I had Samuel come by to check out a problem with my electrics at my house and he was very prompt and polite. Arrived at the time mentioned and went on to check the consumer unit. Coincidentally I had a few EICRs to get done too for some buy to lets and Samuel was very prompt. Collected keys from the concierge as instructed and went on to carry out the reports. While at the flat he noticed the smoke alarms needed changing, so replaced at the same time. All very good. Thank you Samuel.

Sam came to fix our oven very quickly after I rang him. He found the problem and repaired it without any difficulty and in fact saved me money by telling me I didn’t need to buy another part. All round I was very pleased with his service and am using him again for a separate issue. He’s punctual, polite, and very competent.

He arrived right on time, sorted the issue within minutes, and was in and out in about 20 mins but without ever making it feel rushed. He’s always polite, easy to deal with, and just a genuinely nice person to have at the property, which makes a big difference. It’s rare to find someone you trust this much with work in your home. All of my family use him as well, and every experience has been just as good.
