Michael answered my phone call at 7pm in the evening and was here the next day. He worked fast to diagnose the issue and provide a fix to get my sockets working. I was shocked at how reasonable his charge was and have rebooked to add a socket.

Amazing, fixed my fuse board that another electrician had completely destroyed, fixed all wire after other election had left live wires outside the fuse box. He is coming back to fix lights in hallway too

We hired Arch Electrical to fix and connect the wiring of our oven as we're moving into our property soon. We thought it was a small problem and it turned out to be bigger than that, our wiring was a bit of a mess with wires in questionable places. Our engineer fixed our wiring and our oven and hob are in working order. We're very happy with their work.

Michael from Arch Electrical came to do a number of jobs in my new flat and everything was perfect from start to finish, pictures speak for themselves. Michael is a sound bloke too. If you need any electrical work completing in and around Liverpool, this is the place to go!

I've used mick a few times now over the last few years, he's fitted a new rcd panel, wired my hottub, fitted outdoor sockets and outdoor tv point, fitted new lights around my house sorted damaged sockets out and returned again today to fit another ceiling light, ensuite fan and large blue tooth mirror. I wouldn't use anyone else he's friendly, leaves everywhere clean, always on time and very helpful. His rates are more than fair and I would recommend to anyone.

It was a Saturday morning when our power went off. I rang QFM and was told although he was due to finish work he would come in 20 minutes and take a look. Came on time, fixed the fault and offered advice for future. Definitely recommend.

I asked for quotes to supply and fit an outside electrical socket via checkatrade.com. Michael responded quickly and arranged a visit to provide a quote. After providing information about how they would install the socket we arranged an installation date. Their communication was great throughout, they were punctual and the installer was very tidy with his work. I would thoroughly recommend them if you're looking for electrical work to be carried out.

On time (early!), Personable, professional, got to my Mum's house super quick to restore power, as she is disabled, and got the power going safely temporarily, had the new fusebox fitted within a week in a very confined and hard to use space, and charged the quoted orice. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Equally good for domestic or commercial and would be really good if you had a buy to let house too. Thank you!

I had my fuse box replaced plus a Domestic Installation Condition Report carried out for the purposes of renting out a property. The work was carried out in a professional manner . Despite several issues that arose, one of which was historic, all were resolved to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I can really recommend this company, they were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were having a new fuse box and a few other minor jobs around the house, they arrived exactly on time and completed the job in a timely fashion and with minimal mess, which they cleared up before leaving. We had an issue with our oven when the power went back on and they were kind enough to stay and help resolve the issue which was above and beyond really. Would definitely recommend and will be calling these guys again ourselves.

Caught out Saturday morning with no lights in bathroom and guests due to arrive. Needed electrician ASAP Contacted this company and got instant response. Electrician with us within half an hour.
