I recently had electrical work carried out by Electrical Innovations, and the whole experience from speaking with Ben in the office to having the work completed by Sean was excellent. Sean was punctual, friendly, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained the work beforehand, got started right away, and completed the installation of my electric vehicle charger efficiently. The area was left clean and tidy, and he took the time to show me how to use the charger app. Electrical Innovations is a great company with friendly, skilled staff. I will definitely use them again in the future. Keep up the great work, and thank you.

This company have fitted a new security alarm system at my home. Sean fitted the alarm and is punctual pleasant and efficient. He has also been back to review after some issues arose, but hopefully now all sorted out. At all times I have been kept advised of the plans of work and these have been adhered to. Another positive experience with this company and will be having them back for future electrical work

I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Colin was the best tradesman I have ever had the fortune to come across. He visited this morning and was punctual and polite, friendly and knowledgeable. What on earth is going on with this company. I had a complete electrical blackout and sourced a local company Electrical Innovations who advertised emergency callouts. I was only able to speak to an AI voice who after several phone calls assured me that someone would be calling me. No one ever did and as a result no one attended and we were in blackout for 24 hours whilst I found a reputable company to deal with the problem. Then 2 days later I received a call from them following up my initial calls. What a joke. Any Business who hides behind an AI voice so that they do not speak to customers is a red flag. Needless to say my up and coming order for solar panels will not be going to Electrical Innovation. UPDATE: Since reading your reply I accept that I have made an error when looking for an electrician that offered an emergency call out service. I have checked all your website details and you do not offer that service so I was mistaken. I have now as a result increased your star rating to 4. It would have been 5 star but the ridiculous AI answers which repeatably led me to believe that you would contact me quickly has reduced the star rating. Had a simple answerphone message been available I could have dealt with the emergency straight away.

Called this morning in desperate need after my daughter had a swing on one of my lights downstairs and the husband had a go and fixing it and managed to make all of the downstairs lights not work! Contacted Electrical innovations based off their professional and easy to use website. I was contacted within minutes by Ainsley who talked me through the process and got me booked in for an inspection. Colin arrived a few days later and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, giving us peace of mind and advice around a few worrying electrics. I was happy with the quote, and approved the work. Frazer came today to complete the work, again he was very professional and knowledgeable and worked swiftly through the job list. Amazing response to an emergent problem with my domestic electrics tripping. Not only did they get me an appointment secured with 24hrs, Ben also phoned back later to offer a same day appointment!

Electrical Innovations were sub contracted by Heatable Ltd to install solar panels and storage battery. Installation happened on 24 April 2025. The date was fixed well in advance. I was advised on the probable schedule, including scaffold erection. The schedule was kept. 4 person installation team came early and worked hard until the task was completed. I was expecting significant overflow of work for the following day and was ever so pleases that it did not happen. The team worked without any demand on me. The site was left tidy. Obviously this applies to battery installation as I have not been to the roof. Yes I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 star.

A fantastic team. All through the installation process their time keeping was spot on. We had good advice about where kit could be positioned. The engineers were fantastic during the installation. They worked like Trojans. They were very courteous. When our autistic son came home from school at noon sick, we asked if their site radio could be turned off. This was done straight away. But they also then worked in near silence. We were so pleased with their attitude. Most importantly the job looks fantastic and works really well. We are very very happy.

Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Very friendly and professional service, would recommend

A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. We had an issue with a light switch where it was getting hot and making a strange noise. The electrician came out the next day and was really friendly. He was able to fix the fault really quickly and made a really clean job of it. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. This is the 3rd time we’ve used them and would definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done. We had been without electricity upstairs in our house for about 8 months with no idea if a rewire was possible due to its age and concrete floors and that fact that other companies had said that the job was too big for them. I can't praise Ben and his team enough. I was looking for someone to talk to about fitting a solar panel and a battery system to my house and came across Electrical Innovations very informative posts on Instagram. After a quick direct message Ben got back to me and set up an appointment to attend my house. He listened to what I wanted and quickly assessed what I needed, quoted there and then and order confirmed. Install date came and he and his team arrived on time and worked to fantastic level of quality and workmanship, something you struggle to find now a days. Just had solar power system with batteries and water heater installed by this company. Wow what a efficient an professional service provided by this company, the team were all extremely professional and workmanship was first class so neat and no mess. Their customer service was first class all were so helpful explaining how the system worked with nothing to much trouble. I even decided I needed an extra battery and they arrived the following day to install. I would definitely recommend this company having had numerous quotes from a variety of other companies before choosing this one, it was a great choice by us especially as they recently won supplier of the year for solar provider.

Sean, Sam and Brad did a fantastic job installing extra sockets and a new hub for my boiler. They were friendly, professional and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. And my dog loved them!

We recently discovered the polarity on one of our sockets was incorrect. The socket had only been used for a table lamp and the fault only became apparent when plugging in a digital clock. We rang Electrical Innovations who arranged an electrician called Sam to come out. He very quickly identified the problem and on cutting a section of floorboards was able to locate the fault and rectify it. It was a first class service at a reasonable price and I would recommend the company to anyone requiring electrical services.

Absolutely excellent service as ever.They responded so quickly to my need for further work to exterior lights and doorbell and were so efficient and helpful - and hoovered up all brick dust from drilling (even wiping over the floor!) . I needed a electrical supply running into my garage so that i could have a Pod Point electrical car charger installed along with lighting and sockets, problem being that the garage is remote from the house. Electrical Innovations came up with a solution and liaised with Pod Point to ensure the solution was acceptable ie the charger had a sufficient supply . The work was carried out in a day by a team of 4 who all turned up with all the materials required to complete the work; they arrived on time, worked diligently while being friendly at all times. Work completed with no issues. I would definitely recommend Electrical Innovations for any size project you require doing, they are timely in their responses to your requests and undertaking the work; basically they do what they say they will do and will not mess you about.

A relatively complex install handled brilliantly. Large summerhouse designed principally to host a 12 panel PV installation, as unable to install on house roof. They handled all of the electrics for the project; installing the PV, connecting the summerhouse and PV to the grid and installing all the electrics in the summerhouse. Can't fault any aspect of their side of the project and am happy to considering getting them back for some additional works in the future.

Did a full Solar panel and battery quote, supply and installation for my mother. We had multiple quotes from various companies and these were by far the best value and most professional. A lot had massively bumped up their prices because of the huge demand lately but their quote was still fair and realistic unlike others. The installation went brilliantly and the system is great. Batteries already filling up during the day and running the house at night. My parents have barely pulled anything from the grid since installation so it’s well worth the money and will pay for itself in no time.

recently installed a 3.6kw solar system and zappi car charger and the whole process was brilliant from initial enquiry through to completion. We had a consultation of the job (installing infrared heating panels onto the ceiling, connected to a thermostat) and talked about the different ways in which that could be done. He was open to suggestions and really made us feel like he heard our views and worries. He did a brilliant job, cleaned up after himself, explained everything before he did anything and gave some very good advice for any future installations. I was given a very reasonable call out quotation. Colin was very quick identifying and rectifying the problem - including plastering. The work was to a high standard and very tidy. Heat link on google nest had broken and so had no ability to control heating. A quick disconnection of the nest to be able to control the heat link followed by an installation of new heat link shortly after replacement arrived. Very happy with the service provided!

Contacted the company a couple weeks ago regarding some storage heaters I wanted looking at, initially Ben was responsive and helpful however there was a slight delay in getting him booked in due to finding out if he could get hold of a few parts.. a couple weeks have passed and I did not hear anything so I tried messaging/contacting him on 3 different occasions however had no response. I spoke to someone else who said she would get him to call me but 3 days later & no response, I even suggested if he could let me know if he wasn't interested & I would find someone else....From reading other reviews I thought the companies customer service would be alot better then it was! Would definitely not recommend the company as the communication has been extremely poor

I contacted Ben via text to ask for a quote to install a light in our garage. We exchanged a few messages/photos of the job and agreed a price and date for works. On the day there was a slight confusion of what time we’d agreed, but I got in touch with the contact centre and they were extremely helpful. One of the electricians (forgot his name) arrived, explained what needed doing, and got on with the job as expected. This is definitely a professional business with great customer service. We needed someone to replace a faulty dimmer switch. Another electrician suggested to replace the dimmer switch whereas Ben said could fix the dimmer module and retain our plate.
