Advance Maintenance have helped check and fix several things to do with our heating system, air management system, and a fault AAV causing smells in the bathroom. All engineers have been great and will definitely use them again in future.
Yet again, Advanced Maintenance have been amazing! We started using the company after they used our hall for a fund raiser for a colleague that is neighbor. Realising that they are so local to us, and several employees are our neighbors, we began calling them for help on different issues, and they have been amzingly responsive and helpful when we have had water pouring through the roof of the hall, and as in this instance, a pipe is gushing water over the kitchen floor when we have a very busy day and night in the hall. They totally saved our day!!! Thank you so much!! They are also very professional and qualified, so their work is reliable repaired correctly on the first visit.

Colin damp and mould teams. Great people more than happy with the quality of the work and they also fixed a few other problems. They completed a lot of work in a couple of days. The bathroom looks like a hotel they installed some vents, extractor fan and a piv to help remove the damp air from a windowless bathroom
Very happy with the repair.
Matthew came today to fix the air ventilation system for the kitchen, which was defect, he managed to rectify and fix the fault. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and when I asked to check the rest of the remaining 3 ventilators, he was happy to do that. Amazing company and staff ! Professional, efficient and friendly staff, they fixed my heater today and also inspected the whole heating system in the flat which I found an excellent customer service delivery.

After having a quote for nearly £3,000 from a rip-off company. None of the items were actually at fault. It is such a relief to find a genuine company who actually have men who know their trade. Merle had it sorted very quickly and will be back to put the new part in for a sensible amount of £233 plus vat.
Great company
Absolutely amazing company!!! With weeks of utter despair of not having hot water and heating and various visits from other companies who couldn't resolve the problem. These guys attended and didn't leave until the job was complete. Many thanks to Ricky, Andrew Rumble, Andrew Cox, Brandon and John Newberry. I would 100% recommend these guys!!!
