Really pleased the work we had done, which included moving various sockets around, changing lights, fixing switches, etc. Everything was neat and tidied up after being done, and we're very pleased to have found good quality and reliable electricians.

I cannot praise Luke and his team enough. Solar panels are somewhat of a brave new world and we have benefitted from their knowledge. This expertise was exactly what we needed when we replaced our inverter. We are also pleased that we added a battery to our system which will allow us to minimise our use of electricity at peak times.

Had Luke come out to sort some issues on our recently brought property. Professional and on time . Explained what had been done and changed made . Just had a new inverter and a battery installed for my solar panels and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Jessica was in touch with me before the install date and Luke came beforehand to check out where everything could be placed and explained how it would all fit in. The install day went really smoothly, the kit is placed really conveniently and the guys explained how it all worked and how to read the app. Couldn't have gone better ....I would definitely use again and absolutely recommend them.

LJ Norton had excellent communication before the day of install. Luke arrived promptly in the morning and worked all day to install my energy storage battery. I needed an engineer to attend my property to check the wiring and replace the electric shower. Professional and courteous. There were limitations to when the property could be accessed, however company were very accommodating and attended on different days over several weeks to complete the work. No hesitation in recommending.

We contacted Luke to tidy up the electrics for our heating system for the house. We had a number of issues resulting from the work of poor tradesmen that left us with no control over house heating and no way to heat water. We have a condenser boiler that is controlled by a Nest thermostat. I must say, Luke did an incredible job troubleshooting the issue, working systematically and taking time to understand the setup and identifying the root cause, which was definitely not obvious. 5 stars well deserved!

Really rate L J Norton electrical. We got in touch about getting a charge point for an electric car put in and then thought we'd see if they did solar panels. They managed to provider a quote lower than the other ones we'd had through and were really responsive to our questions. They did a very thorough inspection. They arrived at the agreed time and and proceeded to carry out the inspection immediately

I had a bit of difficulty trying to get an accurate quote as a lot of fitters want lots of photos. Instead, Luke called to my house and looked for himself at where I wished for the unit to be installed and checked that there were no obstacles. He arrived on time, was very clean and thorough and incredibly professional. If I know of anyone who is looking to get an EV point installed, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Luke straight away.

We used L J Norton to remove an existing towel rail and replace it with an electrically heated towel rail. They were professional, flexible and most importantly did a fantastic job! We have been trying to find a team to do this job for us for over a year and were beginning to give up hope but the team at L J Norton did excellent work for a very reasonable price. I used LJ Norton Electrical to install two external power sockets, one in the rear garden and the 2nd in the front garden. The response to my request for a qoute was quick, as was the subsequent correspondence with Jessica keeping me updated throughout, there was even a reminder of the appointment the afternoon prior. The crew tidied up after themselves and even wore coverings over their boots when working inside to prevent dirt being brought in on the soles of their footwear. There were wiring issues with my 2 gang switches which were creating a lot of lighting issues in my home. performed an electrical inspection which must have gone fine? they left every switch and light on, arrived early, left mess everywhere, didn’t put anything back where it was found apart from blocking in the hot water switch which they had turned off, walked out without telling me they were finished, wouldn’t use again.

Full marks for a great service, Luke turned up on the agreed date and began the work agreed on my property he completed a full rewire on our home to make it safer for us all including our one year old daughter (who was sad to see him go once the work was complete). He moved and updated all our spotlights and plug sockets and light switch fittings they all match and look very modern in our new home. Luke was great after going through the jobs we wanted we was unsure about the outdoor safety lights luke explained why it was good to have them and showed us some that he had done so we went with the front and back door lights and now living in the house the lights help massively especially with the dark nights when I come home with my daughter it helps me to feel more safer coming into my home and lights up the back garden when i am putting the recycling out.
