Very pleased to have found this local firm to replace our aged boiler. Despite a few difficulties, these have been speedily resolved and we’re very happy with the end result. Our bubbly, knocky old system is now running quietly and efficiently. The work was completed in a neat and tidy fashion and the engineers could not have been more helpful or friendly. I am a bit disappointed that a relatively quick and simple job was charged at the same price as a full boiler service. I did not realise that the thermostat was powered solely by batteries. I could not have managed to change the batteries myself and get the boiler turning on the heating but I question whether the battery change should be part of the service programme.

If I could give more than five stars I would. This company is amazing! Reasonably priced, and very professional and responsive. I got a prompt visit from the owner, and they swapped our ancient boiler for a new one, and did everything within a period of three days. Superb customer service, highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend and use again. I needed shower in my daughter’s wet room replaced urgently as she is disabled. Dave came out same day and gave me options and some advice. After speaking to their plumbers about the best one to get, I ordered it and they came and fitted it the same day it arrived!! Was very impressed.

My shower was leaking and the fault was found and a replacement fitted quickly and efficiently. Also the bathroom was left as it was found which was lovely. Over a year ago I had a new boiler fitted which is working well and again the work was done very well and all the old parts were removed and the cupboard left very clean and tidy.

Annual Service. Arrived on time. Very pleasant engineer. Answered all my queries. Checked out my concerns about aspects of the system and advised on future actions if necessary.

Dave was able to see what our issue was within 10 mins of arriving, something others over the years seemed unable to do. James came today and removed offending pipe, repositioned new pipes and we have radiators that are hot top and bottom. Thank you so much for sorting the issue out. Fab service. Dave and his team (James and Dan) were brilliant. Our old boiler was condemned just before Christmas so no heating or hot water. They fitted us in to fix our immersion heater so we at least had hot water to shower over the holidays. After the New Year they came back an fitted a new boiler no mess. Friendly informative and did a great job. We’re thinking of updating our bathroom so will call on them again.

Our boiler stopped working leaving us with no hot water or heating, Dave came highly recommended to me, so I contacted him to see if he could urgently help. Although very busy, he was super helpful and managed to get an engineer out to me within a day. I was presented with two options, for them to either order a part and repair the boiler or replace it. The boiler being 11 years old we decided to replace, which was carried out within a couple of days. Very professional, friendly service throughout the process, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Berkeley Heating were very professional from the first contact to completion. They installed a new boiler and radiators, also a shower pump. The engineers were always polite, clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this company to anybody.

A very professional service from start to finish. Berkeley Heating turned up on time, completed an excellent installation & left the property in an exceptionally clean and tidy condition. We were very impressed by how neat the pipework was fitted behind a challenging kitchen unit. James spent time explaining how the remote thermostat controls worked, which left me confidentially operating the central heating system. We also received our Landlord Gas Safety Certificate in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend James & his team.

After booking multiple plumbers who just don’t turn up I was so pleased with the service from Berkeley. Efficient, no hassle. Was with me within a couple of hours and fixed the problem in no time. All at a fair price. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!

5 star service .sorted out boiler

I had 3 plumbers round to quote for a hot water cylinder upgrade and I wanted a new unvented system to replace my old 1970s system. All of them tried to push me towards a combi boiler instead. Berkeley however mentioned as my old boiler is only 2 years old it would be criminal to replace with a combi, and an unvented cylinder would be the best solution although not as profitable and easy for them. Dave and his team were friendly, punctual, clean and professional. Excellent job. I already have them booked for some other work I need doing. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency with dreaded water seepage from water storage tank in loft. The guys kept me informed aa to when they were coming over and were efficient, polite and courteous....problem solved....five out of five 😀
