I’ve had many construction workers work on my house, but these guys have been the best by far. They’re friendly, helpful, and very professional. Their attention to detail is excellent and the overall quality of work has been fantastic, especially the finishing. Jimmy has been particularly helpful, always keeping me updated and answering any questions quickly. Super professional and friendly — highly recommend!

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Right Choice Mobility for the outstanding work they recently carried out in transforming my brother’s bathroom to meet his complex needs. From the outset, we relied on Jim’s advice and expertise as he carefully oversaw every aspect of the project. The entire conversion was completed within just seven days and to an exceptionally high standard. The redesign involved creating a fully accessible wet room, including a bespoke walk-in shower to replace the original bath, and the result has truly transformed the space. Despite the scale of the work, disruption to my brother’s daily life was kept to an absolute minimum. Christian, Alfie and Jimmy carried out the installation with great care and attention to detail. They were not only highly skilled and professional, but also consistently considerate, respectful and kind. We are deeply grateful for the sensitivity shown throughout the process. The team understood that this was more than just a building project — it was about improving my brother’s independence, comfort and quality of life. We cannot thank them enough for their exemplary work and compassionate approach.

Thank you so much to Chelsey instore for her patient and wonderful service in assisting my grandmother - you have truly changed her life. We came knowing we needed a mobility aid for my grandmother, but didn’t quite know where to start. Chelsey’s product knowledge was second to none, and after assessing what our requirements she immediately suggested the new Aero range by Drive Medical. Stock was readily available instore for same day demonstration and purchase. We left the store with the new AeroCarbon Scooter to get my grandmother back out and about, and an AeroCarbon powerchair for her weekend holiday home! Both products are ridiculously light, and just happen to be the only products she could lift - we are so thankful to Chelsey and the rest of the team at Right Choice Mobility. We would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone wanting to improve their, or a loved one’s, quality of life.

What a Super Fantastic co. & their team is EXCELLENT!! Nicky was so helpful by getting a lift engineer out to us so quickly....Jimmy turned up assessed the problem & fixed it in a flash..he was really friendly.....what a great guy!! I would recommend this company in a heart beat. This is the second time I have used these guys. Thank you so much for helping us !!!

The staff here were so helpful and friendly from before we visited the shop to making a purchase and beyond. They are knowledgeable and care about showing their products to find the right fit for the customer. Very satisfied with service and choices.

Jimmy’s team provided an excellent customer service, guiding us through the whole process from surveying to installation. My mother’s new chairlift has improved her mobility around the house greatly. I would highly recommend their service.

We bought an adjustable bed and wheelchair. I was told I had to make a decision by 1pm the next day to get delivery by Christmas so we went with it . We found out we had paid £600 more than we could get it online and moreover my dad has slipped out of it twice because it is too high for him. No questions were asked regarding his height suitability. When delivery came they forgot the wheelchair and we never got the full demonstration we asked for and I was told "they always say that" but it wasn't something they do. I advise people to check thoroughly before making a purchase here. I gave feedback but was not given any kind of apology and no offers of solution.

We had James visit us for the upgrade in my Dad’s room. He had impeccable manner and was softly spoken. Was patient with our decisions and very accommodating with all the changes. The swift work done by his team was excellent and my father was very pleased with the changes.

We had James come round and he was absolutely fantastic. My mum was so comfortable and happy with how he spoke to her and treated her with kindness and compassion. James is awesome . Thank you James for making the process of installation a stairlift so easy.

Great service from the beginning to the end. Great communication from the start from each people that helped my mum get her stair lift she needed. The stair lift is great. Just what my mum needed. The job was done well and quick. Definitely will used and recommend this company to families and friends. Thank you!

I have recently had my parents en-suite converted to a wet room, the work has been completed and we are very impressed. The work has been completed to a very good standard every item has been fitted well and the finishing is brilliant! The builder on site liaised with me showed me where everything was going and throughout the renovation he answered any questions I had, made sure there was enough wheelchair access! Jamie and his team completed the worked within the timescale agreed which was 2 weeks, they have been a pleasure to work with.

Purchased a bed for my mum. The staff were very friendly and professional. The bed is well made and constructed. Staff were able to configure the bed to our requirements. Highly recommended and would come back again.

Fantastic customer service and Chelsey will answer ALL your in-depth questions without making you feel like anything question is silly. We went in, 4 of us, and we all had similar questions and she patiently answered them all and demoed the various chairs for us which was ever so helpful!

Awful experience from the start. We bought a mobility scooter from Right Choice Highams Park store over a year ago and had issues with it from the start, even though it was only used lightly indoors. Wrong batteries, charger...the scooter had to be exchanged and we think they gave us a shop floor one, because it had signs of use. Long story. Fast forward to last month, when one of the wires burnt so batteries didn't charge at all. We called the shop for an engineer, who was available to come in 2 days time! Scooter was over 1yr old now, so £55 call out charge. Very unpleasant visit and nothing done, been told he needs to speak to the office, order wires, get pricing, etc. This was almost a week ago and we've not heard back yet. A vulnerable disabled person is left without a working scooter and they couldn't care less. Would never use this shop again.

Very poor communication, continually having to chase for a quote and now been asked to call them!!! Arranged two visits with the showroom, engineer agreed he would visit both locations, when chased for his whereabouts for second appointment, engineer stated that this was not on his schedule! Would not recommend this company

MISLEADING STAFF. Called them before visiting on shop for batteries with the price and reconfirmed. Had to travel from Barking but when I reached the said prices are higher than you had been told. VERY UNFAIR and my mother had to travel the same night and they wasted my time. NO RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Took a Moving Life Atto scooter in for checkover as Right Choice were supposedly an Atto dealer. It was immediately obvious that they had no idea how to unfold the scooter, let alone repair one. They had the scooter for 10 days during which I phoned them for an update at least 5 times. The phone was nearly always answered by "Reception" who were never able to put me through to anyone. I left messages at least 5 times, BUT NEVER EVER GOT A PROMISED RETURN CALL. Eventually I was told by "Reception" that my scooter had been repaired at a cost of £195.00, despite my never receiving a diagnosis, or an estimate, let alone my authorising any repair. When I complained, I was told by Chelsea, that I shouldn't have gone to Right Choice if I didn't like their 'procedures'. I had no choice but to pay the bill, in order to get my scooter back. In my entire life I have never met a company with such atrocious customer service. It wasn't actually atrocious, it was non-existent. 1 star is 2 too many.

Disappointed with engineer, turned up, turned the key on scooter twice, then told me I needed new batteries at twice the price that I could purchase them for. Without testing batteries. Turned out it was a lose connection.

Very poor service. Engineer can`t fix mobility scooter...absolutely nothing he can`t fix...I`m confuse what he doing in mobility shop??? For him the best job its "hand car wash"

Lazy and stupid engineer, cant fix nothing, he can only change batteries...make free money. Really rubbish service, not recommended

Due to illness my grandmother was in the process of being moved to stay with my parents. They then used this firm to buy a bed, mattress, riser chair and side table from this company. The day after delivery we had the news that she had passed away and this obviously meant they had all the unused furniture stored at their house. My parents immediately informed them and asked if they could take the items back but they refused completely. While I appreciate the company incurred expense (which my parents would have covered) I feel a company that is supposed to support the care of vunerable people would have been able to reach a compromise considering the situation. My advice is look elsewhere, or at a minimum visit the store to view products and then buy online.

Good services and communication with honesty! This company is deserved to have 5 stars and here are the reasons. They have excellent customer services. My wife made a order online and contact them through email for further details on our order. They responded promptly and provide the information we need clearly. The price of items we purchased are reasonable even with the high demand on the market. The delivery is fast. They send out the items with urgent parcel services right after they received from the supplier.

I would just like to thank the staff at right Choice mobility for the positive experience that I had when I needed my mobility scooter serviced and repaired. From the first call to make an appointment to the engineer letting me know when he would be arriving, listening to my concerns, doing a great job servicing my scooter and after the service calls being dealt with well too. I've had some terrible experiences with other companies like Careco etc. Their customer service and scooter service was a stinker. Thanks again right choice. The only reason that I have given 4 stars is because the call out charge outside of the area is very high, but worth it for the 'peace of mind '.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of staff member Chelsea today and Saturday . She should be absolutely ashamed of herself . I would like to think anyone working in an environment like this should at least have a degree of compassion or empathy . Very disappointing and upsetting . I think the best thing for this organisation approved by the NHS would be to remove her ....

Terrible overall experience - I'd give it 0 stars if possible. The owner was chatty and appeared to be helpful when purchasing a mobility aid (walker) for my grandfather. He tried it in the flat surfaces there and then we drove home. Unfortunately my grandfather fell when using the scooter on a drop kerb. When we went back to try to speak to him, he was not available, never returned messages and we had to return multiple times. When we (finally) managed to speak to him he was very rude and unhelpful. At no point did he enquire about my grandfather's wellbeing or offer any alternatives.

Help full, had my daughter's wheelchair repaired there within a few hours because they had the parts in the shop or else they would had to send off them. Staff very much friendly.

Not told there is a no returns policy at time of purchase and the wheelchair bought is £65 pound cheaper elsewhere never go again

We didn't feel welcome from the start & the guy who sat at the cash till (who we believed the owner) managed to make us felt uncomfortable all the time in the shop. He was clearly chatty and helpful when attending another customer. However, credit to the other woman who was probably his assistant who was very helpful. We just left at the end.
