A dimmer switch had stopped working in one of our bedrooms. I contacted Carshalton Electrical Services and Jose was fortunately able to attend the same day. He quickly identified the problem (faulty dimmer module) and was able to replace that which solved the issue. He also noticed a separate (but potentially hazardous) issue with our main fuse box and was able to resolve that quickly for us too. All in all I was very happy with Jose's professionalism and manner and thought his fees were very fair. I would use his services again and do recommend him.

We had an old smoke/fire alarm system which would not stop beeping whatever we did to it! Jose arrived within half an hour, and replaced the offending alarms. I would not hesitate in recommending him and he has gone into my diary for the next time we need a friendly, helpful and efficient electrician!

Jose did 3 jobs for us today. He arrived promptly and was so helpful. He is professional and has a very can do attitude. It's the first time we have used him, and would definitely use Jose again.

Jose was absolutely faultless - a VERY complicated electrical issue to sort in an older house/ garden cabin with last century and frankly awful original wiring! He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and then taking the steps to resolve it, explaining everything along the way. Really exceptional - nothing was too difficult. Great service, professional, efficient and friendly. We had a problem with the electrics and Jose was able to sort it and did a thorough check, replaced some sockets etc and explained everything he was doing. He also charged a really reasonable price. I would not hesitate to book him again.

Jose did a great job replacing two main circuits in our house. He arrived on time, was very polite and understanding that other works were ongoing in the house. He was very tidy and cleaned up any small mess made due to nature of work. The work was completed in line with our deadlines. I would definitely recommend him.

We got a quote from Jose to install an LED light in our garden to light up a big Beech tree in a dark corner of our garden. We were happy with the quote. He carried out the work and used a Kinetic switch for us to light the tree. We were really impressed with the result and would recommend Jose for any electrical work inside or out of the home.

Jose was great - he responded promptly when I initially got in touch, and was over quickly to diagnose the issue and quote. When there were delays in getting the parts I needed he was clear in his communication, and made sure I had a temporary fix so that I had hot water and heating to keep me going until the required parts arrived. Great guy and very happy with the service!

Jose performed a complete rewire of my house as part of a total renovation. Throughout the process, he was knowledge, reliable and did the work to the highest standard possible. Jose was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and came over to view the property before quoting. He did a great job for us and came up with solutions for issues that were uncovered during the job and was flexible with his approach. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work you need.
