Can’t speak for their workmanship but if their engineers driving is anything to go by, it won’t be good. Guy in a van, reg ending FYB just cut me up on a roundabout coming into WGC. No need for it, nearly caused an accident and ruined a lot of people’s mornings. He went out of his way to do it & saved maybe 20 seconds off his morning commute. Hopefully he gets a puncture later and his heating packs up!

They attempted to do our kitchen, damaged our hallway floor, then failed to lay the kitchen floor, so we got them in AGIAN to fix it, failled and made the same mistake, then one of our pipes burst due to their messing with water. Later, they say they will fix the hallway floor, then say it was only checking, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY WOULD TO IT. Finally, they attempt to fix the hallway, and, so-far, they have completely forgot to take up the previous hallway glue, and stick it on top, nearly creating a trip hazard. This is only so far, IT IS PROBABLY GOING TO GET WORSE!

Do not let these cowboys in to your home!! They made my life and my family's life a living Hell, They do not know what they are doing. They caused me to have a nervous breakdown And now i have to see a physiatrist and got to counselling. They wrecked my home. And my life. A job that was ment to take 7 days ended up being 3 weeks of unbeatable hell!!! Rude, Obnoxious People unwilling to listen or help. I felt intimidated into signing the work off. I only did it because I was surrounded by workers wanting me to sing it off, And to be honest I jyst wanted them out of my life and my family's life after all the damage and trauma they had caused us.

I have just had a new bathroom and kitchen fitted by these guys. Outstanding work, very thorough and professional. They will go above and beyond to help you in anyway. No job is to much for them. I would recommend very highly.

Excellent hardworking polite people, what they promised me they delivered on time. My housing association didn't communicate at all with me but Marius from CBM Group Ltd always promptly answered my questions and put my mind at rest. Very skilled people worked four weeks with neglegted flat full of damp problems and serious defects that were ignored by housing association for twenty years. Happy to recommend them any time.

Recently carried out my bathroom renovation and simply delighted with the results.

COWBOY COMPANY Currently having a new kitchen and 2 bathrooms fitted and not 1 job has been done by a professional, everything has just been slapped together and caused more problems including leaks, a broken door (still not been replaced) and asbestos not being removed safely we was also told 10days till finished and now just over 2 weeks with no kitchen floor and a toilet that doesnt fit along with the countless other jobs not done properly (will have todo alot of repairs myself) and just 2 weeks from Christmas, very bad communication skills from mangers or supervisors when spoken to about the problems and lack of professionalism, WORST COMPANY EVER COME ACROSS, Will be looking to take this further.

One of their vans parked very badly at the charging points at Starbucks Stevenage. Terrible crooked parking over 2 spaces. Saw me struggling to get in a very narrow space to charge and did nothing to straighten up. I couldn't even get young daughter out of car and I had to climb out passenger side. Very selfish. Bloke saw me with young family and struggling and decided to do nothing to park the van properly.

absolutely shocking service. worker was asked not to remove a light fitting by my self and a site manger only to remove it and go off with the light, when asked why he done this i was told dont know, when asked for the light he didn't know where it was anymore. when calling the company to complain about this i was laughed at down the phone by a so call manager and told not his problem. i was also told someone is on the way to me and will arrive in 15 mins, well over an hour later no one arrived. again when speaking to the company on the phone to find out where they where i was told would be a further 10 mins to witch no one arrived. when explain to a manager my issue i was again laughed at and told to take it up with the engineer who never arrived, when asked if i can speak to somone else due to his attitude towards the problem i was told no. 24 hours later still no one has arrived at my address so yet another phone call to find out what is going on and demand my light or a replacement, i was told somone will call me back and yet so far nothing. i will be attending the office in person for answers before reporting this blatant theft of my lights

The Cheshire house in Edmonton recently experienced a gas leak incident which was addressed by CBM Electrical Contractors Ltd. Unfortunately, the job was completed in a highly unsatisfactory manner, resulting in a faulty boiler, an electrical overload problem, an inability to choose between hot water or heating, and four of the six radiators being broken. Moreover, the boiler was set to an excessive 12wK, resulting in an unreasonable cost of £4.08 per hour to run with electricity costing at the time of writing this 0.34 per 1 KwH, despite this company previously stating they would set it to 9wK. The company stated they would return in December to rectify the issues, yet no communication has been received since. It is unclear why this company was selected by Enfield council to address the incident, and those living in the flat have had an additional problem added to their home. This incident has been a complete disappointment, with significant costs incurred and no resolution

Dangerous on the roads. Enters roundabout in right lane to turn left in order to avoid traffic which forced my wife to take an evasive manouver and enter the wrong turn. Likely reflective of their working ethics, would avoid.

CBM are our neighbours on Tewin Court and they have very kindly and professionally installed the outside defibrillator for our charities workshop - free of charge.

CBM was hired by the council to do work on a neighbouring property. After 2 days of constant disruptive drilling sounds, I attempted to ask them if there were any measures they could take to be a bit considerate or show courtesy to the people working the other side of the wall. The response from the contractor was a disgusting smirk as he closed the door in my face. At the end of my tether I was forced to threaten to call the police. Utterly awful attitude.

3 times in recen the CBM electrical van has taken up a parent and child parking bay at ASDA. This is a disgusting level of inconsiderate attitude and sheer laziness towards others in general. There was no evidence that they had a child with them. Just one 1 man walked in and out of ASDA, no child seat etc.

Now also known as a general building contractor have sorted my burst supply pipe Quickly and efficiently

They work for welwyn and Hatfield Council and there work is atrocious there is no quality or work ethics they have bodged all work they have done and the Council let them get away with ivwe are on about the 6th week for a kitchen and bathroom refit that should of took no longer than 2 weeks

On time, on budget, plesure to work with.
