Good, honest service with 24/7 support. Just a heads up: life happens, so be ready to shell out some cash when you have electrical problems. I spent over £350 to troubleshoot an issue, but they explained all the charges every step of the way.

Very bad experience. I placed a call out of hours. I was told on the phone that it would be £95 call out charge and then an extra charge for any works done. The engineer comes and then says there’s diagnostic fee. Which was not initially mentioned. He then carries out diagnostic even though we didn’t agree and we have proof as they sent a text to confirm if we are happy to go ahead with diagnostic we did not reply. I called the number to say we do not want to pay for diagnostic as we weren’t told. He said he will speak to engineer for a reduced amount. Then the engineer says he hasn’t got the part and says we have to pay for diagnostic. I called the main line back and the man was very rude saying all lines are recorded and I agreed to pay. I only agreed to pay for call out charge and works done. In the end I paid just to get them out my house. The diagnostic was I needed a new part. He didn’t even give us the name of the part as he didn’t know he just showed us. I would not recommend this place. The reviews genuinely must be fake. Only reason I called this place because it was highly reviewed. I just spent £246 just for someone to turn my water supply off.

Fantastic service. They came within 40 minutes of the call out. They were very thorough and efficient as well as being polite and friendly. I felt complete confidence with them. They fitted a new fusebox despite it being late at night and there being no light. They did an excellent job and I recommend them highly.

Al was a highly knowledgeable and efficient electrician. He quickly identified the issue with one of the sockets, safely isolated it, and ensured the remaining sockets were working properly. I would highly recommend his services, as he clearly cares about the quality of his work and takes the time to explain issues clearly to his clients.

Ash is a hero. He came on a real late night Sunday call, and was out here to us so quick, for something we thought was quite urgent, but turned out to be an easy fix. So personable a friendly. Recommend! 👌🏼👌🏼

From the first contact, they were polite, respectful, and highly professional. The engineer was friendly, committed, and clearly very experienced. Great experience with Ali - we had an issue with loose light fittings in the bathroom on a Saturday which meant we couldn’t shower. Ali came within 1h30. We needed specific light fittings from the supplier so Ali got them and was back on Sunday to fix the problem.

Not the cheapest, but got here within 45 minutes and were very efficient at solving the problem

Came quickly, but when here tried to scam me into paying nearly £500 by pretending the fuse board wasn't switching on after I showed them the problem with the socket that had smelt like burning & removed it. When I objected and tried to send them away with just the call out fee they stepped out for a second and I tried the fuse, it was fine. They then charged me £144 instead of the £59 agreed which I let slide as he'd put the socket on after I'd asked him to just leave. Be careful. Edit: they then tried to bribe me into removing my review by offering me a full refund if I did. Probably why there aren't many bad reviews on here.

Very good, plumber arrived within 45 minutes and fixed the bathroom leak in under two hours at 10:30 on a Thursday night. But, exceptionally expensive - just shy of £1,000.

Definitely a 5 star service. Had electricity blackouts in the property for a week or so before contacting this firm. Their response was immediate attending at nightime to resolve the urgent issue. They subsequently attended a few days later to replace a faulty and dangerous fuse board. Work was carried out in a friendly manner and to a professional and high standard. Communication was excellent in giving advice and explaining the details of their work. After service also provided. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm.

We had an out of hours issue on a Friday evening with our circuit board and RCD fault. Al attended promptly and addressed the issue as a fix and gave advice on next steps for our regular electrician to attend to. A Out of hours call out is costly to address electrical faults, but necessary for peace of mind and safety. Thank you for the excellent and reassuring service.

I had a faulty fire alarm at 11pm on a week night. I called First Emergency who immediately answered the phone and went through the procedure on the call out. He arrived within the time given and fixed the fault and wrote up a report and sent it to me before he left. The call out fee was very reasonable for the time of night and the distance he had to come and offered to help if the problem came back (which it didn’t). The whole procedure was smooth. I would certainly recommend.

Ash and Danial have completed emergency electrical work on my flat at 3:00 AM in the morning. I needed a new fuse box and was lucky the issue did not cause a fire. They worked hard to complete a new fuse box install and got everything working in short order. I was extremely happy with their services they also checked everything and issued an EICR. They are precise and work conscientiously … I highly recommend them.

Bad customer service

Al arrived on time. Very punctual and polite. Cleaned up afterwards too. He replaced my electric meter which was very old , at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call him again for future electrical emergency.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING – AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY at All Costs I had a terrible experience with this company and feel completely cheated. On 02-05-25, I was charged a £70 call-out fee with the promise that the fault would be diagnosed and I'd then receive a quote for the fix. Within minutes of arriving, the electrician quoted an outrageous £340 – not just for finding the issue but supposedly for fixing it too. I agreed, trusting the process. What followed was an utter joke. He opened a couple of sockets, swapped an MCB and RCD (charged £115 which after the entire work seems like not needed), and claimed the issue was resolved. When I pointed out another suspect socket, he suddenly “found” an earthing fault, removed an earth wire from the circuit, and confidently declared it fixed. He also insisted my fuse box was not as per standards and needed replacing – another upsell tactic. Fast-forward to 03-05, and the MCB tripped again. I called the company on 04-05 and was told the issue can only be fixed if I replace the fuse box. I was promised a follow-up call after the long weekend – unsurprisingly, no one called. Out of frustration, I called a different electrician. He spent time properly investigating, found a damaged wire causing current to leak into the earth, and confirmed that the fuse box was fine. He even laughed at the prior claims and is issuing an EICR without any fuss. BOTTOM LINE: This company misdiagnosed the problem, charged a ridiculous amount, and failed to fix anything. Total time-wasters and money-grabbers. Only trust them if all you need is a switch changed—anything more complex is clearly beyond them. Stay away.

Very fast service gets 4 stars. When I called the gentleman mistook me for someone else and was quite rude, and although he apologised it was unprofessional to do this.

Scam Alert – Avoid This Company I contacted this company during work hours for an urgent electricity issue. A man named Ali showed up claiming to be an electrician — which he clearly is not. He replaced an RCD fuse (which wasn’t the real issue), took my original fuse with him, and charged me £410 in cash for a job that took barely 2 minutes. He also gave me a fake receipt that couldn’t be used for insurance. A few hours later, the power went out again in the kitchen. I called the company — no answer. I called Ali directly and he started threatening me, saying I'd have to spend “thousands” if I didn’t follow his suggestions. I asked him to leave. On my day off, I checked the kitchen myself. The real issue was a damp socket — I replaced it and everything worked perfectly. This guy is a scamers and the company is not legitimate. Avoid at all costs.

Basic price gouging. I agreed to the call out charge and the quote was for £400 for what turned out to be less than an hour's work and the problem wasn't fixed.

They don’t have any experience at all. I called them to fix my boiler and they made it even worse as well as charged me a lot. After everything they are telling me to seek local plumbers. Also when I told them to send an engineer they said they don’t have any engineer in this company. Is this a joke?

They were competent and showed up 2 hours after I called them but clearly took advantage of me with the pricing. They knew I was desperate to get my problem fixed in the middle of the night and made up a price (they couldn’t justify it after, I have proof and can attach or send screenshots on request). Which is ironic as they say on the website that they are transparent on pricing. Again: they did fix my problem but for an extortionate price. Edit: they asked me to leave 5 stars while in my house so I kind of felt like I had to. I asked later about the details of the pricing and they didn’t justify it. Hence why I changed my review from 5 to 2 stars.

£85 call out fee seems like same company of chriss

Arranged three days ago for 10am. No show, No phone call to say why they aren't coming. Time wasters if you have small jobs you need seeing to.
