Reviews

B S Entwistle Electrical Contractors Ltd was described by several reviewers as helpful and professional, with quick responses for electrical inspection and testing, alarm installation and system upgrades. Reviewers also reported polite, friendly engineers and easy booking. One reviewer said an engineer fitted an alarm quickly and explained its technology, while another described an upgrade taking five to six hours and leaving the home tidy. A reviewer said the engineers put protection on ladders to avoid marking the front render and showed how to set different functions. By contrast, two reviewers reported poor driving, including rude gestures on the motorway; one said this was intimidating while they were in the back with a child. Reviewers also mentioned a product and service they were happy to receive and praised the apprentices.
Had an alarm fitted today from b&s entwistle, sure tech alarms The engineer Chris was friendly and polite, he fitted it all in no time and explained all the up to date technology on the alarm. The service was fantastic, really pleased with the work they did and the technology on the alarm is amazing, thank you.
Barry and the team are very helpful on my request of electrical inspection / testing. Respond quickly and positive. Highly recommended.
Arranging the service was easy enough, paid ahead of visit, and they delivered on their promise. Engineer attended within the time slot, was polite, friendly, and professional. Replaced multiple batteries, he waited around whilst a colleague brought them over. He put protection on ladders to avoid marking the render at the front, that was appreciated. He tested everything, showed us how to set to different functions; overall happy to recommend.
Their team are quick to respond and professional. Very happy with the installation.
I placed order to upgrade my system. B.S. engineer arrived my home on time and upgraded system. Their customer service and engineer are professional. I'm happy to receive B.S. product and service.
Top Class contractor with great service & helplessness from all staff top to bottom.
I had my existing alarm upgraded by BSEntwistle. Chris the engineer arrived bang on time and started work straight away. The existing alarm was a bit complicated but he managed to sort the circuits. He fitted a new bell box (which is illuminated) new main panel and two remote key pads. Also new PIR detectors and vibration sensors. The job took about 5-6 hours and he installed the app on my phone and my wife's phone. We can now monitor the system, remotely set and remotely un-set the alarm. It has given us much greater peace of mind. I would thoroughly recommend their services. Forgot to mention that Chris was very polite, friendly and professional and tidied up as he went. Thanks again for a great job.
Excellent service from start to finish. Booking someone in to come and carry out a service and replace a faulty battery was very easy and the work done on the day was very quick. Engineers who visited were brilliant.
Driving near worsley and on motorway way dangerously sticking his fingers up to my misses trying to intimidate her I was sat in back with my child would love to meet the guy face to face
They have the best apprentices👍🏻
Their driver is a danger to the road. Very Poor driving on m67 this morning. Sticking 2 fingers up at me wasn’t clever.
