Customers of Chaps Electrical Service Limited describe Tom as professional, friendly and knowledgeable, reporting that he works cleanly and tidily and explains things clearly. One reviewer says he found a kitchen fault quickly, tested the electrics thoroughly and fitted a new oven and hob in an awkward position. Others report repeated jobs to a high standard and say he plans work well, turns up when agreed and is easy to communicate with. One reviewer says an old oven caused the downstairs power to trip, but this is an account of the fault, not a criticism of the work.
Tom has undertaken several jobs for us. He plans professionally, turns up when agreed and does an excellent capable job. On one recent job for us he devised an under cupboard lighting system that needed specialist planning and this he did competently. First class professional and prompt as well!
Really easy to work with Tom. Good communicator, very thorough in his work, came up with suggestions, very helpful. No hesitation in recommending.
Contacted Chaps Electrical after having a fault in our kitchen causing our downstairs power to trip. Tom came round, and found the problem quickly which was caused by an old oven. He tested the electrics thoroughly and installed our new built-in oven and hob despite it being in an awkward position. All round helpful and was happy to answer any questions. I would be using him again.
