We got several quotes for a ASHP but chose Cinergi as it was a independent, family run business with their own staff undertaking the works and not 3rd party contractors. We have had a lot of upgrade works undertaken on our property with different contractors but Cinergi was by far the smoothest. We would not hesitate to recommend Cinergi to others. Max led the installation with the help and hard work of Theo and Tommy. All the team were polite, kept the site tidy and completed the works without any issues. Max in particular was exceptional in his organisation, keeping us informed each day, answering our questions and ensuring all the works were done to a very high standard. He clearly takes pride in his work and he's a credit to the company.

It takes quite a lot to impress me these days but just had a new heat pump and water heater installed today. The whole Cinergi team worked quickly and professionally and in particular Max was outstanding. I would happily recommend Cinergi to anyone. Rob.

Ours was a complicated installation. We had PV panels; a solar water heater; a 10kWhr storage battery; a ( redundant) Solar Boost system and a 70 year old house. The job was never going to be straightforward and other well known companies were very reluctant to take it on. Cinergi did so and the close management of the work was first rate, with new supervisory procedures being introduced company wide to address the issues that arose as the work proceeded.

My old heat pump was replaced and moved to a different location. Adam and Josh were great, very polite, neat and tidy workers, they made sure everything was up and running and took care to cause the least disruption possible. Very pleased with them and the company and I felt the cost of the work was competitive.

Cinergi recently installed an ASHP for my self build and the service has been excellent. Charlie did a great job installing and the standard of install is excellent. Price was competitive if not better than most and the whole team from quoting to installing have been supportive and I've been informed at every step. I would definitely recommend their services.

Cinergi are with you for the journey! Cinergi installed a large solar, battery, gateway and EV charger system for us at the end of 2025. 36 x Aiko panels, SigenStor (2 x 10 BAT), Sigenergy Gateway and Sigenergy EVAC wall box. They are a professional outfit, but with a distinctly family feel providing warm engagement throughout. They were the fastest to respond after initial contact, and the first to release a quote. They worked with us to design the system that we wanted and was right for us - where it seemed some others tried to sell us the system they wanted to sell. They had endless patience while we explored different variations of system size, product types, installation locations etc, re-quoting each time without fuss. Come the installation, the guys were friendly, courteous, clean and hardworking - despite what the weather through at them. The results are outstanding. Cinergi’s post-installation support has been excellent, with on-site follow-up inspections, snagging items and answering our questions. Cinergi recently replaced my air source heat pump and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Right from the start, Megan and Katie were fantastic – they clearly explained the proposal and costs, making everything easy to understand. Elliott then came out to carry out the heat loss calculations, which gave me real confidence in the system being right for my home. The installation team were brilliant. Adam and Tommy did an excellent job with the plumbing, and Lewis completed all the electrics to a very high standard. Adam even went the extra mile by extending the original concrete base for the unit – nothing was too much trouble. My house is now warm and cosy, and even my dog loved them all – he got so excited every time they arrived! Thank you again to the whole Cinergi team – absolutely fabulous service. I’m very, very happy.

Really happy with our solar panel system installed very promptly by Jack and Alex who were friendly and efficient. We received a lot of useful info and advice from everyone we dealt with at the company including Adam and James. Also we had great communication throughout from Shannon, Kate and Danielle in the office. Would definitely recommend using them if you are wanting to go down a different energy route.

Cinergi replaced our oil boiler with a Vaillant heat pump during February, from my initial visit to their showroom through to commissioning of the system 3 weeks ago I have nothing but praise for the team at Cinergi. Everyone I interacted with at Cinergi has been of the highest calible, but what I valued most was their flexiblity and pragmatism to install a heatpump that worked for me and my needs. Cinergi have just completed installation of a solar / battery / EV charger system on my home. I’ve been discussing various options for a few months, and their technical / sales staff (George and James) spent a lot of time explaining how it could work, and talking through options. They were very clear, and helpful, and not at all pushy. When we decided to go ahead, they were efficient in getting the paperwork out, booking the project in and making all the arrangements. The scaffolders did a good job getting set up, and the installation team were excellent. They came on time, built the project that they were meant to do, and finished on time. They were really impressive in looking for (and finding) efficient routes to run the cables - in the loft space and finding a way to get into the space under the ground floor to run a cable under the house, so that overall the system installation had minimal visible impact on the house. They commissioned it, explained how it all worked, and set up the apps very clearly. They left a good clean job, and everything seems to be working really well. A shout-out for Alex fitting the panels, Jack the electrician, and the two apprentices Louis and Ben. Well done to all !

We have just had a new air source heat pump installed by our new friends at Cinergi. This pump replaces our old oil boiler so we gain a lot of space where the boiler sat as well as the oil tank in the garden. Dave and colleagues looked after the physical installation and we were very impressed with their attention to detail and consideration during the whole process. The administration team back in the office looked after all processing of the paperwork and government grant application very efficiently as well. If you live anywhere near Romsey and are thinking about a modern clean source of heating for your house I can''t recommend Cinergi too highly. They know what they're talking about with this technology and do the work with the least hassle and disruption to your life. We are delighted with the result. Update March 2026 Lewis from Cinergi has just installed an EV charger for us. We were so pleased with heat pump installation that Cinergi got the contract for this project as well. Very tidy work by Lewis and we are delighted with the result.

We recently used Cinergi to replace our gas boiler with a heat pump and solar panels. The installation was excellent and the team friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to the two young men who put the solar panels on our roof in torrential rain without complaint. And also a big thank you to John, and Carl, Jack, Alex and Louie. Just had a heat pump installation and the team did a great job from start to finish. They were able to design a system that fitted into our relatively small mid terrace house (which a large energy company were unable to), and deliver it soon after the order was placed. Jack, Alex and the team just installed 25 solar panels, 2 batteries and a back up box system for us last week. From start to finish everyone I’ve interacted with has been absolutely brilliant. From the sales/admin team, the surveyor and the installers. Everyone is polite and efficient. The install itself was completed very quick and they met all my requirements without fuss. I’m not normally impressed by companies enough to make a positive review but I would recommend this company to anyone, they’re fantastic and most of all, trustworthy.

I was onsite for the installation of panels, batteries and an Eddie for my son & partner. From my perspective the whole install was incredibly quick, and all of your employees (5 at one stage) were polite, respectful and listened to our wishes for cable routing etc. The install was a delight to witness. Just had 11 solar panels and 27kwh battery install from Cinergi following a previous ASHP install at different property, excellent service from beginning to completed project, all staff are polite helpful and easy to contact, special mention to George and James for the survey and Jack, Alex and Louie for the onsite install, they kept me informed all the way through including setting up the software and app, were very fast (one day) and finished system is very neat and works well, even the scaffold team were quick, tidy and polite. I enquired with Cinergi for an air source heat pump quote. George and Elliot attended my property to carry out a heat loss survey. I promptly received a detailed and thorough quote. Prices were competitive. I didn’t end up accepting the quote but this does not reflect any negative experience I had. I would recommend Cinergi for their excellent customer service.

Just had Cinergi install solar panels on the roof and a Tesla power Wall three in the garage. The installation team did an excellent job Jack and Alex we’re really good at explaining what they were doing, always asked questions in terms of positioning and installation prior to going ahead. When it came to the software and app Jack’s explanation was very straightforward and helpful. The electrical installation and cable rooting was also spot-on. I Iwould definitely recommend Jack and Alex from Cinergi, they did a great job. As this was part of a whole house renovation there was also a lot of communication with Kate at head office agreeing dates and also chasing Tesla to deliver a very large and heavy power cable, which did take awhile. But we were kept in the loop by the team.

Very excited to now be a 'net-zero' building soon to be exporting our excess to the grid. Funded by TVBC Climate change Grant, Platinum Jubilee Village Hall Fund & SE Parish Council. Commissioned today but system has already generated more than we have used. :) (sorry not to give 5 stars & system won't let me give 4.5! BUT had a few issues once we were handed over to office operations part; lack & poor quality of communication and mis-understanding of their own deposit insurance etc. Such a shame - how these issues were dealt with by operations spoilt our experience)

Cinergi was a very lucky find having been let down by 2 other companies. Fantastic service from initial quote through to completion of the heat pump and new radiator installation. Communication was always brilliant from the team at the office and Max who did the installation, was polite and always kept us informed of what was happening. Cinergi recently installed solar panels, a battery and an air source heat pump. They have been brilliant every step of the way, from the initial call with Ed who reassured us that Cinergi could help us. We had telephone calls with George (solar and battery) and Lisa (ashp) who then provided us detailed quotes. George and James came out to provide a detailed survey for the solar and battery and answer all of our questions. Then Elliot and Ian came out to survey for ashp. Lisa put us in touch with a surveyor for our energy certificate. In less than a few weeks it was all systems go. Kate managed all the logistics and financials, keeping us informed along the way. Dave fitted the ashp, plus all the associated pipework and water tank. He was brilliant! It was a really cold spell but we were only with our heat for a few days, we had a back up wood burner for night time. Solar and battery went in at the same time, Adam, Lewis and Jack did the fitting, apologies if I missed anyone’s names! The whole process was seamless, their expertise is incredible, but most of all, everyone cares passionately about customer service. We highly recommend Cinergi for all your renewable energy needs. All the engineers, Jack, Josh and Louie, were very professional in the manner the fitted the solar panels and tesla battery. They cleane up after they had finished, and went them explained everything slowly to ensure i understood how everything worked. I don’t normally bother writing reviews but I have been researching home energy systems and it’s very complicated. I have finally found a company that are straight forward, knowledgeable, efficient and honest. Meghan explained heat pumps to me and Shannon helped me with solar panels, they both were patient and friendly but also knowledgeable and professional. They’ve spent lots of time on the phone with me answering any questions I had and coordinated with the James and Elliott - the technical team. James and Elliott have then spent time making sure I understand the technical aspect and have been very honest about what my house can and can’t do. Elliott gave us lots of advice on how to plan for the future whilst we are having building work now so that our house will be more energy efficient. I feel like I have been given straight forward answers and not over or mis-sold things I don’t need. They have all replied promptly to any emails, Meghan noticed my EPC had expired and directed me how to get it renewed and Shannon helped me get a quote for single phase to 3 phase. I’m now very confident on what I need for now and have a long term plan too.

I just had a heat pump installed by Cinergi. Everything about the experience was positive. They never put you under any pressure to make a decision. They come when they say they will. We had up to 4 people in our home installing to make sure the system would work efficiently (as our home is old and the design quite complicated). Every single one of the installation team was lovely and their work was completed to a very high standard. And they cleaned up after themselves. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. You’ll have a brilliant experience.

Jack,Ben and Josh were brilliant and erected 18 solar panels, battery x 2 , Zappi car charger and generator input without a problem. Cables are out of view. James provided quote at outset and was very knowledgeable. Great communication with office. I chose Cinergi as a friend had solar and battery 1 yr ago and all went seamlessly . Neighbours used a different company which went bust within 6 months and now they have no backup. Cinergi were the most expensive price , but you get what you pay for. Lots of cowboy companies out there so be careful in choosing.

We used Cinergy to supply and fit our new air source heat pump. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process including obtaining the Government grant as simple as possible. Cinergi recently installed an air source heat pump at our home. From the surveys conducted by Elliot and Ian to the installation by plumbers Lewis and John and electrician Lewis, the whole job was done efficiently and professionally with no mess or fuss. We couldn't be happier.

We're extremely pleased with our ASHP installation performed by Cinergi, combining it with our pre-existing Solar PV and Solar Thermal systems. In just the first six weeks (Mid February through March) it reduced our average daily energy consumption (kWh) by two thirds, and the cost by one third, all whilst keeping the house very comfortable and providing plenty of hot water. We would really like to express our thanks to Justin who pretty much installed the system single handed! He definitely went beyond the call of duty. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and get to know over the two weeks he was with us. Thank you!

Our new Air Heat Source Pump has been working for approximately 1 month now. Right from our first contact with Cinergi, we have had a first class service and attention. Lisa was our first contact and the information, tolerance, understanding and assistance she gave , we can safely say, continued to the last day of the project by everyone . Cinergi installed a Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump and Vaillant Unistor Cylinder and replacement of 5 radiators, in a very professional and courteous manner. The confined space both for pipework in the roof space and in the small cupboard for the slimline cylinder, were a challenge but the staff of Cinergi overcame and produced what we can only describe as a piece of art worthy of display in the Tate Modern! The installation has been in 1 month now and we are extremely pleased with it. Constant hot water, heat when required and excellent water pressure which we were not expecting, and the cost to run is less than the old system, and is far more efficient. We must make special mention of our main engineer, Marcus. He arrived when he said he would and left at the end of the day with everything cleaned up and tidy…. and in our eyes made a good job of fitting the system.Our Thanks also to to all those who came and worked towards completing the job in the time stated. We also include in that number all the ‘back room’ staff for their support. Thanks again Cinergi we will certainly recommend you.

Recently had a Heat Pump fitted by Cinergi. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the fitters and the customer care before and after installation. It was a rare joy to have emails replied to promptly and telephone calls answered by a real person. The pre-assessment included a conversation with me which tailored what was available to my budget and the logistics of my house, rather than "this is what we've got, take it or leave it!" I found the fitters helpful and patient with my questions. I was also reassured that I could call and get advice if I had any problems afterwards. I haven't needed to do so as yet, as everything was explained before the fitters left. Also, the time taken for the work was LESS than first estimated!! I have no hesitation in recommending Cinergi to anyone thinking of having a Heat Pump installed. One last thing, neither I nor my neighbours have heard any noise from the HP, another myth exploded!

We had a heat-pump installation, solar and battery install. Although two different teams, they managed to start the installations on the same date. Jack did a great job on the solar, and that was finished really quickly. Charlie had more work to do on the ASHP installation, assisted by Tom, and we also had to add changing the radiators to the work (which was completed a few weeks later). Lewis L. came and assisted with the electrics on both. Good team work. Really happy with the complete install by Cinegi.

Our site was exceptionally challenging in terms of planning constraints, extreme coastal exposure to salty, storm force wind and a complicated and technically demanding roof structure. The system we went with is top end at a brilliant price and is properly installed down to every last detail. We are absolutely delighted. Renewable energy is a no-brainer with great payback, added house value, and is a pleasure to own, as well as the vital carbon thing. Jack, the lead installer's determination and success in getting everything spot on was wonderful. The young apprentices who rotated through the site during the work as part of their training - we'd name you all if we could - were clearly thriving. Shannon, James, thank you for the tireless reworking of our design to get it perfect even as the target you were aiming at shifted about. The Loveridge family are running a jewel of a company doing great things outstandingly well. Their knowledge of heating and electrical systems is deep indeed. If you need a renewables company in the south of England who can cut the mustard on anything from complex domestic systems to commercial scale projects this is who you need to get on site for a chat. Cinergi have recently carried out the installation of an ASHP and Solar along with battery. Rarely have we worked with such a friendly and professional company. The whole team at Cinergi have been marvelous. We started the process with Elliot who talked us through the possibilities. No hard core sale, just gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The office staff - Rebecca, Kate and Shannon have held our hands throughout the process and responded to all our questions quickly. Adam and Dan who installed the ASHP - fantastic. Gave us all the information we needed to get going on the app. Their workmanship was superb - neat, tidy. The ASHP itself is much quieter than we thought it would be. A joy! Solar & battery installation - Jack and Josh. Again, cannot fault the works and helpfulness. Now we're enjoying a lovely warm house with virtually no costs to an energy provider :) Along with the manual install, Cinergi have completed all our Certs and hooked us up with the Grid. Honestly, we cannot recommend Cinergi highly enough. What a team!

Amazing service all-round. So glad we chose them for our ASHP installation. From the initial survey (Nick explained things really well)) to the quote and fitting (Dave was a really neat, tidy and considerate worker) we were kept well informed and it all progressed quickly. The office staff communicated really well and, all in all, this was a very straightforward transformation of our heating system and we are warm and comfortable. The unit is really quiet and we are delighted with the process and the outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We had a 12 panel free standing solar array fitted in our garden and a Tesla battery and Gateway in the house August 2024. Ian and the team were fantastic throughout, digging a trench for the cable from the panels to the house, installing a gravel base and ensuring that the array was sited firmly. After initial difficulties making sure that the array was secure, they adopted a different approach which worked perfectly - excellent attention to detail. The install took longer than originally anticipated but the final price was exactly as quoted. The array and battery are working perfectly, generating as forecast with even over 50% of our electricity coming from the panels in February. We are looking forward to our first full summer of solar. Our initial contact with Joe at the Cinergi office gave us confidence to research the solar panel and battery market and gather information on products. We were impressed by the fact that Cinergi does not push any particular brands and was very receptive to our mix-and-match approach. We gathered quotes from several local companies but it became clear that Cinergi's approachability and quick response to questions meant that they were the right company to carry out our project. When it came to the installation Jack was very communicative, professional and considerate in his way of working. We had a couple of minor glitches owing to one missing part and one overlooked element of the job. However, in each case communication was good and the response was fast. We are delighted with the final product and not only would recommend Cinergi but already have, to neighbours and family.

Dan and Ben, two young men from Cinergi, have been working at our home today. They have been wonderfully professional and efficient. They have installed our two new batteries and the inverter so that we can run our air source heat pump at a much cheaper and greener tariff. I am especially grateful to Dan who set me up with the app and explained all the IT aspects to me. The system is already working and our battery is being charged at the cheap rate. WOW, what a company! As far as exceptional customer service, Cinergi absolutely wipe the floor with other businesses and trades we have engaged with over the years. They manage to deliver big company service and performance, with the interaction and expertise of a family run unit - what more could you want when you're making changes to your home. We engaged Cinergi to fit an air source heat pump (10kw Valiant), a hot water tank, and radiators throughout, which included towel radiators as well - as there were none in the property when we purchased. There was no mains gas piped to the house, which was a key indicator for us making the move to ASHP, and we were thankfully eligible for the UK Government grant - which Cinergi were able to assist us with. From the very first phone call with Megan, to the site visit (before we had the keys) with Elliot (to work out the size of our heat pump and water tank as well as there placement at the property), then Ian to make sure the radiators were appropriate for the spaces (when we were in), the team were incredible with our pre-installation support. Not forgetting all of the hard work Steph and Kate did in this, being flexible and accommodating for our circumstances (delayed completion of our property). The star of the experience has to be called out though, Lewis (the main engineer on site) worked professionally and courteously with all of the other trades (electricians, roofers, etc.) day in and day out. He provided a clean safe environment every day, being conscious of those around him, helping trades out to be as efficient as they could be too. The level of craftsmanship in his work is an art form (see the photograph of the water tank). He had help on some days, Tommy and Adam, Lewis L and another person (name escapes me right now), but Lewis managed all of that, and helped to keep me sane through the renovation work - a true testament to professional tradesman who truly care for the work they do, and a massive asset to Cinergi...all of the team are. You'll note I can name everyone in the process; big company, family feel! It never felt too much, we never felt overwhelmed. If you need heating, hot water or any other work in their portfolio (Solar, Batteries, EV chargers, etc.), don't look anywhere else - you will not be disappointed with the products or services Cinergi offer. 100% we would recommend.

Very pleased with our heat pump installation. From our first meeting seeking information through to the actual installation we found the team friendly and knowledgeable. Charlie did an excellent job of integrating the new system with our complicated existing system. We went with Cinergi to install our Air Source Heat Pump, rather than one of the big installers, this was primarily so that we knew the people doing the installation, and their was continuity throughout. I commissioned Cinergi to install an Air Source system and PV panels coupled with Tesla Powerwall. Our home has been perfectly warm throughout and we are now generating good levels of electricity from the Solaredge PV system. Cinergi are fantastic. A plumber recommended them and I will do the same going forward. They gave me all the time I needed to ask questions, never missed out any information, they assured me they could get the ASHP tank in my loft (British Gas refused) and the guys that did the installation were so polite and hardworking, always cleaned up after themselves, didn't take the easy route and didn't leave until the job was done. Took away all the materials from my old system, a roofer popped round to refix a tile they needed to remove for the flue, they gave me electric heaters for the days when I was without heating and generally made a fantastic job of plumbing throughout. The paperwork is extremely thorough and efficient. I got the government grant immediately and so far I'm incredibly smug and happy about the fact that I am not heating my home by burning gas, and that old gas boiler (with inevitable toxins) is now out of my sons bedroom! If they tell you you can have an Air Source Heat Pump - have it!

We have been so impressed with every contact with Cinergi, from the initial discussions about our options for an Air Source Heat Pump, to the communication and speed of response during the contract negotiations. I selected Cinergi from 3 possible suppliers who had submitted a quotation for the supply and installation of a heat pump and battery system. Before taking the final decision to invest the company already impressed me with their responsiveness and ease of engagement. The team took the time to answer all my questions even if that meant ploughing through a long email. A lot of thought went into selection of the right ASHP which included picking the vendor, not just the size of the pump. We are pleased with the Vaillant user interface. I’m looking forward though to being able to download more operational data to help me understand and optimise the running of the system. The installation team was led by a very competent and personable plumber. He kept us well informed about progress and the challenges he had to address along the way. He was very approachable and exuded knowledge so never felt out on a limb regarding the installation. The components for the ASHP system have been neatly spaced out in the attic and outside and work ethics were good: attention to safety and tidiness all along. A few weeks into running the new system we flagged that the biggest radiator took too long to heat up. Cinergi arranged for the plumber to come back within a couple of days and he addressed the problem by rebalancing the radiator system and tweak the setting of the circulation pump. We took the opportunity to learn from him about other operational matters. I greatly recommend the company for your heat pump project.

Excellent heat pump and underfloor heating installation from start to finish. Easy heat loss assessment and quoting process. Clear, friendly and prompt communication from the office staff. Conscientious installation team. The system is working as it should and meeting expectations on COP. Good liaison with the subcontractor doing the underfloor heating. One slight problem when the hot water tank didn’t fit the space but this was apologised for and rectified. Price was in line with other quotes. Highly recommended!

It is the second time I have used Cinergi once for an air source heat pump and recently for solar panels and a battery installation. I have been very pleased on both occasions with the standard of work proffesionlism and after care that the company give, I would not hesitate to reccommend them.

I was initially hesitant to know where to go when upgrading to a Heat pump in a large Edwardian detached house. I had no need to be concerned. I had a heat pump, battery and solar panels installed through Cinergi and would 100% recommend. High quality, professional work and great, friendly customer support. This scale is installation into an older property was never going to be without complication but they were brilliant throughout, going the extra mile to bring it all together.

In April 2022 Cinergi fitted an ASHP to our house and removed the gas boiler. I reviewed this on Trustpilot in May 2022 but forgot to do the same here. Below is my Trustpilot review, followed by a few comments made one year later. ************************ Installation of ASHP in place of gas boiler Earlier this year my wife and I contacted Cinergi with various questions concerning the viability of replacing our gas boiler with an ASHP. The outcome was that in April they installed a Vaillant Split air source heat pump, which seems to be exactly what we were looking for. Overall, we're very pleased indeed with the whole process - from the initial discussions, survey and installation, through to arranging for all relevant certificates, guarantees etc to be sent to us. The Cinergi team listened carefully to us, addressed our concerns, advised us on the placement of the outside unit and took great care in fitting the inside unit, tanks, pipes etc into our small utility room – a work of art! When required, the thing enthusiastically heats up our water tank and no doubt won't make any fuss about keeping our house warm through the winter months. Happy days! ******************************* It's now June 2023. Our ASHP has supplied us with hot water and heating for just over 12 months, including unusually cold winter weather, without any fuss or bother at all. It's lived up to our hopes and expectations. The weather over any two years is never exactly the same, but during the 12 months after the ASHP's installation the energy supplied to our house (all electricity) was exactly 40% of that supplied (both gas and electricity) during the 12 months before its installation – ie our energy intake has fallen by 60%. We're now back in touch with Cinergi in order to add some more PV cells.

I would highly recommend Cinergi if you’re considering purchasing an ASHP. I carried out lots of research on the web to try to find the best equipment to use and how it would all work in our home, I found it quite complicated especially trying to figure out the size of equipment required. I contacted several companies for an initial consultation and quote. Dan from Cinergi visited my property and carried out a full assessment of what was required to heat our house and supply hot water. His knowledge was superb, he explained what would be required and how the whole system would work, he answered all my questions including many concerns I had about changing form a traditional Combi boiler to ASHP. I went ahead with Cinergi to install our ASHP system. Ian lead the install team his knowledge was phenomenal, he recommended a few small adjustments which fully optimized the system. All the equipment and materials used on the project were of high quality, the installers were clean tidy and very respectfully. We were extremely happy with the end result and the functionality of the system; our electricity bills have dramatically reduced since installing the system. I dealt with the main office to organise the installation of the ASHP and get all certifications. Kate & Daisy have been extremely helpfully, they really go out of their way to make sure to make sure the customer is happy. Cinergi were a joy all the way from quote through installation of the heat pump and on to annual servicing. They have been prompt and efficient throughout and nothing is too much trouble. Other companies who quoted did not take enough time or care to consider what needs or requirements this particular house had and so their recommended solutions did not take into account levels of insulation, use and occupation of the house or even practicalities. Cinergi took the time to explore the house properly and were even willing to come up with solutions to upgrade the radiators without having to move the giant sofa! a really good service and I am delighted with my heat pump. It is the perfect solution for rural homes who are not on the gas grid and Cinergi are the perfect team to do the job!

Very pleased with the ASHP installation. All the team have been very helpful. A problem was rectified quickly after the install. Handover could have been better as the instructions for Daikin units are unintelligible.

All staff are very polite and helpful. Heat pump works fairly well. It will be due a service soon and will give an opportunity to make a few adjustments. One major problem is the Heatmiser Control. It allows temperature to drop at least one degree below setting before starting again. From work at university I know this is very inefficient. For heat pumps to compete with Gas boilers they must match the simple technology of a dial to set temperature and the simple advance button to instantly switch on heating.

We were given good advice on replacement of a gas combi boiler to remove gas usage from our property. They installed a boiler for heating and a heat battery for hot water. Thought was given to the units placement and any problems were quickly and efficiently fixed. Highly recommended.

Excellent. Got about four quotes, all different. Some were excessive, things we didn't need. Some were just expensive. Cinergi came and worked out exactly what we needed, gave us the option of a combi or system boiler or heat pump. At that time chose the system boiler. Never had any problems. Shower and water pressure is fantastic. Very efficient and tidy installation, very professional and personal.

Cinergi replaced our gas central heating with an ASHP in Feb 2022. The process from the assessment to the comissioning was exceptionality smooth. We've been living with the system for over a year and had zero issues with it. We're on their yearly service plan which is also excellent. The team are great, providing an excellent overall service.

For a time, Solar PV project ran in parallel at the same site location as ASHP installation. Onsite personal, always worked well as a team, helping each other in their areas when required (no demarcation issues, no subcontractors, just one company). Communication with the client was always respectful and courteous, taking time to explain any answers to questions that were put their way. Installation wasn’t rushed but well thought through and agreed with client, must give a special thank you to Justin Parry, whom performed exceptionally well throughout the ASHP project. Water is hot and plenty of it too, central heating system is working well and of course will be tested fully this coming winter 😊 Good liaison was had with client for Solar PV install, including the battery of which needed further consideration with respect to installation location and its service access panel. Solar Edge, delayed final live commissioning, due to a software update preventing client app monitoring of the system. I had a full Air Source Heat Pump and which heats my home and provides hot water. Cinergi’s install team were polite, courteous and worked without making any mess and completed their work without any inconvenience. My current energy bills are a small fraction of what they used to be and backup and aftercare has been top notch. We had our air source system installed just over a year ago by Cinergi so now understand the running costs over a 12 month period. The installation was carried out speedily and with careful considerstion of each rooms needs for heat in the winter. The after sales service has been very good and any issues have been resolved quickly. We only have 1 bill now and that is electric. Overall we are delighted with the system. Never a shortage of hot water all year and although the electric consumption for central heating is high when the external temperature drops exceptionally low over the entire year we believe we saved money. The installation actually took more than twice as long as most similar installations might take due to unavailability of certain parts. Once parts did arrive, the team were very good at doing the work, they were helpful, adaptable, willing and polite and had to work very hard to achieve the required results (I am not easily pleased and can be a hard taskmaster!) The team were not afraid of hard work and during the installation had to try three techniques before managing to get a very heavy piece of the system upstairs to the airing cupboard. They are a good team and are about to extend my solar PV battery system for me.

My boiler required replacement and I was considering replacing it with an ASHP. I did not know anyone with one of these so researched the net and approached various companies for advice and cost. I chose Cinergi as they provided excellent advice regarding using some of my existing system and offered components with good on-line reviews. Dealing with them was easy, they were responsive and flexible and commenced the installation earlier than we initially agreed. Their installers were polite, clean, tidy, professional, knowledgeable and very nice to chat with. Don't worry about the noise of an ASHP, I could not tell the heat pump was operating over the noise of a hoover a street away! The water pump remains the noisiest part of the system. Now 6 months on I am through the system's first winter. My electricity bills have been were much less than I have seen on the news. In really cold weather, occasionally I needed to use the gas fire in the living room, but the house was generally a comfortable temperature. The system still seems to be operating as it should and now we have moved into summer the heat exchanger makes a useful side table on the patio! Very happy that the company seems to contact customers on a regular basis.

We had an ageing Air Source Heat Pump that we had inherited when we bought the house. It was not operating optimally and was consuming a lot of electricity. We contacted Cinergi to ask for advice and after running through the options we elected to install a new ASHP system. This unit is simpler, quieter and much cheaper to run. The quote for the installation was highly competitive. Throughout the process Cinergi were incredibly helpful - they responded promptly to all emails, answered all our questions and offered practical and informed advice. The installers were very polite, helpful and tidy - the unit was installed with the minimum of fuss - even providing electric fan heaters for the periods when we had no operating central heating. I have no hesitation in recommending Cinergi - and indeed have already done so to a local friend.

From the quote to after installation service the guys at Cinergi have been great to deal with and made things so simple and easy compared to other companies we contacted. At each step of the installation the guys were happy to talk through what they were doing and why and after installation queries and questions that we have had have been quickly answered and resolved along with helping us to complete the RHI refund application against our energy bills. Really nice guys with a thoroughly professional approach and exceptional customer service. We now have a new Air Source Heat Pump which is not a noisy old eysesore like our previous one that was removed and should make a noticeable impact on reducing our energy bills.
