After calling many Solar/Battery companies explaining my fault, I found most of them were not willing to help me. Fortunately James Breakell has agreed to help me and send a technician to inspect/repair/replace a suspected faulty communication wire between the inverter and battery. The appointment is on September 2nd. I am hopeful to return and update this review confirming when the job is completed. Thanks to James and the team for agreeing to help me.

Panels and battery fitted very swiftly, had a slight problem eith roof leaking the same night after a downpour. Called the company the next morning and they came over to fix the problem within a couple of hours. Also I had problem with the app, this was solved swiftly remotely. Would strongly recommend this company.

We wanted a local solar installation, so obtained no less than six quotes in the area, checking reviews and ensuring a proper site survey took place. Looking at GS Renewables reviews at full marks got my attention, but now I know why. James arranged the site survey, ensuring all my questions were answered, wasn’t pushy in any way and this company came across as the most professional of them all and at a competitive price. The neat and tidy install of 18 Aiko panels, Sigenergy 8kW inverter and 2 x 10kW battery’s went very well over two days. The guys were all polite, tidy and professional. The Sigenergy app was set up and explained well and the whole system runs smoothly with no issues. Even the scaffolding team were excellent and worked around some separate roofing repairs that we were able to complete at the same time. If you are looking for a solar installation, make sure to give these guys a call, they are highly recommended.
