A seamless EV charger install at home. The lads turned up, informed me of what was going to happen and when. They did exactly that, left the place spotless and the EV charger has ever since saved me a fortune in fuel. All staff members were pleasant and helpfjl throughout. 3 day turnaround from call to install. I couldn't call it anything less than perfect. EV charger installed at my home address.

Pinpoint Electrical Services recently completed all of the electrical work for my new kitchen, including installing new sockets and lighting, as well as replacing sockets in my living room. The standard of work was excellent from start to finish. The guys arrived on time, were extremely helpful throughout the job, and when everything was finished, they left the place clean and tidy. I recently had a new consumer unit, outdoor socket and a changeover switch installed by James and his team. I found their communication from the quote stage and throughout the project to be timely with their customer focus second to none. Came round to the property almost immediately and got a great job done. Quality workmanship, very communicative throughout the whole process, and super competitive rates. Frankly, I couldn't have asked for a better service. 5 stars.

Was supposed to come and fix an issue for me. Failed to turn up twice, wasting my time. I waited in from 8 until 10am on two occasions. First occasion no communication, when I rang there had apparently been some issue with a van, fair enough, things happen, but would have been nice to let me know. Second time, rang me at 9.40 to tell another issue had occured and would be another two hours. 4 hours later and still no show. I tried to call twice, no answer. Unreliable and poor communication.
