Worst communication I've ever dealt with for a contractor. Did not deliver on multiple occasions with what they said causing delays and additional expense. Putting plug sockets in the wrong place, errors on the documentation. Decided to pull off the job despite not completed, using another electrician and accepting the loss. Comes across as polite however I would avoid using. I would not bother writing a poor review but I still haven't heard from them in 3 weeks and no apology.
