HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Very professional and friendly service giving great advice Turns up on time and stays until job complete. Clean and tidy. A rare find to have such conscientious tradesman.

I contacted the company after reading reviews so I felt I was dealing with a professional company. Sadly this was far from the case. I was quoted £75 plus vat to do a callout and this covered an hour's labour which seemed reasonable to repair electrics in a shower. However, the chap who visited spent 15 minutes at the property and simply said the shower may be faulty and charged me the £75 quid. It was afterwards I found out that this company had handed the job directly to a staff member as a hobbler in the owners words meaning he was doing the job as a private job off the company books. I was not advised this before the visit hence I would not have gone ahead. I contacted the company who were not interested and resulted in insults from the owner. I have these messages should anyone wish to see that I am.not simply stating this. I would avoid this company given they can give jobs out off the books without advising you or giving you the option not to go ahead. And then when you question you are insulted.

Fantastic experience using this company for some home electrical work. Called and within a couple of hours had a visit to quote the work. Booked in for 48 hours time. Really professional and friendly service, all work completed quickly and cleaned down. Ready for us to continue decorating. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again.

Fixed my induction hob problem less than 8 hours after I rang to ask for a call out. They missed my call and rang me back even though I didn’t leave a message. Absolutely brilliant! Left the area clean and tidy and was so nice too. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Gary and his team have carried out a number of electrical jobs over the past 4/5 years; the most recent installing a new EV charger for us and upgrades to the fuse box in order to meet up to date regulations. Gary always provides an honest assessment of what is required, gives his opinion on what you are getting for your money and, where by investing in more, you end up with a better piece of kit. He carries out work neatly and tidy (he considers how he would like to see things done as if it was his own place). That is always why we ask him to come back when we need any electrical work to be carried out. Also, on the back of our recommendation, Gary has also carried out a number of electrical jobs for our neighbours installing a new fuse box, replacing outside lighting and reconnecting garage electrics. In all cases, our neighbours have also been pleased with the work, the cost and standard of workmanship.

Would highly recommend 100%. I have done full refurbs/large projects but it is so nice to find a highly qualified and efficient electrician who is willing to pop out for the smaller jobs too. I find most firms won't bother, yet it's the smaller jobs that lead to the bigger ones. Gary will definitely be top of my list of trusted electricians.

I recently hired Bright Sparx Electrical Pontypool Limited to carry out some electrical work on my house in Bishop’s Cleeve, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Since making my original review like asked by the company I have received some unprofessional messages non of which offered any form of proper apology unless you can count me being offered a full refund but only if I remove my 1* review I feel this ain't a first for the company and my negative review only started because I was made to feel uncomfortable in my own home because of the attitude of a member of staff asking inappropriate question and talking poorly of other peoples houses so after the service I received and messages I believe it shows the attitude of the company as a whole (Screenshots contains how I've been approached by the company because of my original review)
