Extremely Shocking Service – Unprofessional, Unreliable and Constantly Dodging Responsibility We paid £8,000 for a complete house rewire, carried out by Bill, and despite the significant amount of money spent, we were never provided with the electrical test certificate (EICR) for the work. When I chased Bill about this, he assured me he would get back to me, but unsurprisingly, I never heard anything. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability and basic customer service is honestly shocking. What makes this even worse is that electrical certification is an important document, particularly when selling a property, and failing to provide it can cause unnecessary complications and stress. Bill doesn't seem to care in the slightest about how his failure to follow through affects his customers. On top of this, I found his prices excessive, his reliability poor, and his communication absolutely appalling. He frequently failed to show up as expected, and once the money had been paid, getting any sort of response or support became a nightmare. For £8,000, you would expect a professional, reliable service and the correct certification for the work completed. Unfortunately, we received neither. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Bill or Dynamic Electrical Services to anyone.

Highly Recommend. Bill at Dynamic Electrical Services is the first person I call whenever I have electrical issues at one of our rental properties. Dynamic are always polite, friendly and professional when talking with our tenants and they are very cost effective too. Great value for money and a prompt service.

Bill and team were amazing, we had a full house rewire which with three small children I was extremely worried about, due to live wires, mess, floor boards being lifted etc but I could not fault Bill and his team putting me at ease from day one, nothing was too much trouble and they got on with the job promptly, safely and communicating with us throughout the whole process. Bill created a cinema room for me in the attic. He Installed LED colour changing LEDs down purlins, fitted a remote control cinema screen, hid all the speaker wires ans installed the projector. Absolutely love the finished product. Can't recommend Dynamic Electrical enough

I asked for help from Bill at Dynamic Electrical Services as our outside light was not working. I run Coffee4Craig a local charity working with people sleeping on the streets. Bill came out and replaced the light. He was fantastic helpful and the team can know feel safe knowing the carpark is fully lit. Best thing of all Bill did not charge us. Very professional and skilled gentlemen, who sorted a multitude of my domestic and electrical needs during really uncertain times. We’re prompt, on time, had all the required equipment, quality of output was there, cleaned up after... ...and easy on the eye! ;-) Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks again lads!
Couldn’t fault the Dynamic team. Professional punctual and decent people. Had an issue with my UFH heating circuit, they figured out where it was going wrong and resolved the issue in no time I have since used them for a full re wire and garden lighting, I would highly recommend.
