Eildon Housing Association Ltd drew mixed comments from customers. Several people said they found staff helpful, and one caller asked Eildon to thank two workers who fixed a faulty gate and broken hand rail fence. One reviewer said they had made applications over a year without an allocation, and another said a staff member helped them register but they still could not use the site afterwards. One reviewer said they struggle with stairs and were refused a stair lift, a two-bedroom home for their autistic adult daughter and ignored evidence they sent. Another said that over about ten years of neighbour issues, including police involvement, Eildon did nothing and they eventually moved away.

Made a few applications over one year with no allocation. Eildon Housing Association were the first to be helpful. Also all really courteous sounding with tolerance. I explained the housing application issues over time with refinement of understanding further to a diagnosis the lead me to understand the importance of not having shared access et cetera. It's hard for them to allocate accessible housing because I think they do not fully understand the needs know how to deliver three Solutions. this is an fortunate because many applicants miss out on the chance to thrive. The ride home in the right environment. hopefully they'll get the funding they deserve and access to land so that they might consider adopting efficiently built timber frame housing with hempcrete etc there are carbon neutral to speed up the development. This housing association has the potential to deliver accessible housing once it really cares for and takes an interest in meeting the accessible needs of applicants . especially those who will be subject to significant further pain and depression from the wrong sensory environment et cetera. they also need to be aware of international human rights laws and compliance with decriminalisation of medicinal cannabis plants which in themselves bring wellness and safe space for this Plus the limited equipment for processing of their medicine for micro-dosing et cetera. Companion animals need to be considered reasonably especially if the applicant is willing to wait till there are tenants before in consultation with the housing association finding a suitable animal companion. Why wouldn't any responsible housing association not want for the best accessible housing outcomes for their tenants? with any luck the website will become more interactive with helpful. it's quite accessible with other house in succession websites but has a long way to making people feel well.

They discriminate against disabled people as I struggle with stairs and they won’t allow a stair lift to be fitted. Also won’t allow me a 2 bed room which I need for my autistic adult daughter who I care for as she comes home several nights a week. I currently live in a private let and can not use the shower over bath and need to move. I have submitted numerous letters for evidence but they ignore them. They say if I can do a few stairs my medical points get taken away. It’s disgusting
