This was an emergency call out during the England game 🙈 Chris went out of his way to ‘fault find’ the electrical fault during half time of the match. He patiently explained where the fault could be & returned after the match to further investigate. He repaired the faults, which was an outside electrical fault & was amazing. Considering it was dark at the time, he went above & beyond! A first class service which is rarely received from tradesmen these days. He came across as a true gentleman as well. I would definitely recommend his company above any other. Very impressed! Thank you Chris.

I hired these guys to fit a ceiling light for me, they called to confirm and told me they'd be with me earlier than planned. Once here they took their shoes off outside and fitted my light within 15 minutes, and it looks fabulous. Very polite hardworking guys.
Chris and his team did a number of indoor and outdoor electrical jobs for us including removing and replacing outdoor lights and sockets, moving and replacing indoor ceiling and wall lights and investigating some flickering lights. Competitive quote, good communication, turned up and delivered as expected. Would recommend him/ use him again.

Installation of Tesla wall charger Fantastic Job carried out by Mortimer Elctrics. Service exceeded expectations. All mandatory checks including regulations considerations were carried out effectively and professionally. They took care of conversations with SSEN, getting house earthing checked and fuse upgrade by SSEN which incur no additional charges on me. Very pleased with service, highly recommend, I will use them again for other electric work when needed.
Chris came out promptly to quote, his quote was fair and being only a small job (outdoor socket & move 3 light switches) he was able to fit me in quickly. Chris and his 2 colleagues turned up bang on time, did exactly what was agreed, at the agreed price, checked with me regularly regarding location and tidied up after themselves. Installed new sockets in a bedroom for us. Polite, prompt, friendly and very professional guys. Pleasure to have them around. Job was completed within hours.
