Hi just wanted to say a big thank you to Morgan and the team..from receiving a call and photo of the problem with our basement sewage pump system the engineers were on site within 2 hours..superb service

Just signed up to the silver servicing plan said had my first service. The engineer was great. He was on time, completed all the right checks, walked me through what he was doing and managed to find the root cause of the problem, which luckily resulted in the pump not needing to be replaced. It was a really great experience and I’ve now dealt with 3 different sump pump companies.

Brilliant, responsive company - totally expert and professional pump engineers who really know what they’re doing and make you feel you’re in good hands.

I never normally post on line, but this company were 10 out of 10. It started from the first time I rang to make the appointment. They arrived promptly at the time they said. The guys were so polite and knew their stuff. This company obviously has core customer values at the heart of its business. I will definitely use them again.

I was a little skeptical of the reviews before I called LBP but now I can see why they have such positive reviews. I'd been let down by a number of companies who had no experience with a basement set up and was quoted exorbitant fees during the Christmas period. LBP were extremely professional and clear in their communication from the start. They were able to resolve the issue in under an hour. I only wish I'd called them sooner. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Richard and his team were absolutely incredible in my hours of need. I cannot rate them highly enough, from the moment Richard took my phone call to Dan and Danny showing up at midnight working tirelessly in difficult conditions until the early hours to stop the water pouring in to my basement, and then to today when Michelle phoned me to discuss what needed to be done next. We will definitely be working with Richard and the team at LBP in the future.

The team worked for long hours, in incredibly hard conditions and refused to leave before getting the job done, without complaining even once. Without them we would still be cleaning up the foul water from our basement.

So refreshing to see a company who takes pride in their work. I called in LBP just 3 weeks after another company had completed our regular annual service on our pumps and then quoted another +-£600 for a tanker. LBP came in with a smile and saved the day (and without a tanker!). If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!

I have two properties with basement pumps which have always caused problems when my plumber struggled to find parts. I can't believe that the pump suppliers close for two weeks at Christmas! I called London Basement Pumps Ltd on Saturday morning. They arrived two hours later, fitted parts that they carry in their vans and the job was completed in 30 minutes. LBP have removed all the stress involved in having a pumped system. Thanks!

This company provides the ultimate in customer service. I called them in desperation just after Christmas, when the pump system we inherited from the previous home owners failed - everyone else I'd tried had simply shut down for two weeks, no manning phones or any emergency options given. I got immediate, sensible advice from an obviously experienced engineer, reassurance that the problem didn't need an emergency callout, and a visit booked in for a convenient time at a later date. The two engineers who arrived (perfectly on time) couldn't have been more professional, courteous, patient or efficient. They diagnosed the fault, ordered parts to fix it and arrived early next day to complete the repair. They were happy to spend time explaining not only what had gone wrong, but also how the system worked and what to expect of it in operation. From their 24/7/365 availability and helpful attitude to their impeccable expertise and politeness, it was a delight to have such people taking control of a problem. They certainly went the extra mile to make sure the job was done to the highest standards. Next time, I know whose number will be right at the top of my calling list! Although in fact I won't even have a list - London Basement Pumps will be servicing the equipment from now on, and in the event of any emergency, I'm sure I can rely on this great team to come to the rescue.

Impressed by their customer care and their depth of knowledge. They visited site prior to proposing the works needed. They set out possible improvements to the site operation and offered advice on various aspects of the pumps, prior to carrying out the work in a friendly and professional manner. On completion of the works, they provided detailed reports on each of the three pumping stations that serve our five houses. Having contacted other Pump Contractors prior to their initial visit, I found they offered competitive pricing. They carried out the work in July this year. I will update this post with any new information. Thanks to Dan, Richard and the team!

An honest company who are straightforward and open. They don't try to sell you unnecessary extra service plan work , don't demand payment upfront, and are prompt tidy and polite . Also very reasonable and fair in pricing .

I called them to come and check what type of system we had (just moved into the property so were unsure as to what exactly it was) and they did this free of charge. Other companies I called, were going to charge £200+ (with one quoting £475). When they did come to do the clean they were great! Friendly, informed and they kept the area clean. Will be using them going forward for any basement pump issues.

Our Basement rain water pump failed during a heavy downpour leaving us perilously close to a major flood. Called around, couldn't get anyone to respond at 5:00pm at night until I spoke with Sharon at London Basement Pumps. She got on the case professionally and quickly and before I knew it, Darren had turned up to save the day. He quickly identified the issue and explained it and recommend a solution. He could have easily gone for an over-sell but he didn't, he recommended a cost effective solution. We were fixed within 30 mins and averted a major issue. I would thoroughly recommend Darren and his firm. Cost was very reasonable and service absolutely first class.

I called these out in an emergency. They turned up when they said they would. They went through every single detail what they were going to do. Left with me feeling satisfied. Good service & good value every step of the way. They even called a week later to see if everything was ok. That’s good customer service. Would use again.
