Extremely poor service and communication I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Morgan Sindall Property Services. They were responsible for fixing a leak in my flat, but it took them over six weeks just to figure out the issue. During that time, there was little to no communication, and I was constantly left in the dark about what was happening. It’s frustrating that Westminster Council continues to use this company as one of their contractors, given how inefficient and unresponsive they’ve been. Tenants deserve better — timely repairs and clear communication should be the bare minimum.

Had a lovely gentleman called Joe came to fix my bowing ceiling and plaster my property today. I am very pleased with his work. Him, his colleague Ron and also another gentleman (I cannot remember his name off the top of my head, sorry) are an asset to the company. Thank you very much, keep up the great work. The 5 stars are for them and the effort they put in

Terrible company, I mean their company car driver almost hit me multiple times. Avoid them.

A big shout out to Morgan sindall for the emergency call out. The customer service on calls are super helpful and polite understanding the issue and act upon it straight away. Had 2 call out ones on the 25/05 one at 1pm with an orange uniform on didn’t get his name very polite. Also 26/5 5.30ish Ellis come wiped his feet while entering my house he was professional and well mannered. As he left he said any issues again give us a shout I’m on the shift. For months I have been given appointments for my ceiling to be plastered after a flood from the tank in the loft,every time they are cancelled,it happened again today,it is ridiculous.

Morgan Sindall Completely Incompetent & Unprofessional! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace—unreliable, dishonest, and completely incompetent. I have been waiting over two months for urgent repairs, including drafty windows, a broken kitchen window lock (a fire hazard), and main door lock issues. Morgan Sindall booked the job twice (29th Jan & 12th March), and I took two unpaid days off work—but no one showed up either time. I was repeatedly given excuses, false promises, and conflicting information. Their staff are either clueless or deliberately misleading. Calls were ignored, cut off, or never returned. This company has no respect for tenants and no ability to manage basic repairs. Avoid at all costs—nothing but a cowboy operation!

So where do I start between you & Morgan sindall for 4yrs have seriously screwed up everything over my toilet repair multiple service failures compensation totalling £820 & admission of guilt Then yesterday I get called an idiot & misunderstood which nearly resulted in 2 of Morgan Sindalls plumbers receiving a punch to the face Then today I get a rather strange DM stating a really strange response a woman called Linda & that DM wasn’t needed at all & seriously crossed the line Then 4pm today I receive an email Which I have added pictures Personally Linda needs removing from the comms team & removed handed her P45 & Morgan sindall need to issue P45’s to the 2 plumbers all of this could have been avoid as you got it right from day one not 4yrs Later From top to bottom multiple people need to handed their P45’s & serious staff training needs to be provided to insure this Doesn’t happen again specially those who may not have a voice or unable to stand up for themselves I will also be pursuing an another compensation claim for stress time & more multiple service failures Update to this review Westminster council & Morgan sindall need to explain why the heck was this flusher stuffed down my radiator & hidden Had I been using my heating which luckily for you it’s been capped off for 18 months as never used it this would have been a fire hazard You’ve had chances to put it right & haven’t so I don’t expect anything other then excuses & bs with fake auto generated we’re sorry

If I could put 0 stars I would. They are : unreliable, unorganized and just useless. I had an issue on my balcony and it has taken over 1 month for someone to call me back. I had many dealings with this company and each time I’m disappointed. At this stage, I use my own plumbers as they are quicker and better. Don’t ever use Morgan Sindall, time wasters.

Unprofessional company that is unable to take ownership of their own mess. Will appoint unqualified subcontractors to do work.

Sloppy workmanship. Poorly trained staff.

Absolute rubbish. Been trying to get my leaking roof sorted for the last 3 months and surprise surprise it’s not sorted. Causing damage to my property and they just do not care! Constantly calling up for an update and I get told over and over again ‘they need to pass the job on to someone else’ If you can stay away from them… do it!

Utterly diabolical! The management and directors clearly don't care as they don't fix things, despite their online reviews repeatedly raising the same issues, which are: Cancellations at end of the day, after customer has waited in for hours. Or just not calling or turning up. Then they'll rebook for weeks in advance (presumably fudging their response statistics when doing this, by claiming that the first call out was an actual visit). Endless time on hold. Staff on phone clearly don't have an adequate system of training in place - calls are ridiculously slow, with customers put on hold for ludicrous amounts of time. Repeated call-outs for same job due to it not being fixed first time. Text service reply system doesn't work - reviews have pointed this out for months, yet they don't fix it so clearly don't care. Please don't reply, claiming that you care - you don't. The numerous appalling reviews, going back over last year too, all tell you what the issues are - if you cared, you'd fix it.

Absolutely the worst repairs company in existence. 0 starts if possible. Multiple missed appointments, bad repairs the list goes on...

I have had the misfortune to use this company over the last few years. They have housing repair contracts with many local authorities. My experience is that they have over reached their capacity to adequately respond to repairs. They took over a month to come and fix a faulty lock on my garage. I couldn't gain access to the garage yet the council still charged me £17 a week during this time and refuse to discuss any reimbursement with me even though the MSPS engineer said the faulty lock was not of my making. My 80 odd year old neighbour is currently experiencing a toilet leak which was flooding her home. I called MSPS emergency repairs and after several hours their plumber arrived. He said 2 pipes were cracked and that he would return today to fix. Still no word from them today, I've contacted the local council repair hotline but they cannot give any update because they haven't heard anything from MPSP. In the meantime a Council employee suggested the 80 year old neighbour use a bucket or something whilst her one and only toilet remained unusable. Just unbelievable and unacceptable in 2023.

DO NOT USE! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Our fencing came down during the February storm. 9 months on and this still isn’t sorted. We have had excuse after excuse and we have had the works scheduled 7 or 8 times now, but each time, this company has made excuses. They are contracted by Moat Housing, so unfortunately we have no say in the matter; but this is probably the reason why they simply do not care, despite telling the company numerous times that I am registered blind, as well as my son. We have a dog and it’s a risk even letting him out in the garden. Do not use!!!!!

I am very pleased with Morgan Sindall service. I had an issue with the boiler and it has all been sorted out very quickly Thanks a million to Karimm who came and fixed it. He was very professional, kind, nice and he was on time. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. I would also like to thank Husein who arranged the appointment for me yesterday and took my needs into consideration and answered my call today. He is a nice, helpful and kind gentleman. If I could I would give them 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you Karimm and Husein!

This review is on behalf of my neighbour and myself having to deal with these "professionals". They left such a mess in our communal hallways after some sloppy painting job. We had paint splatters all over our floors, our doors, anywhere possible just little drips and smudges everywhere. We had to ask multiple times to have them come back just to clean up the mess, in which the workers were extremely rude to my neighbour during the entire process. The women we spoke to for our formal complaint have been cordial and apologetic but this whole ordeal left us with a tainted perspective on this company. I would STRONGLY advise others to avoid this business, they should not hire workers that are this rude, sloppy and careless to even go near your home.

You'd literally have to fall down dead before these people even bother to do any repairs in your home. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Rude and arrogant, they just don't give a c*ap. My score for you Morgan Sindall is -100. Cretins.
