Made me wait for one week and did not bother turning up on the Friday they were supposed to. When I call I was told they are running late the next day I called I was told I will receive a call back to reschedule I am still waiting a week later. Not fair

One of the worst people you should consider to call for emergency job. I called Green waves to attend the emergency job my house on 21st july 2026, he came and tied the cable, left things unfinished, charged £180 for the visit. When I asked why he was not replace the switchboard, he said he need isolater, which is already available there. I can say he could not handle the job professionally. One of the worst experience we had with wrong choice.

We had an issue in that our sockets were tripping regularly, so Liam and Brad came out to do an inspection. After a very thorough and professional inspection, they reluctantly informed us that our 1960’s wiring was breaking down, and therefore we needed a full re-wire and arranged for Jon, Brad and Henry to come in and carry out the work. In the meantime, he made everything safe and changed our fuse box, which a previous electrician had left like a rat’s nest to a very clean and professional box. The full re-wire was not something we were looking forward to as we imagined channels being cut down all our walls, and weeks of fixing the walls and repainting. This was all allayed in the first hour with Jon, who came up with ways to minimise the damage to walls whilst still giving us a full re-wire, and even some additional sockets. Jon’s experience and his implementation design was really amazing. John, Brad and Henry then proceeded to complete the work in the timescales they had given and did an incredible job. Throughout the process all the team were very polite, humorous and friendly as well as obviously knowing their stuff. I would recommend Greenwaves 100% of the time.

Liam came round to look at the job and was friendly, professional and explained things clearly. He turned up when he said he would, was communicative and invoiced promptly. He also managed to book us in three days later which was exceptional. John who came to do our first fix was much the same, friendly, professional and VERY clean. He tidied up after himself every night and made good of the mess he had to make to the point that I didn't even realise he'd taken the floorboards up and replaced them! We will be looking at using Liam and his team again in a fee months whe we start our next round of renovations.

Superb, one of the best experiences we've had with any trade. A very competitive quote from Liam and work started within two weeks of receiving it. John and Henry were quick workers, very neat and tidy, with John's experience helping guide us on how best to commission our pair of log cabins. We can now finish them off, hiding the neatly clipped cables, just as we'd agreed.

I highly recommend Greenwaves Electricals. They did the electrical work in our extension and a full rewire of our house. They carried out all the work efficiently and in good time. This was all done for a reasonable price. Thank you to Liam and his team.

We made an emergency call to Liam last night as half our sockets stopped working - he turned up within an hour and was incredibly courteous, friendly, easy going and helpful, and resolved the issue for us. We were so impressed with him that we're rebooking him to do another job next week. Highly recommended.

I asked Greenwaves to completely rewire my late mother's house before it goes on the market. The house being listed presented many challenges, but they were all overcome, Liam always listened to my concerns and ideas and it was a pleasure to work with him. Liam was both friendly and prompt in assisting me with my request for a last minute electrical inspection and he then followed that with doing a superb job of the work that was required, he pointed out to me issues caused by a cowboy electrician and he explained clearly what needed to be done to rectify things make the electrical system safe. Couldn’t recommend this company enough quick efficient service, with great communication

Now honestly I’m not blowing my trumpet when I say I’ve had 39 houses in my life time. It’s just so you can imagine how tricky it can be at times to find people to work on your behalf, who actually do the work, & not run off with your money or who haven’t completed the work. I’ve had a few of those in 50 years! Recently my electrics blew, spoke to a neighbour who said he’d heard good things about Greenwaves, “yeah really?” I said! Doubting Thomas, who moi? So contacted Greenwaves, the boss Liam arrived very promptly, sorted out what needed to be done, & John & his apprentice son Henry soon arrived to work. Wow was I impressed? By cracky YES! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, & they worked non stop like slaves! Had a new mains circuit board installed, so there now is no longer an immediate danger of being burnt to a crisp! Recommend these guys? Very professional…Absolutely, no doubts, no hesitations. In fact it’s a shame I haven’t got anything else to fix as they arrived soon after & did that too! Am I impressed? We had a problem with our household fuse box. Liam from Greenwaves came to have a look and said we needed a new box which was plain to see once he showed me the existing wiring and damage to the fuse box . A couple of days later Jon and his Son Henry came to do the work and were a pleasure to have in our house. Jon kept us informed as to what he was doing all the way through the fitting and his apprentice Son Henry gave a hand. Jon was great to converse with and Henry was polite and friendly and did his share of the work. When the job was finished the wiring was neat and tidy and it was great to find a tradesman who was so particular with the quality of his work. We both have no hesitation in recommending Greenwaves.

I'm so thankful to Liam! I had an issue with a plug in my kitchen which was tripping my fuse box, Liam called me super fast after I raised a query of what could be causing it and had 2 of his team - Jon and Henry around my house within a couple of hours that same day! Jon fixed the plug but also found my fuse box needed replacing urgently as it was a fire risk. They fit my new fuse box a couple of days later! I cannot fault their service at all, Jon explained everything I needed to know but was still happy to answer any questions I had on the phone over the next few days to help put my mind at ease. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I would highly recommend using Liam and his guys for any electrical needs you have!

What a great company! Came across them by chance a while ago and they were super helpful. So when I needed something done urgently I made contact and Liam bent over backwards to get me out of a jam. Nothing is too much trouble and if it can possibly be done it is done. I am now a commited customer and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Greenway Electrical arrived extremely promptly when our main fuse box exploded due to the faulty installation of a car charger unit. Upon arriving they quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for our electrical supplier to replace the unit. Initial visit by Liam within 1 hour to diagnose cause of problem and agree solution - replace consumer unit. Job done within 3 working days by John & Peter, who arrived promptly and completed the job quickly and with minimum disruption. Both very friendly, careful to answer all our queries most helpfully and sorted a few other electrical matters they noticed while they were here. Minimum mess, all cleared after they finished. Very pleased with service overall.

I have found Greenwaves to be super reliable, efficient and flexible. I would recommend them to any in my area who need electrical work done and will be looking to them if I ever need more work done. I had a new fuse board fitted and some new plug sockets installed for a good price and they were installed quicker than I thought. The electrician I had, John, was super friendly and helpful and explained all the works before doing them, how and why he did each thing and was receptive to my input and preferences with how the work was carried out. 1st rate service and works carried out. Arrived within the hour to carry out emergency electrical work as we had no power, fixed problem straight away. We then hired Greenwaves for a full house rewire which again was completed to a high standard in really quick time. The team of Liam, Jon, and Henry fixed my house when all the sockets went out due to faulty wiring in the walls. Liam diagnosed the issue, and walked me through the options without pressure to select the most expensive. Their quote was in line with what I could find on the internet / over a couple of phone calls (who has time to really research this when your power is out?) and they didn't sweat the small stuff. The job took 5 days and was on time and on budget. I'm writing the review two weeks after the work was completed, so there's no honeymoon effect (who isn't glad to get their power back?) and the dust has had time to settle on their work. I do not hesitate to recommend them. When you look at attached photo's, be aware that: (a) I opted for the trunking and best-effort reuse of existing sockets. I was aware going in that this could leave some visual issues that only a proper replaster & wallpapering would resolve, and opted to save the money (for now), and (b) the replacement consumer unit is oversized at my request as I plan an attic conversion at some point in the future and didn't want to replace the unit twice. Communication was excellent throughout, with one notable exception: While it made clear at the start of the job there wouldn't be a complete tidy-up at the end (basically they'd run the vacuum around and that would be it), it wasn't mentioned was that the removal of the 4 sacks of builders waste generated by the work would be my problem to deal with. The quote didn't mention it one way or the other, it was just an oversight on both sides.

At a time of stress Greenwave were a great help, responding quickly and professionally, even helping out when they didn't need to when other contractors had let us down. Highly recommend.

Greenwaves installed a 3 phase cable from my breaker, to an isolator and then to the other side of the building to a new appliance. They showed up on time, were clear about options, costs and timings and did a great job that I am happy with. Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

I kept getting an electrical fault but came to the point where the electrical sockets just wouldn’t stay on. I called Liam and explained the urgency. He made a late night visit and reassured me it would be done in an hour. I was sceptical but by his sheer confidence I took a chance. He proved me wrong and had it fixed within an hour! Liam was punctual and very helpful. He changed the fusebox and also all new wiring to the garage including sockets, light switch and light. He also installed security lights by the carport and the garden. I would highly recommend Liam if you want any electrical work carried out.
