Upgrading central heating system, from the start, visit by Josh, explaining options, receiving quote. Contact from administration staff with installation dates to arrival of Tom and Alec to carry out the work, found all to be polite, friendly, helpful and professional.

The crew arrived in good time for a very big awkward job. Almost everything was plumbed in by the end of the first day, but I was very concerned that some pipework was encroaching on what was really the adjacent hanging space. However this was corrected the next day, deftly and with little fuss. Your electrician took good pains to explain the system operation, which was up and running by early afternoon of the second day, and the surrounding cupboards rebuilt exactly as they were. Good job done.

Ben provided excellent workmanship and top-quality service from start to finish. Quick to respond and had parts replaced super fast. Professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work—highly recommended!

My dear friend recently noticed her boiler was leaking. She lives on her own and is vulnerable due to age, health and short term memory issues so, it was important to secure the services of a caring reputable Company. I contacted LOGIC and explained the situation. I spoke to a young lady JADE YOUNG, despite there being high demand Jade quickly reassured me and took care of everything, she dispatched a technician who arrived within the allotted time, he quickly identified the problem, and the solution which required a second visit due to the parts required. To say I was worried that my dear friend would have to wait days without heating is an understatement however, Jade took over again and with care and professionalism made all the necessary arrangements for the required parts to be obtained and her colleague to return the following day. As a consequence of Jade's personal interest and attention my dear friends boiler was repaired and up and running again within 24 hours of me contacting LOGIC. I can't praise LOGIC highly enough and especially JADE this young lady is a real gem and a credit to the Company, I must also acknowledge her technician colleague (I believe his name is) Lewis, he was brilliant throughout, even taking time to carry out a full service before leaving to save us having to make new arrangements. I would recommend LOGIC highly. Thank you.

With a leak from the central heating, and a problem with an elderly toilet cistern, I rang Logic on Monday afternoon for help. Visit arranged for Tuesday, late afternoon. When it got to 4.0pm, being concerned about the leak, I rang Logic and after they contacted the engineer, apologised as he was running late, but assured me he would be coming which he did arriving, around 5.30pm. After the leak was found and dealt with he then attended to the cistern, hoping to fix that as well. Additional parts were needed, didn't cause me any inconvenience, and he left around 7.0pm. By 10.0am this morning an estimate for the cistern work was received, and accepted. It'll be fixed tomorrow afternoon, and I am very confident it will be. A very professional approach, from both the office and engineer, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. This echoes a previos experience, when installing and oil fired boiler last year.

We used Logic to take out a bath and replace with a shower enclosure. Their work was brilliant! They were on time, clean, tidy and knowledgeable. Giving advice and keeping us updated as they went along. My only issue is they didn't supply any samples of splashboards so we could choose our own, we only got to see what had been picked for us on delivery. Maybe an online samples on quotation would be better. Otherwise it would've been 5*

Service to solar water heating system was requested, we got an appointment very quickly, the engineer was on time and very polite, unfortunately he was unable to carry out the service requested due to issues with our system, work to resolve this, and complete the job is necessary when we have the funds available.

I found Logic while looking for a Solar Array contractor, and they were very good, not the cheapest, but fast, clean, and nice to have on site. I then got them to fit my Heat Pump which replaced an Oil-fired installation. In doing all this we developed a good relationship, and I now use them for everything. The key thing is that they are not fit-and-forget, if any issues come up I can rely on them to be proactive in fixing it. 100% recommended.

I’m happy with all aspects of the project undertaken, in my home, by the Logic team. Martin, Marie, Josh, Simon, Megan and even Donna (who sends the invoices!😉). I’m very impressed with Logic - plumbing and electrical, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP INSTALLATION. The installation project overall was VERY GOOD . The team had to move main tank to another location , which after a bit of thinking/planning all was over come to every one's agreement. Which was much better overall. The SAMSUNG 8kw unit outside is very quiet when running . The quality of workmanship is very good neat and tidy and cleaning up as they moved along . The team all of them very easy to get along with . Radiators etc all put in places I preferred if it was possible to do so, with all agreeing . End of each day they moved things back in to place and always ask if things are ok for that night.

Our project involved installation of a new bathroom vanity and cabinet, which we had purchased. Obtaining a quote was remarkably easy on-line and involved just describing the work and including a series of photographs. The company was very responsive and then worked with my limited time window for the installation. Quality of workmanship was excellent; and a special shout out to Simon who was very professional and careful, and who arrived on time in spite of storm Eowyn! All in all an excellent experience. Will definitely use your team again if the need arises.

Outstanding communication (Josh was regularly responding to emails at 7am) and expert knowledge meant that we were able to move confidently forward with our project. The team advised throughout, turned up on time, never seemed to be on holiday, returned calls swiftly, and were precise (and very patient!) with their emailed advice. They were also transparent throughout about costs, which really helped us to manage our budget. A genuinely helpful, honest and friendly company :)

Couldn't fault Mark in any area. Friendly, professional and technically proficient.

So far had four appointments to have a Boiler service and so far have had 3 phone calls cancelling and one cancelled when I called on the morning, the last one waited in all day only to find they had changed the appointment, I only found this out my when I called them when no one turned up absolute dire service, I am with them through Domestic and General however I wouldn’t use them to change a tap washer, hopefully they have made another appointment for the 13th June I will keep you updated, as for their reply below, they missed out two further appointments they had made and cancelled on the day.

Yet another great job, one radiator removed and two new fitted in kitchen. Alex and Petedsr did a great job were engaging and professional. Some work had to be done on floorboards as 10mm pipe had to be changed to 15mm you would never know they had touched it, very pleased with work, i will use logic again and would have no hesitation recommending them to carry out any plumbing works

Avoid! Horrendous experience with them. They flooded my bathroom, damaged my ceilings and didn’t fix what they were supposed to. Never again.

Needed a new flue for the oil boiler. after one call, I was visited within 24 hours (on a Friday) to assess what was required. I was promised the quote on monday morning which turned up on time. having agreed to the work, a date was set and the engineer turned up at the prescribed time. He was very polite such as seeing if there was a route to the boiler that did not require going through the house. Asked if he could use the loo. Corrected a couple of small things that had not been done during initial installation (by another company). Very pleased. did what they said when they said. will certainly use again

Logic were thorough and patient in understanding our needs and put together a package for our solar panel installation that would do all that we wished. We wanted to support a local company but were pleased with the competitive and detailed quote we received. The installation was done in a timely manner, the team were well informed and answered all our questions, worked tidily and to schedule. Highly recommended.

Logic installed 10 solar panels, an inverter and battery for us. The whole process from getting the initial quote to the final paperwork was very professionally managed. Everyone turned up when expected and the communication was excellent.

Logic Group in Appleby are the worst company that I've had the displeasure to deal with. First they turned up without making an appointment and charged for it. Then they came back on a Friday afternoon, worked on my boiler and broke it even more leaving my tenants with no heating or hot water on one of the coldest weeks of the year. The engineer said he would be back on Saturday to rectify his mistake but never turned up, not even a phone call. when I called them on Monday I was informed that they wanted more money for the part that the engineer broke!! I Have spoken to a number of heating engineers and they all come to the same conclusion that damaging that particular part was down to negligence and not having the right tools. I have now started legal proceedings against Logic Group!

We came across Logic quite by accident, in fact it was a home insurance call out which helped us find the company and it was only ‘logic’ to use them again. We have had boiler refurbishment and a full electrical check on the house plus a variety of electrical installations and modifications. We have found people who care and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right before they leave us. We will certainly have Logic do any more plumbing and electrical work we may need in the future. Thank you !

Logic fitted a new solar PV and solar battery . The service was great, they were really quick regarding coming out to do the site visit and getting the quote back and then arranging a date to fit. They came in the day they said they would and fitted it well and professionally. Super service. Have used them several times and they are always great.

We had a Worcester Gas Combi boiler fitted after our old one died. It was relocated from kitchen to garage, all work was carried out over 2 days, well coordinated with plumbers, fitters & electricians. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Booked them for annual Rayburn boiler service at a set price of £300 (with no mention of hourly rate or parts) which I agreed on their portal. Engineer unable to complete service, as flue needed removing for sweeping. Weeks later received bill for £423 claiming I had agreed an hourly rate and parts which was untrue. Queried via PayPal and received half back. Meanwhile they had quoted £144 to remove the flue but I used someone else and it took them ten minutes and cost me £50 including call out charge. Logic could easily have removed the flue on the first day but preferred to leave me without heating in middle of winter and try to make themselves even more money.

Boiler broken..... Logic take a look, yes it's broken (£90 charge), can you fix it? No. Can you install new boiler? Yes, someone will call you (Bear in mind winter, single mum and 2 small kids)..... Over 3 days later get a response from a salesman.....'we can fix it but need to go out to look at the boiler before we can quote'.... Ok, take another look asap please as it is urgent.... Salesman calls back 3 hours later 'actually we can't fix for 2 months, you still want me to take a look?'..... I ask how come so long..... I'm told it's down to not being able to get a boiler supplied...... I call round to find a boiler, Screwfix is the first place I call and they can get me one delivered in 24hrs...... Call logic to say I've got a boiler and ask when they can fit it.....'sorry sir, we don't have an available engineers for 2 months'...... Utter waste of time, you're paying a big fee for a sloppy uncaring service, I will never darken their door again, I suggest you avoid at all costs.
