Mike did a variety of jobs at our house including upgrading our consumer unit and fitting replacement lights. His work is exemplary. His quotes are detailed and very competitive and he explains everything without jargon, so you can understand what is being done and why. Mike is also extremely polite and likeable and treats your home with enormous respect. He arrives when agreed and his timeframes for the work are accurate. I asked Mike to swap cord pulls in the bathroom for chased in switches on the wall outside. He did an excellent job. He is thoroughly professional, great communicator, reliable and offered a good price. He did a bit extra to fix a fan and wouldn't charge for it. Out of many electricians I contacted, Mike was the only who not only offered to come to the property to take a look free of charge but also offered the right advice that resolved the issue. I called Mike to look at a problem with the supply to our boiler. Within an hour, he had come round and found the fault and got our heating going, then came back the next morning to complete the repair work. Quick, friendly and helpful service, and did a great job with the electrical work.
