New to the area. Wanted to get solar panels and batteries installed at home, thought I'd support a local business. Emailed them my requirements and the following day I got a reply saying someone would contact me to arrange a visit. A week later nothing, emailed them again and have just been ignored. Very poor service. Went elsewhere

A member of the DRW team was working in conjunction with a team of plumbers to install a boiler in the house. I enquired whether Dylan, from DRW, could have a look at a plug socket which had stopped working. He evaluated the problem and offered, not only a better brand of equipment to use but how best to fit it, if I wanted to do the work myself. Dylan was a very good ambassador for DRW, going the extra mile. Thank you

BE WARNED .... don't be fooled into accepting the government new air source heating system and solar panels -The Solar panels only work with the Sun, Duh. No Sun no "free energy".... This system is so inadequate I use candles to heat my bathroom. Kept central heating on all night and still freezing - cost of air source heating for one night £18. January bill for 8 days already over £100 The heat from the radiator wouldn't even melt butter - the whole thing is a government scam to claim they are meeting green energy policies. We had oil, the house was toasty warm and worked out at £130 per month for the year. GREENWASHING!!!!!
