I ordered 2 x EICR reports and some extra work which was done efficiently. However the photos on the reports didn't match the data. When I have tried to resolved the faults the EICR raised. The guy who answers the mobile didn't understand what the problem was, so he contacted the engineer who came out. He phoned me back with mis-information and despite trying to get these faults resolved, i haven't been able to because the guy I'm dealing with is not able to get across what the engineer is saying and then fails to ring me back. Since this review, I was contacted by Roger directly and the issue of addressing items highlighted on the EICR were immediately addressed and the service was fabulous. I can only assume as the other reviews are very good, (which is why I engaged their services) this was a temporary blip in their otherwise excellent services. We are all human.

Having recently moved house I needed an electrician to do a couple of jobs and needed someone who could work around builders and deliveries. Roger was very helpful and made sure to fit his visits in exactly when needed. He and his team were very nice and professional. I found Roger to be very knowledgeable and I will be using him for all electrical work going forward. As our scope of work changed throughout his visit he was happy to work on though his lunch break and complete the job. If I need another tradesman I will ask Roger for his contacts as he sets a very high bar.

On the day we moved into a new home we had an emergency where our power kept tripping. Roger fitted us in at the end of his day and stayed until the problem was resolved. He even helped ensure we had hot water! We couldn’t have been more pleased with all his help - and he made sure our first day went from stress and disappointment to peace of mind.

I found Roger Briggs on the Next-door social website being recommended. He is very diligent, personable. I had all my ceiling lights changed to LED and also a change of switch to enable my kitchen lights to function differently. We did the business via text to start with and got a competitive quote. He stuck to the quote and I gave him a little extra business as well.
