I was in a pinch. My shower broke down in a house with 3 women near Christmas. Vincent first tried to help me resolve the problem, by liasing with the manufacturer. When that failed, he provided me with someone who he works with who then came round and installed the new shower pump and got everything set up. The people here actually do care. Very pleased!

Thoroughly nice guy, who couldn’t have been more helpful. I contacted him to perform a PAT test on a used mobility scooter for my step father. There were several changes of plan, which Vince was most understanding about. Today he called to carry out the PAT test. He went the extra mile, by suggesting that my step father stored the scooter in a different area within his accommodation, to make it easier for him to manoeuvre it unaided. Both my step father and I are very impressed with the service received, and the price was extremely reasonable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family in the future. Having had a stressful experience with my insurer’s emergency call out electricians, l was left with an unresolved issue with the kitchen electrics which had been down for the last twenty four hours. Fortunately I found M Electrical on the web and although it was late in the day, Vincent picked up my call and came out first thing this morning. He painstakingly went through every socket until he found the fault, checked every appliance was working and left the kitchen clean and tidy! He’s now permanently in my contacts book!!
