AlphaOne Electrics Ltd

The electricians Dion & Mark, were great. Dion had the fitting all sorted before arrival and they got straight onto the job without any fuss. The installation was complicated due to the distance between the house and garage but everything is now up and running! Next step: Finding an EV to replace my diesel!!!

We had our EV charger installoed by AlphaOne. Very professional from the outset with Claire organising the scheduling and paperwork and the install done tidily by Mark. Support has been there since we got set up too which has been excellent. Highly recommend.

This small business was recommended by a friend, fantastic service from the very start. Do not bother with the rest, these guys know what the are doing. Mark and the team were great, nice to see there are good professional people out there who can be trusted to complete the job with hassle. Thank you AlphaOne Electrics Ltd. 10/10

Recent solar upgrading. Really impressed with their work. From dealing Claire in the office and Dion on site everything was efficiently installed as planned on time and as quoted. Great team thanks 🙏

I really could not fault or improve the service, efficiency and professionalism of AlphaOne Electrics. Administration by Claire was thorough and very speedy, whilst the EV installation by Dion was superb. Great team.

Very professional company and great communication from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company to anybody.

Very professional company with great customer service and communication. The pre and aftersales support has been excellent and I would highly recommend

A pleasure to deal with such a friendly and professional business. From start to finish everything went like clockwork. A big thing for me is knowing that I could contact them in the future if I needed advice.

Brilliant from start to finish, communication was excellent, the installation team worked tirelessly in the pouring rain between storms. Can't fault them, no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing from start to finish! AlphaOne installed an EV charger at my home and were perfect at every stage. From quoting a complete install (which was clear and based on a no-charge site visit), clear communications, booking an install date in only a few days to a hassle free install (you wouldn't have known they were here!), they met and and exceeded expectations. Thanks you so much Claire, Dion and Mark!!! Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant, quick, clean and friendly. No fuss, on time 5 start well deserved!

After we contacted AlphaOne to ask for a solar panels quote, they did a site visit to explain the different costs and benefits of the many different options available. Their subsequent quote took account of our requirements and budget as well as the roof position. Their planning for the installation was meticulous; all the materials were delivered a couple of days before the agreed date for installation so there were no delays. The installation ran to time and took only a couple of days. Disruption was minimal – our mains electricity had to be turned off for less than half an hour on a couple of occasions while key electrical work was carried out. Once installed, the panels started to generate electricity immediately, and AlphaOne set up the app / controls which integrated the new system with our existing heating and car charging systems. As well as optimising the system for current weather conditions, they gave us useful advice to get the most from our electricity generation at different times of the year. Dan, Dion, Mark and Claire were great to work with; consistently responsive, helpful and reliable. I’d definitely recommend AlphaOne to anyone thinking of having solar panels installed.

I would highly recommend AlphaOne to anyone, top service from point of contact to the works being completed, Claire is super friendly and keeps you informed all the way through, Dan & Mark installed my EV charger for me on a particularly cold Cornish morning. Not a grumble from either of them, the install went smoothly, clean and tidy! These guys are everything a good contractor should be! Thank you guys!

We’re very pleased with the Hypervolt EV charger fitted by AlphaOne. Dion and Mark were knowledgeable, friendly and did a great neat job. This was all backed up by brilliant organisation and comms from Claire in the office. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service - solar panels & battery storage all up and running perfectly. AlphaOne installed it all in two days and without any issues at all and they were so well-organised and neat & tidy. They communicated clearly on days & times for scaffolding and the installation work. Really helpful with setting up the app for the system too. Great value - it’s already making a huge difference to the electric bill.

Dion and his team are professional, very tidy clean. On time. A credit to the company. Would recommend them time and again. 100% . Thank you 😊

Alpha One were brilliant from start to finish. They came up with a creative way to install enough panels on our unusually shaped roof. They then helped with Planning and agreed an install date which was very quick. The installation went smoothly and, when something didn’t work initially, they returned quickly to fix it. The whole system works beautifully and we’re very pleased with the results. I’d highly recommend the team!

AlphaOne recently installed our Simpson & Partners EV charger, and we’re delighted with the result. After chatting with Claire in the office, Dion visited the site to assess the work. He was professional, reassuring, and friendly, providing lots of useful information. We booked an installation appointment for the following week, and on the day of installation, Dion sent a message confirming his imminent arrival. The work was undertaken competently and efficiently, all the wiring was housed in neat conduits, and the job left clean and tidy. A few days later, we received the relevant documentation, including the Electrical Installation and Building Regulations Certificates. We were very happy with AlphaOne and would happily recommend them as a trustworthy, reliable and local company.

Excellent, professional service and charging point, thank you

Very professional and knowledgable service provided to install an EV charger. This needed expert knowledge and care in developing the correct technical solution for a non-standard installation. Rapid on-site assessment of the issues and installation carried out to time and cost with no issues.

I can't recommend Alpha One Electrics enough, I requested an EV charger which was out of stock with the manufacturer, Claire worked her magic and managed to get hold of one very quickly and scheduled the fitting straight away, far quicker than the manufacturer could manage. Great communication throughout and a very neat install. A seamless process. Thankyou very much.

They say you get what you pay for. Well I got a great price, backed up with great service and support for the installation of my Zappi EV charger.
