Unfortunately, I had a rather negative experience with the service provided by SK Electrical Ltd. The initial problem persisted even after their visit that same day. When I called back, hoping they would return to assess the situation, I was told that it was a different issue and that I would have to pay for it—even though the original problem had not been resolved. In the end, I contacted another electrician—who provided an EICR certificate—who discovered that the root cause of the problem had nothing to do with the electrical consumer unit, but rather with the boiler. The electrician from SK Electrical Ltd., however, had opted to replace an RCBO (residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection), for which I was charged £216—an amount that was, to say the least, excessive.
Contacted Steve at SK Electrical to request a quote for installing an additional double power socket. Received a quick response even though he was on holiday. After arriving to look over and quote the job, was given a reasonable price and an offer to carry out the work there and then. Work was completed cleanly to a high standard. First class service and no hesitation to recommend, thanks Steve.
Steve quickly responded to my message & turned up the next day to provide & fit a new dimmer switch light at a very fair price. Very easy to deal with & I would use him again for any other electrical jobs.

Contacted Steve to initially install some kitchen appliances. Steve was easy to deal with. Many other electricians wouldn’t fit appliances unless they were also supplying them. Everything was done promptly and did some other work for me the same day.
Contacted Steve for a quote for an outdoor socket. Quote received the same day and he offered to come out the next morning to install it. Turned up on time and completed the job to a very high standard with no mess left behind. Would highly recommend
These guys are the BEST. Even after I woke them at an ungodly hour, Mark came and fixed the problem ( which was a really tricky one to track down ) and saved my freezer from completely melting and destroying lots and lots of £’s of food. Thanks again for your great service xx

Brilliant company, would highly recommend. We had our fuse board replaced along with a wall light replaced and couldn't fault a single thing.
