Crusaderenergy Limited has wide positive feedback for electrical work including rewires, socket and light fitting, EV chargers, EICRs and fault finding, with several reviewers describing the team as professional, friendly and tidy. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company one bit. I asked them to do a 3-bed terraced house rewire while it was completely empty and they took 4x longer than quoted, damaged my property, didn’t show up when they were meant to, missed multiple items I specifically got a quote for, faked the EIC install and every single deadline they set was never met once. I got a quote and they told me this would take 4 working days, starting on Tuesday and finishing on Friday. Work began on 28th July and work was not done by Friday. I was told there were unprecedented staffing sicknesses and illnesses so only one person was at the house for the next week and progress was incredibly slow. Every excuse under the sun was used as to why work was slow and items I asked for were not done. It took them until 18th August at 9:30pm to “fully complete” The certificate did not give me much confidence either. Promised on 18 August, it arrived on 20 August at 09:49, after another promise that I would have it before 9am. It recorded testing on 20 August, even though nobody attended my house that day. It also marked identification and notices as satisfactory when the consumer unit had no labels. I had to challenge the paperwork as well as the work After this “fully completed” install, I checked my house and found that there were many items missing I specifically quoted for, outdoor rated sockets, lighting circuits not working, switches upside down, individual circuits I’d been quoted for not done. There was also preventable damage to my house. I supplied dust sheets and repeatedly asked for them to be used, but my kitchen floor was scratched, a hot drill bit scorched the living-room carpet and a kickboard was snapped. Crusader eventually replaced the carpet and agreed a reduction for the kitchen damage, which I appreciate. But these were problems their work had created in the first place. The replacement of damaged carpet continued to show crusaders disorganisation and untrustworthiness. The service coordinator and the founder lied to me, saying the carpet was delivered and in their office. When I contacted the carpet supplier, it had not been ordered on the date crusader said and it had also not been delivered when crusader said it was in their office. After everything that had gone on with this job, I continued to feel repeatedly lied to By the end, I had lost around six weeks of progress on my renovation and had to reschedule other work, including plastering, three times. The carpet was finally fitted on 2 October: 66 calendar days after the rewire began. Things were eventually resolved, but that does not undo the delays, damage or time I spent chasing them. I would not use Crusader again.
Great company came out Wednesday gave quote and they managed to get a electrician out on next day to complete job. The job has been done to a high standard and I would highly recommend.
Had engineer out today fitting double socket, two light fittings, and outdoor socket. He was very nice , and kept everything super clean and tidy. New lights in kitchen look absolutely amazing we are so happy with them. He worked so quick and efficiently, couldn’t believe he was gone well before we thought he would be. We will use you guys again in the very near future , as we have more work what needs doing. Wouldn’t go to another company now. I arranged a quote for an electrical installation. I found the service flexible with good communication. Mark was friendly and gave an honest assessment of the work required, giving me multiple options of how the issue could be solved.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Mark the surveyor great bloke explained everything from start to finish so I understood the job. There was no telling me I needed extra stuff when I didn’t he was fab! Really easy to contact aswell when I needed to add more work to the job. Harry the electrician super reliable came on time for both visits. His work was great even when the job wasn’t as straight forward as we thought. Talked me through everything he was doing aswell. Will definitely be booking back in for all the other work we have. I 1000% recommend this company :)

We contacted Crusader to help track and resolve a fault we had in our store. Harry, the engineer assigned attended the site, spent the time tracing and identifying the problem. We followed up as advised with the supplier, only to be let down by them! We then arranged for Harry to return to resolve the problem. Not only did he resolve the original issue, he also highlighted another potential problem and resolved that during the same visit. We have now been in a position to open and trade thanks to Harry. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had a EV charger installed by Crusader Energy. Ross the electrician turned up on time as arrange and fitted the charger with no issues. I am so happy with the speed and neatness of the job.
