We're really pleased with his work; he clearly cares about doing a neat and proper job, is responsive, and turns up when he says he's going to (which sadly can't always be taken for granted). We contacted JTS Electrical to sort out unfinished work from a previous electrician. James came out and replaced the wiring, connected all the required sockets in our newly renovated kitchen and added a separate fuse box that was needed. James worked quietly and efficiently ensuring our every request was met. James was always pleasant and polite and did exactly what was agreed and MORE to make us safe and happy. We had James to supply and fit 2 new security lights to our property. He arrived at the time and date he said he would, which is a rare experience when using other contractors, and carried out the works quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and asked us how we would like the lights to be set. A day or so after the lights had been fitted, he contacted us to ensure we were happy with his work. We would highly recommend James and will most certainly use him again in the future.
Excellent - It's hard to find an electrician to carry out a small job. James was able to come at short notice, did an excellent job at competitive price. A week later we had another small job, he came quickly again. No problem at all. Would most definitely use again and recommend.
