"We had an excellent experience working with this mechanical contractor from start to finish. The team are professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They clearly explained the scope of work, kept us informed throughout the projects, and completed everything to a very high standard. Their attention to detail, workmanship, and commitment to staying on schedule really stood out. The site was left clean and organized each day, and the final result exceeded expectations. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable mechanical contracting services - Special appreciation going out to Chris, Paul, Jordan & Cindy...… Thank you for all the assistance!!"
Very prompt and efficient, would highly recommend.
Using Sentaur Services for many years now for both UHNW estates and standard properties for the proactive and reactive maintenance. Always professional, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile when needed. Great job to the whole team — from top management to office support and field engineers. I don’t want to single out anyone by name, but I can honestly say I haven’t come across a single bad experience — everyone has been amazing!
Sentaur recently completed complex repair work on a leak in my building. They adhered strictly to the promised schedule and delivered work of a very high standard. Professional, reliable, and efficient throughout—highly recommended.
Sentaur have installed and maintained three AC units in our house over the past 12 years. They have a great team of engineers and are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend them to any clients. Sam M
We have been using Sentaur Services for 18 months. Great Company. Staff are very friendly. Continuity always, with the staff who visit our site. I have built up a good relationship with the helpdesk staff who always respond in a timely manner to any requests. I would recommend Setuaur Services.
Sentaur carried out clearance and remedial works on an extensive and elderly drainage network serving our own and other industrial estates in North London and achieved excellent results. Both equipment and staff employed were first class. Over many years of operation we have seen both ends of this industry, and Sentaur are the best. Brian Cook - Hastingwood.
We have been using Sentaur for over ten years in various apartments and offices for full AC installations and also routine maintenance. The team are always helpful and very accommodating, frequently assisting at short notice. Always on time, professional and tidy.
Great team, great service, engineers very knowledgeable, allways responsive and offering 24/7 back up. Can’t Recommend them enough.
Thanks for all your help with the boiler replacement, left property clean and tidy.
Excellent services and professional installation carried out, would highly recommend.
Very unpleasant customer service to deal with. Even the engineer that attended confirmed we'd get a better price elsewhere, and we wish we had!
Excellent quality of working installing AC units in a busy office, easy to work with company, do what they say when they say it!
Ask for the Fish Platter, and spaghetti Marinara.
We used Sentaur Services to install air conditioning units in our head office. Their engineers were extremely knowledgeable and even suggested and installed a more efficient system. A reliable and professional business.
They send air conditioning engineers to plumbing/ electrical jobs etc because they wont pay the money for qualified personnel. Extremely dangerous especially when carrying out big jobs for companies such as sports direct - they rely on youtube videos and guess work.
