Two lovely lads came out today to fix an electrical fault. They were professional, friendly, and got the job done with no fuss. Quick, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with—highly recommended!

Our home EV charger 'Blew Up' 2 days ago (installed by a company from Manchester), it was fizzing & smoking and not a bit of power going through it. Took me almost 2 days to actually get hold of them to come and fix it, then was told it would be next week....... So, we rang Graham at GHE, told him the problem. He sent the lads round in a matter of hours, diagnosed the problem in minuites (Full of water) and we are back to fully charging our car again the same day. Fast, easy, reliable service once again from GHE (weve had them out to our business address in the past), nothing is ever too much trouble, friendly team of people and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’m a returning customer for GHE’s reliability, professionalism and efficiency. My electric shower suddenly stopped working due to a malfunction with the pull cord. I phoned up at 08:30 and had an electrician with me by 11:30. Communication was brilliant throughout. The electrician who attended was knowledgeable, pleasant and sorted the issue quickly. You guys are my go-to with all my electrical needs. Thank you so much for being so responsive and sorting the issue so quickly!

Thank you! 👍

Brilliant from start to finish, we had an electrical issue that was, for me, quite concerning. I spoke to them, and they sent someone to my house. They found and fixed the issue straight away. Small domestic job, but needed it sorting quickly as I was going away and wanted to ensure home was safe. GHE sent an engineer out to us promptly, diagnosed an electrical issue and resolved it quickly and cleanly and for a reasonable price.

The house alarm fitted - neat job sorted in no time. Had some troubleshooting with the electric jobs done at the same time however all tackled in no time. Stuart who came to resolve the issue took extra time to get everything sorted, listened and reassured me. His approach has put me at ease. Happy with the outcome. I was nicely surprised when the owner offered a free house alarm service when due next year. Would recommend!

We recently had GHE Electrical to our property to supply and fit down lighters, new sockets and the electrical work to our new kitchen renovation. Mick and his assistant were incredibly efficient and completed all works to a very high standard. The first fix works (chasing out) was really neat and they were constantly cleaning up as they go to avoid any excessive dust and mess. Both lads were respectful and our plasterer also commented on how neat the works were around socket cut outs etc.. We had one small issue with a flickering downlight and Mick was back instantly with a new fitting. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and would trust them with any fiture electrical works.

Well, we have used GHE for a few years now. Whether installing a security alarm for my infirm mum, doing security lights in an emergency at my house or just helping my auntie get her house safe from intruders, they have always been professional and efficient. Aaron Cringle has, on more than one occasion, gone the extra mile, and the boss is willing to do everything he can to help Thanks for all you guys do and continue to do.

I'd just like to share a review of my experience with GHE Electrical company. I moved house in December 2024 and found quite a few ' odd ' bits of wiring and various electrical things that needed to be changed for safety reasons. Having used GHE at my last house, I got in touch with them again. Their electrician came on the same day and fixed fittings in the kitchen and bathroom. Later I called them again to remove wall lights . I feel confident that they made my home safe . Any other electrical changes I need, I will always call this reliable company - Thanks GHE 😊

Super friendly team and all work was done cleanly and efficient. Pricing is also very reasonable for the level of service. I 100% recommend using them for any electrical or security system jobs you need doing.

I recently had work carried out by GHE Electrical and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The team were punctual, respectful of my home, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. The quality of their workmanship was fantastic, and it’s clear they’re committed to doing the job right. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable electrical work.

We used GHE to fix our Radiators in the office, when we moved in they were old storage heaters that didn't work, we had these removed and electric radiators installed and these didn't work either. We called GHE and made an appointment, an engineer was booked in to come and assess the situation. The engineer let us know what was the issue and what the next steps would be. This was sent back to the team at the office who then booked in the engineers to come out and fix the issue. The engineers who attended site were very professional and helpful, they explained what they needed to do and got on with it. The communication throughout was great, we always knew what was going on and when someone would be coming to site. The staff we spoke with were always helpful and very pleasant. Overall very impressed with the processes and service given by all the team. :)

Mick and his team installed my CCTV, which has been brilliant, I was shown how to use the app, which is very easy to use. They also did spot lights around the outside of my house, these look amazing at night. I’m very happy with their work and the final result. Thank you so much!

I reached out to Stuart at GHE Electrical for a quote on a new extractor fan hood for our cooker, and received a prompt response with the quote. They provided both the supply and installation, arranging a date and time that was convenient for us. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I requested to add an additional service: installation of a light fitting in our conservatory. GHE Electrical accommodated this request without issue, seamlessly adding it to the job. On the day, the team arrived punctually. I cannot recommend this company enough. From my first contact with them enquiring on Facebook to the team coming today, I have been so impressed. Thank you!

Can’t recommend this company enough. Very professional and fantastic service. They came to upgrade my old cameras to new colourvu cameras that are amazing. Also installed soffit lights to light the drive up. I have used this company on many occasions from alarms to the smallest electrical jobs and I can say I have never been let down or disappointed. Thanks again!

Very disappointed with this company, replaced electric shower and left it in a potentially dangerous condition had to send various emails and wait all day for mistakes to be rectified, customer care and safety is a very low priority

Within half an hour of phoning, an engineer had come out and installed a new light fixture. Highly recommend.

They have a contact form on their website and an email address, I used both to enquire about having my old electrics upgraded at home and to ask for advice regarding power to my separate garage, had absolutely no response whatsoever. FOLLOW-UP 06/12/20 I rang them on 26th November, they said they'd send someone who was on their way past mine going back to their office, he said he called but there was no answer, CCTV showed this was a lie, why he didn't just say he forgot I don't know. However a guy came round about 20 minutes after I called them back and he was genuinely a nice chap, listened to what I needed, took some photos and explained that an e-mail quote would be sent to me.. 10 days later I've heard nothing. I can only assume that they did this deliberately as "revenge" for my original review. In which case I absolutely stand by what I said.

Security light replacement. Really happy with the quality and professionalism of the service. Can’t be faulted. Thanks!

Quick, professional service. Would recommend.

I got a few prices for work and GHE were well lower than anyone else. They fully re-wired a house I was moving into and even stayed late to get the job done sooner for me. Excellent work and service, would definitely recommend.

Contacted GHE as needed an alarm fitting at our property. Graham came out and offered expert advice, before giving a very reasonable quote. We booked them in and within a week the team showed up and fitted it within an hour or so. Very professional, and have recommended them to family and friends who have also used them.

Phoned GHE for a quote on a full alarm and possibly a cctv system. Graham was very helpful and broke down all costs so I fully understood. I booked them in for the following week to fit both systems as the price was very affordable. On the day of the work Graham and his team turned up in time, completed the work within hours ( I was expecting this to be fine over a few days) cleaned up and showed me how both systems operated. Very happy with the service would definitely recommend to others 👍🏻.

Very reliable, will always use these guys for our electrics.

Graham and Mike from GHE fitted our new alarm and cameras yesterday. From start to finish the experience we have had with them was outstanding. They gave some really sound advice during the survey, they then turned up exactly when they said they would, they worked quickly and efficiently and left zero mess. We did our homework and I know that the systems that they fit are some of the best out there and we found them to be very competitive on price. Very happy with them, there was nothing not to like about the entire process.

Lovely guy, good job, but £111 to change a light switch? I won't be using them again. Once job was complete, the office were to invoice me, no indication of cost at time of job given.
