaun do all the work there for me. Now I am in the process of switching electricity providers (waiting for them to install a smart meter) before getting onto a new set of tariffs: day time, night time (charge the battery more cheaply) and export (they buy back my excess solar). Looking forward to really making the system pay for itself once that's all in place. Great job Flex Eco, highly recommended.

Excellent company. Professional, efficient and friendly. Gave me really good advice when choosing a system; completed the installation exactly as promised; friendly, helpful installers. And all followed up by really good after sales service. Highly recommended.

I originally was going with a nationwide company to do my solar install, but after some issues with them I found Flex Eco. Not only was Shaun extremely professional during his quote visit, he had no issues answering my questions. On the day of the install I found both their roofers and electricians to be top notch. I had an issue with my batteries after the install (not Flex Eco's fault), I contacted them at around 8PM and they were with me at 8:30AM the next day to fix it. (Thanks Finn!) These guys care about your installation, provide great pricing and after care support, as well as great communication throughout.

I used Flex Eco for a number of jobs needed from, wiring of a new warehouse, new lighting in existing offices, Electric car charger and new electric heaters install. I found the whole team to be extremely friendly, efficient and they carried out all work in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company, no job is too big or too small.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shaun and his excellent friendly and highly professional team who were glad to help us through the process and go the extra mile to make it a very good experience. The electrical fault in our solar panels was soon identified and rectified, and then the panels were cleaned to look as good as new. Don’t leave it too long before you clean and maintain your solar panels - sign up for a yearly inspection with Flex Eco Services !

Taking the plunge to have Solar PV installed can be a minefield when finding a company you can trust and feel has your best interest at heart and is not just plucking a figure from the sky ! After getting a couple of quotes from other companies I read all the reviews about FlexEco and gave them a call . BEST decision I ever made . Matt was so informative and friendly on the phone and visited a few days later with his business partner Shaun, to give myself and my father ,who lives a few doors away, a site inspection on both our properties. Matt and Shaun filled us both with huge confidence due to their knowledge and professionalism and we eagerly awaited their quote . A few days later we received both quotes, these were not just a few lines but a comprehensive projection of what we could hope to generate throughout the year . We were so pleasantly surprised that we instantly accepted and eagerly awaited installation . Matt and his team completed all the paperwork, needed with National grid, and we were delighted to be given an installation date including details of the scaffolding being installed and the Solar team installation timescale . The week arrived of our installation and it all went so smoothly . The scaffolding company arrived at the 2 properties and did a superb job . The day after the most wonderful team arrived to install the panels to the roof and the following 2 days the electricians arrived and what a team they all were ! They all took such care and pride in their work . They were so clean and tidy and were a pleasure to have around . No question was a silly question and they certainly knew their stuff . They helped us set up apps on our phones and gave us advice on export tariffs . Nothing was too much trouble and within 4 days 2 properties were up and running and we could not be happier to have made the call to FlexEco . Anyone wanting Solar PV I cannot recommend this company enough . You will not be disappointed. They could not be more helpful, reliable, professional and a pleasure to have in your home . We cannot wait to see what savings these installations will produce for both households over the years and know that we will always have the best aftercare from FlexEco

Great help is selecting the type of system. Great team work with the roofers and installers. Electricians wonderful. Thank you. Recommend

Flex Eco installed solar panels for me almost two years ago. The service was very professional and the system suited to my requirements. It was also a lower investment than I had expected. I've recently had an issue which was due to moving the fuse box and incoming supply and although this was nothing to with Flex Eco, Matt quickly responded and Will came out and re-set the system up for me. Very impressive service and system and would highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the work done by Flex Eco. We had a 10 kWh Solar Edge battery fitted to an existing solar array, and had some improvements made to the system. The initial visit happened quickly and we had a good discussion and received helpful advice and a competitive quote. The lead time between us accepting the quote and getting the work done was short. The team who did the work were courteous, friendly and efficient. We heartily recommend Flex Eco.

We had this company install solar batteries for our storage. They were reasonably priced, quick and efficient. The workmen were polite and helpful. Can definitely recommend.

From start to finish the process has been so easy and professional, made an appointment with Matt and turned up bang on time and easily explained the whole process, very competitive price and work carried out to a very high professional standard,i have complete peace of mind as the after sales service is superb, recommended this company to anyone who wants a professional job done, many thanks to Matt and his crew

Really happy with the service offered. Tidy, polite, felt safe with the team in the house/on the roof. Offered ongoing support with using the system after installation and even helped reconnect when we got a new internet provider. Would recommend without reservation.

I recommend getting a quote from Flex Eco Services they have a done a great job and I'm very happy with the work. When the system was quoted I was given lots of options and good advice on what would be best suited for our house. I already had been given a quote from a larger solar provider and they where far less helpful, price was 5k more for less panels and cheaper equipment. Also not willing to work with me on adding a larger cable for future proofing, we eventually plan on adding an ev charger. Matt offered all of this and all the solution to get the system I required, he kept in touch all the way through asnwering any addtional questions I had. As we are getting into spring I was keen to get the system installed quickly and luckily they could install the system quickly which was great. From start to finish Matt and the team made the process seamless and informed along the way. The installation team were friendly and very knowledgeable, they helped get all the software sorted and guided me on navigating the apps. So far the system has exceeded my expectations, I'm very pleased with it.

Excellent service, communication and advice, highly recommended

After asking locals who they had used for their installations, I found Flex Eco Services were the clear winner. Matt has been extremely helpful throughout. We already had solar at one location but no storage. Another location was without anything. Matt was able to quickly work out what was best for each site and estimate for the works. He is such a decent chap that there was no reason at all to look for an alternative supplier/installer. The work was booked in and the installers were excellent and stayed until all the WiFi connections were established and working correctly. If you are looking for a professional installation at a decent price on time, I think you’ll find Matt and Flex Eco Services hard to beat. Some photos are from each location. Hope it’s not confusing. Install date was mid Feb, and the results are already great. Hoping for more bright sunshine any time please!

I have used Flex Eco 3 times over the last year, both for our general electrical stuff and solar panels. Matt has always been helpful and reasonable regarding pricing, and his team have all been very personable and professional, and have done a thorough quality job. Besides occasional problems contacting Matt when Flex Eco have been very busy,I think they provide an excellent service. Most recently,I rang Matt about our panels ,he gave some good advice and his team came round the next day.It transpired the problem could ,and should ,have been solved by me,so he waived any charge. I would highly recommend Flex Eco and will continue to use their services

Calm, Concise, Efficient & Tidy ! Very pleased with the work.

FlexEco installed a Solar Edge system including solar panels, battery, inverter & hot water controller. They gave good advice recommending a system easily controllable via an app. They also installed the panels on an inaccessible roof without scaffolding. Their installers were all polite and professional. The pandemic caused frustrating delays in obtaining the solar panels but they researched, recommended and procured alternatives. We would have no hesitation in recommending Flex Eco for such work as they did a thoroughly good job.

We had heard good things about Flex Eco, so when we decided to have solar panels and a battery installed we gave them a call. Shaun came to see us very quickly, thoroughly discussed our needs and what was possible on the site and supplied a very detailed quote, which we accepted. Time from acceptance to commencing the job was surprisingly quick. The team of electricians and panels installers were exceptional; Prompt, polite end efficient, working three whole days to install 18 panels, EV charger and battery and the tunnelling, cabling and connection to the mains. Since installation Flex Eco have responded to any questions and queries promptly. The system seems to work very well and can be monitored and adjusted via an app. It can also be monitored by Flex Eco, which is reassuring. From what I have seen so far, I can thoroughly recommend Flex Eco.

We asked Matt for a quote for PV panels and batteries and he responded quickly, visiting a couple of times to discuss the fitting process and location of the equipment. Once we gave the 'go ahead' he and his team had the entire system fitted and operating within a week. We were particularly concerned that everything would be as unobtrusive as possible and the end result was excellent. We are very happy with the whole process and would recommend Matt and Flexeco without hesitation.

Excellent bunch of lads. Worked well as a team. Punctual, tidy and professional. The system they installed works very well.

Flex Eco installed 12 panels, a car charger, a hot water heater, inverter, consumer unit and all the connections for us in Dec 23. The overall service was excellent. They were competitive on price, everything happened on time and communication before, during and after the job was great. Highly recommended.

We recently spoke to Matt Horne of Flexeco regarding our solar system. It had ceased working, the inverter was old, it was all installed twenty years ago. Matt visited and had a look. He then spoke to us. Matt is one of those people who is so knowledgable in his field that he is able to make very complicated technical issues accessible and understandable - simple but not simplistic . It is rare that you meet someone so clear, efficient and knowledgable. He explained all the possible scenarios for the system with no 'sales pressure', no frills, absolutely straight. He gave clear estimated costs for all the options followed by a detailed quote for three scenarios by email the same day. Very efficient. . . and he is a very nice guy. When the Flexeco team came to do the work it was the same. All the team were polite, very tidy, very aware of the environment (in the house and out) and all good fun. They work to a very high standard with great efficiency. Their work is clean, highly professional and they take the time to explain everything they are doing. They install latest technology components that are internet connected so you and Flexeco can see export and import and all aspects of how the system is performing. The word 'eco' is in their company name and this clearly is not a gimmick, they care and take care. Highly, highly, recommend Flexeco and all the team for any and all solar electrical work. One of the most professional, efficient and pleasant companies we have had the pleasure of interacting with. Stars: out of 10 = 12. J.Evans, J.Burge; Minehead.

Great service. Our solar would trip out in bad weather. We phoned to see if Flex Eco could have a look at it, within a few days someone came out they found the problem, fixed it and set everything up and running again. Highly recommended.

Short version: If you live in Seaton or the surrounding area and would like a PV (solar) instal - look no further. With excellent service and workmanship I can confidently recommend Flex Eco. Long version: As a tech enthusiast I had designed a solar system long before I contacted any professionals. I worked through all of the MCS installers in the region, despite my extensive research many installers contradicted what I knew to be true - not Flex Eco. Flex Eco were the only installer that bothered to visit us in person. After months of research I knew what they proposed really was the best available. In total I contacted five companies. One asked me to complete a lengthy form but subsequently ignored me despite chasing. Two others provided a paper only quote for a lesser system, and the other only responded long after I had given the go ahead to Flex Eco. I was thoroughly impressed that Flex Eco was able to instal our system so quickly, and they did a fantastic job. I've shown our system to many in the know and they are impressed. Neat, tidy, efficient and to spec! It's not all roses, they suffer from optimistic timelines. Too often I was told 'tomorrow' where it really meant 'in a week or two'. I would much rather be told 'in a fortnight' and be surprised by a week, than be told 'tomorrow' and disappointed with a week. However, this is a minor naggle. At every point they have been professional and courteous. I know manyothers with substandard instals, I can confidently say that's not the case here. Thank you Matt and all at Flex Eco!

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Great product knowledge. Professional Install with no mess. Affable workforce. Competitive pricing. Thank you

Really impressive company. From the start and throughout they were very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Every member of staff we met from panel installation to the final inverter/battery fixing was very polite, professional and expert in their field. Very highly recommended. Many thanks to Shaun and his team at Flexeco.

FlexEco gave us a great service and advice. Our system has performed as we had hoped and we are making great savings on our electric bills. The 20kw batteries make all the difference through the winter, allowing us to charge at a cheap rate over night and meet most of our daily electric needs, which is great as we have an Air Source Heat Pump and no gas supply. Matt & Shaun and their team are very helpful and keen to ensure everything is installed neatly and working properly. We had to do some roof maintenance recently and they just popped round and took a couple of PV panels off the next day and popped them back after, excellent service. We fully recommend anyone considering Solar PV, EV charging, or Battery storage to go to FlexEco.

Thankyou for coming to sort my doorbell out a very professional service delivered. I would recommend them for anyone to use at there home or business

Honestly I can't recommend this company enough! Just had my solar/battery system installed on my home by the amazing team at flex eco. Courteous and professional throughout. They are competitive on their pricing to boot. They installed on an extremely cold day and just got on with the job no fuss. If I need any electrical works carried out in future I will turn to this company without doubt. They are very busy at the moment and I may need to wait and I'd have no problem with that but that is a testament to how good they are! If you are thinking about solar or any electrical project give these guys a call!

Excellent service, excellent communication, the lads and lasses work hard. Excellent product too.

I searched for a long time to find correct company for solar panel. Thanks to Flex eco Very well organised, immediate response, We felt very comfortable ,thanks a lot to the friendly staff and to Flexeco

Whilst I have seen good work from this company in the past, I have just been informed that after 2months of being told that they would come in to quote for the work, now it is not possible on the date I was told. I made initial contact in December, told today can't start work now in March, no definite date. Poor communication. I would have rather been told that they were not available at all.

Panels and battery installed one year ago by FlexEco. No hard sell and excellent service.

Installed Solar at my house in Exmouth. Very happy! Electricians, not Solar Salesmen.
