We are very fortunate to have such a good electrical retailer in Tenbury. We recently bought a washing machine from Brights. The service was excellent from start to finish……friendly, informative, price competitive and efficient. We purchased the machine on Saturday afternoon and it was installed on Monday afternoon by two cheery, helpful chaps. Great shop and great helpful staff.

Cannot fault Brights of Tenbury. Friendly and efficient from in person purchase through to delivery of dishwasher the next morning. And a good price too! Highly recommend this local company.

Searched for ages online to buy a condenser tumble dryer at short notice. None of the online stores could oblige so I went to GE Brights in Tenbury Wells. Wide choice of dryers, had the one I wanted in stock £40 cheaper than in line (Yes £40 cheaper than online!) and they delivered FOR FREE next day. Went straight up to Mr Thomas’s cafe just along the high street and spent my savings on a big fried breakfast. WISE UP AND START BUYING LOCAL. We’ll done GE BRIGHT.

Don't normally leave reviews, but Brights certainly deserve a mention. Overall service cannot be faulted. Queries about replacement oven answered swiftly and fully, ordered appliance delivered and fitted within 24 hours!. Polite and efficient fitters. Competitively priced too. Heartily recommended. Many thanks to all the Brights team.

I rang up to order to order a new shark cordless vacuum this week, it was delivered yesterday as promised and it's the best vacuum I've known far better than my g tech one which was over 300 pounds. Very helpful service and good quality items sold.

This company left a ladder in a corridor which a blind lady fell over and spent a night in hospital. Brights will not accept responsibility for their actions. Form your own opinion

Excellent service . We needed a new built in dishwasher and they were able to advice which model and supply and fit the very next day and not at an extortionate price . And they took away the old dishwasher and tested and explained the programmes etc of new one . Can definitely recommend 100% and we'll be using them again . Wow ... customer service is unbelievable! Ordered washing machine over telephone at 10:00 am for next day delivery / fitting, but they did say if they could fit on day of order they would ... 4:00 pm there was a knock at the door and low & behold they come to deliver & fit washing machine ! Never get this service in the city. They will definitely be our go too place ! Thank you for terrific service. I will also add price was very comparable.
