Adrian, whom attended my property today ( 13/4/26 ) was extremely knowledgeable in his work and has a great work ethic. Not only was the works completed to a high standard , Adrian was also going to report some other works that needed reporting to msv housing that needed addressing. All in all a job completed by an very competent individual in a polite and professional manner.

Adrian did a great job working on my bathroom ceiling, really pleased. Very professional throughout and worked effectively and efficiently without any fuss leaving the place tidy. Also told us things to look out for as well as what to bs careful with after the job was sorted.

During a recent repair visit to my home, I was really impressed with the quality of work that was done by Adrian (the contractor). Adrian demonstrated a high level of service, and communicated in an effective manner that created a positive ambience, and he respectfully expressed his desire that he always ensure that people are satisfied with his work. I felt extremely happy at the end, and Adrian happily accepted my gratitude for his work as he smiled and said “thank you” to me. I was impressed with Adrian’s work ethics, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adrian and Dwelling Doctors for anyone who would be interested to work with him.

Robert from Manchester came out today to sort out my mold, I had overslept so he waited outside for ten minutes while I got myself together! Lovely, friendly guy and very professional. Completed the tasks in great time and to a high standard. Def recommend

Robert from Manchester did an excellent job dealing with the mould and condensation in my property. He worked efficiently and managed to clear and repaint the affected areas in a very short period of time. The results were clean, professional, and made a big difference to the space. I’m very pleased with the work and the quick turnaround. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone needing help with mould, condensation, or painting.

I had a fantastic experience today with Adrian. He was incredibly professional and thorough in fixing our mould issue. Adrian came from dwelling doctor done great job today at my home regarding dumbness. He waited outside 10 minutes for me because didn’t hear knock first time. Dwelling doctors are really cooperative to arrange appointment on my convenient time.Adrian is friendly ,supportive and kind person.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company at all. I paid for a £150 survey for Michael to look at a mouldy spot in the bathroom cupboard. Michael looked at the area very briefly, and instead inspected other portions of the property that had no signs of mould. Afterwards, I got a report that was verbose but uninformative, and when I asked for more detail on the report, I got a response that did not match up with the report’s terminology. When I decided that I wanted just a patching and addressing of the mouldy spot as opposed to the other services they mentioned, I was told that they would not do it because the job to address that moudly spot did not exceed £150. Was very disappointed in the overall sloppiness and greediness of it all as well as being shorted £150.

Communication is terrible but have had good service from them, they just don't respond to texts or emails

Deeply unprofessional staff including receptionist. I was told they will take down a message and return my call, yet they did not, on two occasions. Horrible service and would highly recommend considering other options.

Very unpleasant gentlemen came to see my property today, he pointed out that having a dog causes condensation therefore mould… due to me having a kettle washing machine and dishwasher is all causing mould in the kitchen. After raising a concern about the mould behind the cabinets and the fear of the health impact it may have on me and my two little children I have got a reply “ you will be okay you don’t sleep in the kitchen “ furthermore he said to me “ what do you want them to do? They won’t strip the kitchen to isolate it. I’m a landlord I wouldn’t do it “ Very unprofessional and unpleasant service.
