Reviews
4.5
Alex Murray Construction Ltd drew praise from most reviewers, who reported installations such as solar panels, batteries, and air source heating. One reviewer said the team overcame bad weather to get the system working before Christmas, and another described the heating and boiler system being fitted and running in two days despite a tight timescale. Reviewers repeatedly said the installers were professional, polite and considerate, with one saying disruption was kept low and the property left immaculate. A re-roofing customer reported a good job and clean-up, plus ceiling repairs and painting. One reviewer gave no detail beyond calling solid service and very responsive, and a separate reviewer complained of
Beyond useless people running it questionable p.c work...
Great company, Fantastic work force. Would highly recommend for all solar panel, Tesla powerwall 3 and Air source heating installation.
An excellent job by everybody on Team who worked on my re-roofing work and a good clean up after roof was completed. Also a perfect job on repairing my ceiling and a pristine job by Calum for painting work. Highly recommended.
Excellent work under pressure and within a tight timescale, thank you to all who helped
Installed Solar panels and batteries in some appalling weather during November and December. Great team persevered and got it working before Xmas.
A Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump, hot water cylinder, radiators, battery storage and solar were all installed during Winter. Including the removal of existing hot water cylinder, storage heaters and panel heaters. The heating system was appropriately sized by Steven at AMC and installed well to give reliable heat and easily controlled. Resulting in a significant cost saving immediately compared with direct electric heating and far superior thermal comfort, even when freezing outside and without any immediate fabric changes. Running costs are significantly reduced and solar production is even contributing to the cost savings in January. Installers were respectful and considerate of the elderly occupant with limited mobility. Works carried out in coordination with WarmWorks/Warmer Homes Scotland.
Amazing service. Full new heating and boiler system fitted and running in two days! Prompt, friendly, professional and worked so hard. They’ve left the property immaculate too. Top marks lads, and thank you!
The team that installed our air source heating were very professional, polite, and considerate. Special mention for Barry and Dek, the plumbers. They made sure we were happy with things by talking through the job beforehand, kept disruption to a minimum, and tidied as they went. A great attitude and easy to deal with. Very happy to recommend them.
Solid service. Very responsive
