Complete disregard for health and safety.

Very rude worker, no manners whatsoever, 6ft and very intimidating. No full PPE either just a mask worn under his nose. They are contracted out by Wandsworth Council abd over the last 10-15 years (I moved properiies in the meantime) they have got worse, if that's even possible. Tall Paul the managing director always seems to be off or on holiday and never returns calls when he is there! All their work I've had done is substandard ... one star is actually too much for them.

Waiting 9 months for works to be carried out. Keep bouncing back between them and Council. Got tired of waiting so started to do repairs and decorating myself. I cleared my flat to do painting they come out midjob so I stopped they said they couldnt start because as I had moved my furniture "I was hoarding". Bloke come out to do measuring, didn't bother to write them down. So lied about not being able to take them.

Quality service from the operatives

Extremely unprofessional company who will tell you your appointment is all booked in when in fact you’d be lucky if they make any contact with you what so ever, extremely rude manager (named Felicity) and cowboy contractors. Failed to turn up for my appointment, when I phoned they act as if they don’t know what your talking about. Manager claims she called and left voicemail, However, I do not have voicemail and did not receive any missed calls. Basically untrustworthy, half job liars across the whole ‘team’.

We were having a new washing machine but delivery was not possible as the electric metre cupboard was too near wall and not wide enough wandsworth council sent HARRY FROM KEENS AND PROFFESSIONALY DID EXCELENT PART REMOVAL AND CALLED BACK TO REPLACE AFTER DELIVERY MIMIMUM OF FUSS THOUROGH GENTLEMAN A REAL PRO VERY RARE THESE DAYS THANK YOU HARRY JOHN AND PAT

Nightmare !!! Some people over there have no respect to anyone. Engineers rude, with attitude that they DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING : / if you wish to have anything done / you should just keep quiet, do not involve in any conversations and eventually BEG them to do the job. When they finally arrived to my flat, the first thing I heard, was WHAT THEY WILL NOT TO DO, and how busy with other jobs they are /RIDICULOUS !!! / They are coming to people to do the jobs they are paid for and not to argue, show the moods and complaint. All my family is SHOCKED by their behaviour .....
