Lee went above and beyond. He was attending my friend’s house, and she had locked herself out. The only windows open were upstairs. Instead of just saying “not my problem” (and having to come back the next day), he said, “I have a big ladder.” So nice to see someone taking pride in doing a great job and helping out when you can. England is not lost!

Would not trust and certainly do not pay upfront as we did. We had Lee out to do an EICR check, we paid the agreed price and full invoice but he subsequently refused to send our certificate and used it to demand more money. He then fraudulently gave us an unsatisfactory certificate despite written and verbal confirmation we had passed EICR checks, refusing to issue the correct certificate until additional payments were made. Did not expect to this to happen with Lee, he comes across as a reasonable workmen but we were extremely shocked by his scams and petty behaviour eg. over paying parking charges he incurred on the job (that were never agreed to be paid by us).
Lee was very knowledgeable and provided me with a quote for an EV charger within one day of seeing me. He completed the work the following week and the bill was as discussed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee.
