Our engineer was Roger and he was brilliant. Very professional, respectful and courteous during the installation of our Ohme Pro charger. He ensured I was happy with everything and explained what he would be doing and then once the job was completed, went through how it all works including using the app. A really great experience and highly recommended to anyone seeking a charger installation.

I was under prepared for him as it was short notice work, and had to move a load of stuff for him to run cables, but it wasn't a problem for him and he worked around it. Worked efficiently and independently and didn't leave until everything was tested and I was happy. Thanks. Top bloke.

I have had an EV Charger installed by Lightwork Services Ltd, and I am very pleased with the service provided. I was informed of a time slot, the previous night, and the installer arrived within the time slot. The installation was undertaken in a professional manner, and the installer kept me informed of the process, did a neat job, cleaned up afterwards, and ran through the options within the Ohme app. Very pleased.

The Engineer was here well within the scheduled time stated. Romari checked all the areas prior to starting installation, started install, cleaning as he worked through. The installation was professional and well done. Even cleaned up after. No complaints. 5 Star well earned.

Came to fit my EV charger but the box hadn't been delivered so only fitted the electrical working ... supposed to come to fit the box on Tuesday but there was a admin failure so it got cancelled till the Thursday but I was at work ...so it was rearranged to be fitted on the Monday ...I received a text 8.45pm on the Sunday saying 8.30/10.30 next Morning... and then I was awaken at 4.03 am to say that the engineer at that time and now coming between 12+ 3 not happy because I had arranged for someone to be here first thing and to be woken that early ...the engineer was very helpful tho

Could not have had a better service. The installer of our EV charger was very polite and explained everything to us and even though the installation was more complex due to our meter being in a difficult place, the installer worked so hard to make it all look cosmetically pleasing and was very punctual on arrival. He never stopped work and made sure everything was left tidy. Very highly recommended.

Carried out installation of my home EV charger professionally. A call the evening before to confirm the appointment and when engineer can't he was polite and happily answered my questions. Not had an EV charger before so I had a few questions. He had dinner issues when testing but he video chatted with I'm guessing a colleague/manager and job was completed. I'd recommend Lughtwork services ltd for installing an EV charger.

Roger came out today replaced my fuse board and charger as the charger was faulty. He then spent time ensuring that it all worked and went through the app with me, he was friendly and helpful and i can finally charge my car

As I was not present while the works were being carried out I can only comment on the results. Satisfactory installation of switch, electric cooker and outdoor light all completed to my satisfaction. EICR INSPECTION CONDUCTED SATIFACTORILY

I'm very disappointed with the service provided. We had two overhead heaters installed and only one is working. The other trips each time we switch it on. This fault was reported immediately to Roger. He told me the heater (new) was faulty but he would take a look after a few weeks. He has not returned and does not return my phone calls. He wanted money up front and immediate payment. I obliged. Expensive and uncaring.

I tripped the socket circuit in my kitchen which would not reset and didn’t know who to call. I found Lightwork services in my Checkatrader.com and called them.. Daniel arrived when Roger said he would. He carried out the wok, two new dimmable reading lights and two new sockets, all channelled into the wall, with professionalism. Mark talked me thru my circuit breaker trip over the phone checking appliances, heating, garage connection. Rang back to check still ok and offer to send electrician later if any recurrence. Great free service

I had to call lightworks out on a 24 hour emergency they then fixed my faulty sockets and did a wonderful job including plastering where needed I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They did a very good job with the minimul amount of distribution ànd were very reasonably priced

I contacted Lightworks to fix my faulty lighting, they were very professional and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone requiring this service!
