Fantastic service from Lacey Electrical! After being without electricity in our kitchen for about three weeks, their engineer came out and found the problem almost immediately. We previously had another company coming that sent two engineers who couldn’t identify the issue and simply replaced a socket, which didn’t solve anything. The engineer from Lacey Electrical was professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything to my husband in a way that was easy to understand and had the issue fixed straight away. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I first used Lacey Electrical in 2012. Since then we have exclusively used them for our electrical work in particular redesigning and installing new lighting systems for our kitchen, bathrooms, sitting room, landing, hall and garden. All their electricians are SO nice, professional, good at their job, trustworthy, tidy and just a pleasure to be around. Sean and Levon are always fantastic and David is a great new addition to the team. They all work well individually, as well as together. It makes such a difference to know the work will always be done to the highest standard with integrity. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic service and really nice guys to work with. I booked a non-urgent job on the tuesday and they were in today (Thursday) and all done and dusted within an hour. Communication was top notch and the level of workmanship was brilliant. Big thanks to Clyde who showed up bang on time, got straight down to work, explained what needed doing and even tidied up after himself! I can't recommend Lacey Electrical highly enough.
