The staff here have been so helpful. To be honest, I always kind of forget they are an option, because they are away from the main commercial area of the town, but I'm often sent their direction, and sure enough, they have what I'm looking for 9 out of 10 times.
I recently bought a product from this store and the customer service was fantastic. I made an error with my purchase and the team at George Robertson could not do enough to help resolve it for me.

Staff in the shop and the staff who do home deliveries are always willing to have a chat and are very knowledgeable about the products. Had an issue with a couple of our appliances at home and we were seen very quickly and the issue on one was resolved within minutes. Unfortunately one was broken but the price of a new part was given to us within a couple of hours. Excellent service.
Had a problem with my quantum night storage heater 1phone call to them and Andrew came out the next day and repaired the unit you can't get better than that saved me £800.00 to buy a new one if you have a problem with your dimplex quantum heaters phone George robertsons first it can save you money
