Jamie at Prestige EV made the whole charger installation process incredibly simple. From the initial visit and quote through to the installation itself, everything was handled quickly, professionally and immaculately. Really happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

TLDR: Friendly, helpful, professional & did a great job. I was recommended Jamie at Prestige EV by my next door neighbour who had used him a year or 2 ago for his EV charger installation. Jamie replied quickly, did an assessment and installed it the following week. He helped me with the phone app setup and talked me through the fusebox changes. The cables are neatly tied to the wall and sealed where the cable enters the brickwork. Great job!

Jamie was very professional in fitting our EV charger. Arrived on time, look smart and described what he was going to do in language that I understood. In the process of fitting he equipment he identified that we had a problem with the earth connection to our house. He immediately said not to worry and contacted the supplier who came out and rectified tge problem at no charge to ourselves. During the installation process Jamie performed above my expectations and would highly recommend him to fit an EV charger.

Thoroughly professional experience from first contact to installation and testing. No hesitation in recommending Prestige EV to others ..

Good contact after receiving initial quote, agreeing on details and confirming final quote after I sent pictures. Installation date was around 10 days after the first contact, at agreed time. All took 2.5h. Good quality of work, charger installed exactly where planned. I don't have my car yet, so it was tested with another device. Definitely recommended, if you want personal service and not random installer sent by national company.

Jamie was very quick to respond and asked a lot of appropriate questions beforehand so the visit went as planned. He installed as promised date and timewise and talked me through the app after install and even set it up on my phone. After install it has been used 4 times always faultless even on a timed charge and on average has cost £7 for a weeks charge as we only drive locally. In all honesty he made the home EV charger install a seemless easy process and we thoroughly recommend him.

I completed an online form inquiring about an EV charger installation. Within a few hours, I was contacted by Jamie from Prestige Electrical-Surrey. Jamie arranged to attend my address and carry out a survey to see what was required. He arrived promptly and was professional, courteous and thorough. He provided a detailed explanation of what was required and at no point did I feel pressured. He left my house and informed me he would email the survey and quote for the job across to me later that day. True to his word, I received the quote that evening. We decided to go ahead with the installation of the charger and arranged a date. Unfortunately my circumstances changed and I need to reschedule for the following week which Jamie easily and happily accommodated. In the lead up to the installation, Jamie was exceptional in responding to my emails and queries promptly. I felt very well informed and confident I made the right choice in using him. This confidence continued on the day of the installation. Jamie turned up as promised at 08:00 and began work immediately and was completely unfazed when I had a last minute change of mind regarding the location of the charger. The evening before the installation I popped round my neighbours to apologise in advance about the early morning noise and disruption I thought would be caused by having the charger installed. I needn’t have bothered. Jamie was neat, tidy and kept noise to a minimum. Even his van was spotless!. Once complete, he tidied up and took the time to explain how it all worked and show me how to download and use the PodPoint app. All in all, this has been a fantastic experience and I cannot recommend Jamie or Prestige Electrical - Surrey enough. I will absolutely be using his services again and will be recommending him to my friends and family
